Kašalj sam po sebi nije ni zabavan ni ugodan, a kad uz to izazove i bol u leđima, onda zaista postaje problem. Naime, ponekad bol u leđima može biti uzrokovana kroničnim kašljem ili pak dugotrajan intenzivni kašalj, bilo da je suh ili produktivan, može pogoršati stanje kod već postojeće križobolje, piše Živim.

Opterećenje

Kašljanje predstavlja veliko opterećenje za leđa i izaziva veću kontrakciju leđnih mišića nego što je normalno. Kašalj je automatski, prirodni releks koji pomaže u izbacivanju sekreta, raznih iritansa, stranih čestica i mikroorganizama iz dišnih puteva. S obzirom na to da je nevoljan, često ne možete kontrolirati kada i gdje će se dogoditi, baš kao što ne možete izolirati mišiće kod kojih kašalj uzrokuje kontrakciju. Uz to, tijekom kašljanja skloni smo skupiti i stisnuti ramena te nagnuti tijelo prema naprijed, a to stvara dodatni pritisak na donji dio leđa.

Uspravni položaj

Čak i ako nemate križobolju, snažan kašalj može uzrokovati privremenu bol u leđima, a ponekad i u vratu. Stoga u slučaju intenzivnog kašlja, osim raznih preparata za njegovo ublažavanje koji su dostupni u ljekarni, možete pokušati umanjiti bol u leđima tako da pri kašljanju zadržite leđa u uspravnom položaju umjesto da ih savijate prema naprijed te pazite da su ramena spuštena umjesto napeta i podignuta, piše Živim.

To ćete lakše postići ako oslonite ruke o stol, rub kuhinjskog ormarića i slično.

Opterećenje

Kašljanje predstavlja veliko opterećenje za leđa i izaziva veću kontrakciju leđnih mišića nego što je normalno. Kašalj je automatski, prirodni releks koji pomaže u izbacivanju sekreta, raznih iritansa, stranih čestica i mikroorganizama iz dišnih puteva. S obzirom na to da je nevoljan, često ne možete kontrolirati kada i gdje će se dogoditi, baš kao što ne možete izolirati mišiće kod kojih kašalj uzrokuje kontrakciju. Uz to, tijekom kašljanja skloni smo skupiti i stisnuti ramena te nagnuti tijelo prema naprijed, a to stvara dodatni pritisak na donji dio leđa.

Uspravni položaj

Čak i ako nemate križobolju, snažan kašalj može uzrokovati privremenu bol u leđima, a ponekad i u vratu. Stoga u slučaju intenzivnog kašlja, osim raznih preparata za njegovo ublažavanje koji su dostupni u ljekarni, možete pokušati umanjiti bol u leđima tako da pri kašljanju zadržite leđa u uspravnom položaju umjesto da ih savijate prema naprijed te pazite da su ramena spuštena umjesto napeta i podignuta, piše Živim.

To ćete lakše postići ako oslonite ruke o stol, rub kuhinjskog ormarića i slično.

Kašalj sam po sebi nije ni zabavan ni ugodan, a kad uz to izazove i bol u leđima, onda zaista postaje problem. Naime, ponekad bol u leđima može biti uzrokovana kroničnim kašljem ili pak dugotrajan intenzivni kašalj, bilo da je suh ili produktivan, može pogoršati stanje kod već postojeće križobolje, piše Živim.
