Dermatologinja Tamara Jovović je za N1 otkrila da pacijenti koji žele popraviti svoj izgled, sve češće za referencu koriste svoje fotografije provučene kroz različite filtere. Dotakla se i trendova koji vladaju među pacijentima, ali i o ulozi koju prirodna kozmetika ima u zdravlju kože. 

"To je nemoguće postići, jer ne možete dobiti lice kakvo imate kad je "provučeno" kroz filtere i kad vam je na njemu i boja očiju drugačija. Dosta ljudi to želi. Međutim, prisutan je jedan sukob generacija. Ima jedan rez između mlađih djevojaka i muškaraca te zrelijih žena, koje ipak ne bi željele potpuno promijeniti svoj izgled. Mlađe djevojke više prate trendove gdje na neki način postoji neka uniformiranost u fizičkom izgledu koju ja kao doktor i dermatolog ne podržavam. Ja sam za neku varijantu održavanja kože mladolikom. Zašto bismo mi dopustili da naša koža trpi i ubrzano stari ako postoje određene medicinske i estetske metode, koje su odobrene kroz različite vrste agencija za lijekove.?”, rekla je.

Jovović tvrdi da način i brzina kojom koža pojedinca stari ovise o dvjema ključnim stvarima: genetici i životnom stilu.

“Dvije su stvari početne postavke, a to je vaša genetika, tip kože, kakvi su joj sastav, kolagen i vaš stil života. To su dvije stvari koje su jako važne i to je početna točka. Kožu treba promatrati kao organ, a ne samo kao naš odraz u ogledalu”, ističe.

Korištenje krema i prirodnih pripravaka, kaže Jovović, definitivno je važna stavka estetske dermatologije. Ona dodaje i da cijena proizvoda ne igra bitnu ulogu u njegovoj efektivnosti. 

“Ja moram biti iskrena, cijena određenog preparata nije garancija za njegovu efikasnost. Moramo razbiti taj mit da skupa krema znači i dobar rezultat, tu se radi o tome koliki je kapacitet određenih molekula u samom proizvodu da prodre u dublje slojeve kože gdje se ustvari i događa sama proizvodnja, ne u samom epidermisu”, objašnjava.

Kada su u pitanju invazivne procedure, Tamara tvrdi da postoje osobe koje ne žele mijenjati svoj izgled ni na koji način, nego se žele prepustiti prirodnom procesu starenja - uz zadržanu svježinu i dobru kvalitetu kože. Prema riječima dermatologinje, takvim osobama se preporučuju mezoterapijski tretmani i kolagen stimulatori.

“Tom prilikom, mi ustvari te sastojke, odnosno te aktivne supstance iglom ubacujemo u dublje dijelove kože, ne mijenjajući nikako fizički izgled pacijenta, nego tako omogućavamo koži da se obnovi”, kaže Jovović.

Na naše iznenađenje, dermatologinja je naglasila da je trenutno na samom vrhuncu trendova "prirodni izgled". 

“Trend se svake godine mijenja. Znamo da postoje određeni trendovi i na TikToku, određenih američkih i europskih glumica te influencera koji ih nameću kontinuirano. Naglašene jagodice, pune usne, čak su jedno vrijeme bile popularne takozvane "mačje oči", tako da su plastični kirurzi zaista imali posla u tom razdoblju. Ipak, primjećujem da su se novije generacije promijenile. One ipak žele neku vrstu udobnosti. Mislim da se taj prirodni izgled polako opet vraća. Ne mislim prirodni u smislu da ne vodite brigu o sebi, ali se ipak pokušava kroz te europske influencere vratiti neka prirodna ljepota, bez pretjeranog naglašavanja. Ne znam hoće li će se to promijeniti, ali sada definitivno i mlađe generacije traže neke usluge koje ne mijenjaju izgled u potpunosti, nego su u pitanju neke manje korekcije”, zaključuje Jovović.

Dermatologinja Tamara Jovović je za N1 otkrila da pacijenti koji žele popraviti svoj izgled, sve češće za referencu koriste svoje fotografije provučene kroz različite filtere. Dotakla se i trendova koji vladaju među pacijentima, ali i o ulozi koju prirodna kozmetika ima u zdravlju kože. 

"To je nemoguće postići, jer ne možete dobiti lice kakvo imate kad je "provučeno" kroz filtere i kad vam je na njemu i boja očiju drugačija. Dosta ljudi to želi. Međutim, prisutan je jedan sukob generacija. Ima jedan rez između mlađih djevojaka i muškaraca te zrelijih žena, koje ipak ne bi željele potpuno promijeniti svoj izgled. Mlađe djevojke više prate trendove gdje na neki način postoji neka uniformiranost u fizičkom izgledu koju ja kao doktor i dermatolog ne podržavam. Ja sam za neku varijantu održavanja kože mladolikom. Zašto bismo mi dopustili da naša koža trpi i ubrzano stari ako postoje određene medicinske i estetske metode, koje su odobrene kroz različite vrste agencija za lijekove.?”, rekla je.

Jovović tvrdi da način i brzina kojom koža pojedinca stari ovise o dvjema ključnim stvarima: genetici i životnom stilu.

“Dvije su stvari početne postavke, a to je vaša genetika, tip kože, kakvi su joj sastav, kolagen i vaš stil života. To su dvije stvari koje su jako važne i to je početna točka. Kožu treba promatrati kao organ, a ne samo kao naš odraz u ogledalu”, ističe.

Korištenje krema i prirodnih pripravaka, kaže Jovović, definitivno je važna stavka estetske dermatologije. Ona dodaje i da cijena proizvoda ne igra bitnu ulogu u njegovoj efektivnosti. 

“Ja moram biti iskrena, cijena određenog preparata nije garancija za njegovu efikasnost. Moramo razbiti taj mit da skupa krema znači i dobar rezultat, tu se radi o tome koliki je kapacitet određenih molekula u samom proizvodu da prodre u dublje slojeve kože gdje se ustvari i događa sama proizvodnja, ne u samom epidermisu”, objašnjava.

Kada su u pitanju invazivne procedure, Tamara tvrdi da postoje osobe koje ne žele mijenjati svoj izgled ni na koji način, nego se žele prepustiti prirodnom procesu starenja - uz zadržanu svježinu i dobru kvalitetu kože. Prema riječima dermatologinje, takvim osobama se preporučuju mezoterapijski tretmani i kolagen stimulatori.

“Tom prilikom, mi ustvari te sastojke, odnosno te aktivne supstance iglom ubacujemo u dublje dijelove kože, ne mijenjajući nikako fizički izgled pacijenta, nego tako omogućavamo koži da se obnovi”, kaže Jovović.

Na naše iznenađenje, dermatologinja je naglasila da je trenutno na samom vrhuncu trendova "prirodni izgled". 

“Trend se svake godine mijenja. Znamo da postoje određeni trendovi i na TikToku, određenih američkih i europskih glumica te influencera koji ih nameću kontinuirano. Naglašene jagodice, pune usne, čak su jedno vrijeme bile popularne takozvane "mačje oči", tako da su plastični kirurzi zaista imali posla u tom razdoblju. Ipak, primjećujem da su se novije generacije promijenile. One ipak žele neku vrstu udobnosti. Mislim da se taj prirodni izgled polako opet vraća. Ne mislim prirodni u smislu da ne vodite brigu o sebi, ali se ipak pokušava kroz te europske influencere vratiti neka prirodna ljepota, bez pretjeranog naglašavanja. Ne znam hoće li će se to promijeniti, ali sada definitivno i mlađe generacije traže neke usluge koje ne mijenjaju izgled u potpunosti, nego su u pitanju neke manje korekcije”, zaključuje Jovović.

Dermatologinja Tamara Jovović je za N1 otkrila da pacijenti koji žele popraviti svoj izgled, sve češće za referencu koriste svoje fotografije provučene kroz različite filtere. Dotakla se i trendova koji vladaju među pacijentima, ali i o ulozi koju prirodna kozmetika ima u zdravlju kože. 

"To je nemoguće postići, jer ne možete dobiti lice kakvo imate kad je "provučeno" kroz filtere i kad vam je na njemu i boja očiju drugačija. Dosta ljudi to želi. Međutim, prisutan je jedan sukob generacija. Ima jedan rez između mlađih djevojaka i muškaraca te zrelijih žena, koje ipak ne bi željele potpuno promijeniti svoj izgled.
