Epidemija hripavca, bakterijske infekcije koja najviše pogađa dojenčad, već se više od mjesec dana širi Hrvatskom. Mjedrodavni upozoravaju roditelje na nužnost cijepljenja. Evidentirano je više od 400 slučajeva, a više od pola ih je na splitskom području.

Iz splitskog KBC-a rekli su nam da ne treba dizati paniku, te da je samo jedno dojenče preventivno hospitalizirano zbog hripavca.

S druge strane, liječnice iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdavstvo kažu da je znatan porast bolesti među učenicima osnovnih i srednjih škola, no oni obično nemaju teže simptome.

Nakon Splita najviše je slučajeva u Zagrebu, no doktor Goran Tešović kaže da nitko nije hospitaliziran, da se diže nepotrebna panika, te da je hripavac opasna bolest samo za necijepljene male bebe, prenosi HRT.

- Vi možete stalno govoriti da to za školsku djecu nije opasno, ja ponovno velim to je neugodno, ali nije opasno, međutim dovoljno je da netko od mojih kolega govori o tome kao o opasnoj bolesti i svi će se tome prikloniti, svi u razredu piju antibiotike, pa što ako ga piju, piju ga zbog potpuno nepotrebnih stvari svaki mjesec, sada je ovo problem, a inače nije, ustvrdio je.

HZJZ otvorio testni punkt zbog prevencije širenja bolesti

U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo odlučili su u sklopu prevencije širenja bolesti otvoriti testni punkt. Kažu da 70 % testiranih ima hripavac.

- Ovi naši "drive-in" punktovi koji su bili za Covid praktički postaju sve više "drive-in" za hripavac, evo jučer prekjučer je bilo sve više ljudi, nažalost događa se ono na što je struka upozoravala, smanjenje cjepnog obuhvata rezultirat će u jednom trenutku, i to se sad događa epidemijama ovakvih stanja za koje smo mislili da smo ih potencijalno eradicirali, rekao je doc. dr. sc. Tomislav Benjak, zamjenik ravnatelja HZJZ-a, piše HRT.

U ostataku Dalmacije stanje je bolje nego u Splitu. Na šibenskom području za sada samo jedan siguran slučaj hripavca.

- To je jedna epidemiološka poveznica djece osmog razreda koja su putovala skupa sa učenicima jedne škole iz Splita gdje je dokazano da imamo hripavac, a imamo osam do devet vjerojatnih slučajeva koji klinički imponiraju kao hripavac, otkrila je dr. med., spec. epidemiologije Ankica Parat Baljkas, voditeljica Odjela epidemiologije Zavoda za javno zdravstvo ŠKŽ-a.

Riječ je o cijepljenim učenicima koji imaju blage kliničke slike. I na dubrovačkom području stanje je zadovoljavajuće.

- Osim jedne male bebe sa srednje teškom kliničkom slikom hripavca nemamo, do sada možemo govoriti o 20 do 30 malih pacijenata koji su nakon ambulantnog pružanja pomoći pušteni na kućnu njegu, dodao je prim. dr. sc. Marijo Bekić, ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Najbolja prevencija svakako je pravovremeno cijepljenje djece.

Epidemija hripavca, bakterijske infekcije koja najviše pogađa dojenčad, već se više od mjesec dana širi Hrvatskom. Mjedrodavni upozoravaju roditelje na nužnost cijepljenja. Evidentirano je više od 400 slučajeva, a više od pola ih je na splitskom području.

Iz splitskog KBC-a rekli su nam da ne treba dizati paniku, te da je samo jedno dojenče preventivno hospitalizirano zbog hripavca.

S druge strane, liječnice iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdavstvo kažu da je znatan porast bolesti među učenicima osnovnih i srednjih škola, no oni obično nemaju teže simptome.

Nakon Splita najviše je slučajeva u Zagrebu, no doktor Goran Tešović kaže da nitko nije hospitaliziran, da se diže nepotrebna panika, te da je hripavac opasna bolest samo za necijepljene male bebe, prenosi HRT.

- Vi možete stalno govoriti da to za školsku djecu nije opasno, ja ponovno velim to je neugodno, ali nije opasno, međutim dovoljno je da netko od mojih kolega govori o tome kao o opasnoj bolesti i svi će se tome prikloniti, svi u razredu piju antibiotike, pa što ako ga piju, piju ga zbog potpuno nepotrebnih stvari svaki mjesec, sada je ovo problem, a inače nije, ustvrdio je.

HZJZ otvorio testni punkt zbog prevencije širenja bolesti

U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo odlučili su u sklopu prevencije širenja bolesti otvoriti testni punkt. Kažu da 70 % testiranih ima hripavac.

- Ovi naši "drive-in" punktovi koji su bili za Covid praktički postaju sve više "drive-in" za hripavac, evo jučer prekjučer je bilo sve više ljudi, nažalost događa se ono na što je struka upozoravala, smanjenje cjepnog obuhvata rezultirat će u jednom trenutku, i to se sad događa epidemijama ovakvih stanja za koje smo mislili da smo ih potencijalno eradicirali, rekao je doc. dr. sc. Tomislav Benjak, zamjenik ravnatelja HZJZ-a, piše HRT.

U ostatku Dalmacije stanje bolje nego u Splitu

U ostataku Dalmacije stanje je bolje nego u Splitu. Na šibenskom području za sada samo jedan siguran slučaj hripavca.

- To je jedna epidemiološka poveznica djece osmog razreda koja su putovala skupa sa učenicima jedne škole iz Splita gdje je dokazano da imamo hripavac, a imamo osam do devet vjerojatnih slučajeva koji klinički imponiraju kao hripavac, otkrila je dr. med., spec. epidemiologije Ankica Parat Baljkas, voditeljica Odjela epidemiologije Zavoda za javno zdravstvo ŠKŽ-a.

Riječ je o cijepljenim učenicima koji imaju blage kliničke slike. I na dubrovačkom području stanje je zadovoljavajuće.

- Osim jedne male bebe sa srednje teškom kliničkom slikom hripavca nemamo, do sada možemo govoriti o 20 do 30 malih pacijenata koji su nakon ambulantnog pružanja pomoći pušteni na kućnu njegu, dodao je prim. dr. sc. Marijo Bekić, ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Najbolja prevencija svakako je pravovremeno cijepljenje djece.
