Znate li koji su sve simptomi raka dojke? Rak dojke najčešći je tumor kod ženske populacije, piše slowliving.hr. U Hrvatskoj će u prosijeku svaka deseta žena oboljeti, a ovaj karcinom sve češće pogađa i mlađe žene, pa čak i one mlađe od trideset godina. Ako se tumor otkrije na vrijeme (govorimo o veličini tumora do 1 cm), izlječiv je u 98% posto slučajeva.
Naravno da je za prognozu bolesti osim veličine karcinoma bitna i vrsta, stupanj njegove zloćudnosti ili gradus, proširenost u pazuh i limfne čvorove, hormonski status i HER-2 status. Svi parametri koji su navedeni važni su i za vrstu liječenja nakon kirurškog zahvata.
Dijagnoza raka u kratkim i slikovitim crtama može se opisati ovako: žena napipa kvržicu i odmah ode kod liječnika koji napravi potrebne testove. Samopregledi su isto jako važni, kao i dobro poznavanje vlastitih grudi jer biste trebali znati prepoznati bilo kakvu promjenu.
Simptomi raka dojke mogu se otkriti na vrijeme
Ali, trebali biste znati da kvržica nije jedini simptom raka dojke. Preliminarna istraživanja predstavljena u National Cancer Research Institute’s sugeriraju da 1 od 7 žena s dijagnozom raka dojke prvo izvještava o simptomima koji nisu kvržica. Budući da među ljudima još uvijek nema dovoljno svijesti o tim manje uobičajenim simptomima raka dojke, istraživači su pretpostavili da je najčešći razlog kasne dijagnoze.
To ne znači da biste trebali prestati pregledavati svoje grudi. U novoj studiji, 83 posto žena koje su imale simptome raka dojke, prvo su otkrile kvržicu. Međutim, malo više svijesti o drugim simptomima ne može našteti. Stručnjaci naglašavaju da ako žene uoče bilo kakve promjene u dojkama, trebaju otići na pregled.
Simptomi raka dojke koje ne biste trebali ignorirati
Gruba ili pomalo udubljena koža
Grubi ili zadebljani dio kože koji djeluje deblje nego inače ili mala udubljena na grudima mogu biti alarmantni i signalizirati rak. S nekim oblicima karcinoma dojke, kanali koji prolaze s unutrašnje strane dojke na kožu postaju blokirani, što kao rezultat daje vidljive promjene na koži s kojima dojka izgleda kao da je prekrivena narančinom korom.
Bol u bradavicama ili dojkama
Mnoge različite stvari uzrokuju bolove u dojkama, PMS, trudnoća ili pak menopauza. No, ako primjetite upornu bol zajedno s nekim drugim simptomima raka dojke, obavezno se čim prije javite liječniku.
Iscjedak iz bradavice
Abnormalnost koja je također povezana sa bradavicama može biti i iscjedak koji nije majčino mlijeko. Iscjedak, dobra vijest je, najčešće ne ukazuje na rak, ali važno je odmah otići liječniku ako tekućina izlazi bez stiskanja ili dodirivanja bradavice, ili ako je krvava i nalazi se samo na jednoj dojci.
Promjena boje ili teksture dojke
Kada kažemo promjena boje, to uključuje crvenilo, zadebljane bradavice ili kože, ili pak naglo tamnjenje bradavica. Jedna od vrsta raka dojke naziva se Pagetova bolest, ona se prvo pojavljuje u obliku ranice na bradavici prekrivene krastom ili ljuskicama, a ponekad u vidu iscjetka iz bradavice.
To je rijedak oblik bolesti koji utječe na površinski sloj bradavica kože na bradavici i okolnoj areoli. Glavni znakovi su svrbež i crvenilo, a može izgledati slično kao i ekcem. Budući da ova bolest rijetko uzrokuje tegobe, žene ju mogu zanemarivati i po godinu dana prije nego što posjete liječnika. Važno je znati da se ovi simptomi obično javljaju asimetrično, samo na jednoj dojci, a posebno na području bradavice.
Oticanje cijele dojke ili samo jednog dijela

Znate li koji su sve simptomi raka dojke? Rak dojke najčešći je tumor kod ženske populacije, piše slowliving.hr. U Hrvatskoj će u prosijeku svaka deseta žena oboljeti, a ovaj karcinom sve češće pogađa i mlađe žene, pa čak i one mlađe od trideset godina. Ako se tumor otkrije na vrijeme (govorimo o veličini tumora do 1 cm), izlječiv je u 98% posto slučajeva.
Naravno da je za prognozu bolesti osim veličine karcinoma bitna i vrsta, stupanj njegove zloćudnosti ili gradus, proširenost u pazuh i limfne čvorove, hormonski status i HER-2 status. Svi parametri koji su navedeni važni su i za vrstu liječenja nakon kirurškog zahvata.
Dijagnoza raka u kratkim i slikovitim crtama može se opisati ovako: žena napipa kvržicu i odmah ode kod liječnika koji napravi potrebne testove. Samopregledi su isto jako važni, kao i dobro poznavanje vlastitih grudi jer biste trebali znati prepoznati bilo kakvu promjenu.
Simptomi raka dojke mogu se otkriti na vrijeme
Ali, trebali biste znati da kvržica nije jedini simptom raka dojke. Preliminarna istraživanja predstavljena u National Cancer Research Institute’s sugeriraju da 1 od 7 žena s dijagnozom raka dojke prvo izvještava o simptomima koji nisu kvržica. Budući da među ljudima još uvijek nema dovoljno svijesti o tim manje uobičajenim simptomima raka dojke, istraživači su pretpostavili da je najčešći razlog kasne dijagnoze.
To ne znači da biste trebali prestati pregledavati svoje grudi. U novoj studiji, 83 posto žena koje su imale simptome raka dojke, prvo su otkrile kvržicu. Međutim, malo više svijesti o drugim simptomima ne može našteti. Stručnjaci naglašavaju da ako žene uoče bilo kakve promjene u dojkama, trebaju otići na pregled.
Simptomi raka dojke koje ne biste trebali ignorirati
Gruba ili pomalo udubljena koža
Grubi ili zadebljani dio kože koji djeluje deblje nego inače ili mala udubljena na grudima mogu biti alarmantni i signalizirati rak. S nekim oblicima karcinoma dojke, kanali koji prolaze s unutrašnje strane dojke na kožu postaju blokirani, što kao rezultat daje vidljive promjene na koži s kojima dojka izgleda kao da je prekrivena narančinom korom.
Bol u bradavicama ili dojkama
Mnoge različite stvari uzrokuju bolove u dojkama, PMS, trudnoća ili pak menopauza. No, ako primjetite upornu bol zajedno s nekim drugim simptomima raka dojke, obavezno se čim prije javite liječniku.
Iscjedak iz bradavice
Abnormalnost koja je također povezana sa bradavicama može biti i iscjedak koji nije majčino mlijeko. Iscjedak, dobra vijest je, najčešće ne ukazuje na rak, ali važno je odmah otići liječniku ako tekućina izlazi bez stiskanja ili dodirivanja bradavice, ili ako je krvava i nalazi se samo na jednoj dojci.
Promjena boje ili teksture dojke
Kada kažemo promjena boje, to uključuje crvenilo, zadebljane bradavice ili kože, ili pak naglo tamnjenje bradavica. Jedna od vrsta raka dojke naziva se Pagetova bolest, ona se prvo pojavljuje u obliku ranice na bradavici prekrivene krastom ili ljuskicama, a ponekad u vidu iscjetka iz bradavice.
To je rijedak oblik bolesti koji utječe na površinski sloj bradavica kože na bradavici i okolnoj areoli. Glavni znakovi su svrbež i crvenilo, a može izgledati slično kao i ekcem. Budući da ova bolest rijetko uzrokuje tegobe, žene ju mogu zanemarivati i po godinu dana prije nego što posjete liječnika. Važno je znati da se ovi simptomi obično javljaju asimetrično, samo na jednoj dojci, a posebno na području bradavice.
Oticanje cijele dojke ili samo jednog dijela
Upalni karcinom dojke često počinje s crvenom, upaljenom kožom koja bubri kako stanice raka začepljuju žile koje nose limfnu tekućinu, piše slowliving.hr.
