Kako bi spriječili (ili barem usporili) razvoj rezistencije bakterija na antibiotike, svatko od nas može doprinijeti tome cilju, navodi Zavod za javno zdravstvo Dubrovačko neretvanske županije.

Preporuke su sljedeće:

Ne uzimajte antibiotike kod prehlade, gripe i drugih virusnih infekcija, jer antibiotici na njih ne djeluju. Velika većina upala gornjeg dišnog sustava su virusnog porijekla. Zapamtite, što više antibiotika uzimamo veći je problem otpornosti bakterija na antibiotike!

Lijekove (a posebice antibiotike) uzimajte isključivo po preporuci liječnika ili ljekarnika. Ne prekidajte kuru antibiotika, osim ako nemate ozbiljne nuspojave, a da se prvo ne posavjetujete sa svojim liječnikom. Ponekad simptomi mogu nestati, ali bakterije još nisu sasvim uništene te se mogu oporaviti, postati još jače i pritom razviti otpornost na taj antibiotik.

Nemojte inzistirati od Vašeg liječnika da Vam propiše antibiotike ako kaže da Vam ne trebaju. Pitajte ga na koji način možete olakšati simptome.

Ne dijelite antibiotike drugima, niti ih od njih uzimajte. Ne uzimajte antibiotike koji su preostali od prethodnog liječenja bez savjetovanja s liječnikom. Jedino liječnik može propisati antibiotike.

Antibiotike kojima je istekao rok ili koje više ne trebate NE bacajte u smeće, WC školjku i sl. jer će na taj način taj antibiotik dospjeti u okoliš, što može povećati rezistenciju bakterija. Odnesite ih u reciklažno dvorište ili ljekarnu na propisno zbrinjavanje. U nekim ljekarnama stare lijekove preuzima osoblje, a udrugima stare lijekove možete odložiti u posebno označene spremnike.

Spriječite nastanak zaraznih bolesti redovitim pranjem ruku, cijepljenjem, odgovornim spolnim ponašanjem, prekrivanjem usta i nosa kada kašljete ili kišete, te pripremom i skladištenjem hrane na siguran način (https://www.zzjzdnz.hr/hr/zdravlje/hrana-i-zdravlje/348).

Ako ste farmer i radite sa životinjama ili imate kućnog ljubimca, osigurajte higijenske uvjete, kako bi smanjili upotrebu antibiotika. Slijedite upute o korištenju i zbrinjavanju antibiotika.

Kako bi spriječili (ili barem usporili) razvoj rezistencije bakterija na antibiotike, svatko od nas može doprinijeti tome cilju, navodi Zavod za javno zdravstvo Dubrovačko neretvanske županije.

Preporuke su sljedeće:

Ne uzimajte antibiotike kod prehlade, gripe i drugih virusnih infekcija, jer antibiotici na njih ne djeluju. Velika većina upala gornjeg dišnog sustava su virusnog porijekla. Zapamtite, što više antibiotika uzimamo veći je problem otpornosti bakterija na antibiotike!

Lijekove (a posebice antibiotike) uzimajte isključivo po preporuci liječnika ili ljekarnika. Ne prekidajte kuru antibiotika, osim ako nemate ozbiljne nuspojave, a da se prvo ne posavjetujete sa svojim liječnikom. Ponekad simptomi mogu nestati, ali bakterije još nisu sasvim uništene te se mogu oporaviti, postati još jače i pritom razviti otpornost na taj antibiotik.

Nemojte inzistirati od Vašeg liječnika da Vam propiše antibiotike ako kaže da Vam ne trebaju. Pitajte ga na koji način možete olakšati simptome.

Ne dijelite antibiotike drugima, niti ih od njih uzimajte. Ne uzimajte antibiotike koji su preostali od prethodnog liječenja bez savjetovanja s liječnikom. Jedino liječnik može propisati antibiotike.

Antibiotike kojima je istekao rok ili koje više ne trebate NE bacajte u smeće, WC školjku i sl. jer će na taj način taj antibiotik dospjeti u okoliš, što može povećati rezistenciju bakterija. Odnesite ih u reciklažno dvorište ili ljekarnu na propisno zbrinjavanje. U nekim ljekarnama stare lijekove preuzima osoblje, a udrugima stare lijekove možete odložiti u posebno označene spremnike.

Spriječite nastanak zaraznih bolesti redovitim pranjem ruku, cijepljenjem, odgovornim spolnim ponašanjem, prekrivanjem usta i nosa kada kašljete ili kišete, te pripremom i skladištenjem hrane na siguran način (https://www.zzjzdnz.hr/hr/zdravlje/hrana-i-zdravlje/348).

Ako ste farmer i radite sa životinjama ili imate kućnog ljubimca, osigurajte higijenske uvjete, kako bi smanjili upotrebu antibiotika. Slijedite upute o korištenju i zbrinjavanju antibiotika.

Kako bi spriječili (ili barem usporili) razvoj rezistencije bakterija na antibiotike, svatko od nas može doprinijeti tome cilju, navodi Zavod za javno zdravstvo Dubrovačko neretvanske županije.

Preporuke su sljedeće:

Ne uzimajte antibiotike kod prehlade, gripe i drugih virusnih infekcija, jer antibiotici na njih ne djeluju. Velika većina upala gornjeg dišnog sustava su virusnog porijekla. Zapamtite, što više antibiotika uzimamo veći je problem otpornosti bakterija na antibiotike!

Lijekove (a posebice antibiotike) uzimajte isključivo po preporuci liječnika ili ljekarnika. Ne prekidajte kuru antibiotika, osim ako nemate ozbiljne nuspojave, a da se prvo ne posavjetujete sa svojim liječnikom. Ponekad simptomi mogu nestati, ali bakterije još nisu sasvim uništene te se mogu oporaviti, ...
