Rezultati znanstvenog istraživanja pokazuju da konzumacija zelenog čaja pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od virusa gripe, a potencijalno i od respiratornih infekcija koje uzrokuju drugi virusi, piše Jutarnji.

Grupa znanstvenika provela je istraživanje kako bi procijenila valjanost dokaza o učinkovitosti grgljanja čaja i konzumiranja katehina iz čaja u sprječavanju virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

Rezultati istraživanja objavljenog u časopisu European Journal of Nutrition pokazali su da katehini u zelenom čaju sprječavaju širenje virusa u gornjem respiratornom sustavu stvaranjem zaštitne pregrade u ždrijelu.

Epigalokatehin galat, kao temeljna komponenta katehina iz čaja, ima izravan protuvirusni učinak, fizički se vezuje za viruse i uklanja ih iz gornjeg respiratornog sustava.

"Epigalokatehin galat i epigalokatehin vezuju se za hemaglutinin na površini virusa te na neuroaminidazu i tako sprječavaju hvatanje virusa za površinu stanice, a time i infekciju gripom.

S obzirom na dokaze, epigalokatehin galat, koji je temeljna komponenta katehina iz čaja, pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od virusa gripe i adenovirusa, a mogao bi štititi i od respiratornih infekcija koje uzrokuju drugi virusi“, navodi se u objavljenim rezultatima istraživanja.

Zanimanje za nefarmaceutske intervencije koje mogu usporiti ili spriječiti širenje zaraznih bolesti poraslo je uslijed pandemija bolesti poput gripe i koronavirusa.

Rezultati ovog znanstvenog istraživanja provedenog u Japanu i SAD-u pokazuju da što je veća dnevna konzumacija katehina, to su izraženiji preventivni učinci na širenje virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

Iz istraživanja proizlazi da je grgljanje čaja te konzumacija katehina iz čaja relativno jednostavan i učinkovit način sprječavanja širenja virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

U zaključcima istraživanja ističe se da bi uvođenje konzumacije katehina iz čaja i/ili grgljanja čaja u svakodnevnu rutinu moglo biti učinkovita nefarmaceutska intervencija u prevenciji virusnih respiratornih infekcija, piše Jutarnji.

Rezultati znanstvenog istraživanja pokazuju da konzumacija zelenog čaja pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od virusa gripe, a potencijalno i od respiratornih infekcija koje uzrokuju drugi virusi, piše Jutarnji.

Grupa znanstvenika provela je istraživanje kako bi procijenila valjanost dokaza o učinkovitosti grgljanja čaja i konzumiranja katehina iz čaja u sprječavanju virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

Rezultati istraživanja objavljenog u časopisu European Journal of Nutrition pokazali su da katehini u zelenom čaju sprječavaju širenje virusa u gornjem respiratornom sustavu stvaranjem zaštitne pregrade u ždrijelu.

Epigalokatehin galat, kao temeljna komponenta katehina iz čaja, ima izravan protuvirusni učinak, fizički se vezuje za viruse i uklanja ih iz gornjeg respiratornog sustava.

S obzirom na dokaze, epigalokatehin galat, koji je temeljna komponenta katehina iz čaja, pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od virusa gripe i adenovirusa, a mogao bi štititi i od respiratornih infekcija koje uzrokuju drugi virusi“, navodi se u objavljenim rezultatima istraživanja.

Zanimanje za nefarmaceutske intervencije koje mogu usporiti ili spriječiti širenje zaraznih bolesti poraslo je uslijed pandemija bolesti poput gripe i koronavirusa.

Rezultati ovog znanstvenog istraživanja provedenog u Japanu i SAD-u pokazuju da što je veća dnevna konzumacija katehina, to su izraženiji preventivni učinci na širenje virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

Iz istraživanja proizlazi da je grgljanje čaja te konzumacija katehina iz čaja relativno jednostavan i učinkovit način sprječavanja širenja virusnih respiratornih infekcija.

U zaključcima istraživanja ističe se da bi uvođenje konzumacije katehina iz čaja i/ili grgljanja čaja u svakodnevnu rutinu moglo biti učinkovita nefarmaceutska intervencija u prevenciji virusnih respiratornih infekcija, piše Jutarnji.

Rezultati znanstvenog istraživanja pokazuju da konzumacija zelenog čaja pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od virusa gripe, a potencijalno i od respiratornih infekcija koje uzrokuju drugi virusi, piše Jutarnji.

Rezultati istraživanja objavljenog u časopisu European Journal of Nutrition pokazali su da katehini u zelenom čaju sprječavaju širenje virusa u gornjem respiratornom sustavu stvaranjem zaštitne pregrade u ždrijelu.

Epigalokatehin galat, kao temeljna komponenta katehina iz čaja, ima izravan protuvirusni učinak, fizički se vezuje za viruse i uklanja ih iz gornjeg respiratornog sustava....
