Hladno vrijeme dobar je izgovor da se izbjegne svakodnevno trčanje, ali novo istraživanje ukazuje na to da se vježbanjem na nižim temperaturama sagorijeva više masnoća, barem kad su u pitanju kraće vježbe visokog intenziteta.

U studiji provedenoj na 11 pretilih dobrovoljaca "umjerene fizičke spreme" pokazalo se da je oksidacija lipida, što je tehnički izraz za sagorijevanje masti, bila triput veća kad su vježbali na temperaturi oko nule u usporedbi s vježbanjem u "toplinski neutralnom okruženju" na oko 20 stupnjeva Celzija. 

Svi su dobrovoljci na objema temperaturama bili podvrgnuti setu standardnih vježbi visoko intenzivnog intervalnog treninga (HIIT), odnosno vježbanju u kojem se u kraćim intervalima izmjenjuju vježbe visokog intenziteta i relaksacije.  
"Ovo je prva poznata studija koja istražuje učinak niskih temperatura na akutni metabolizam tijekom intenzivnog intervalnog treninga", napisali su znanstvenici kanadskog sveučilišta Laurentian. 

No zasad nije utvrđeno da vježbanje na hladnoći ima dugoročniji učinak na ubrzavanje metabolizma. 

S obzirom na to da se radi o studiji provedenoj na malom uzorku ispitanika i sa svega nekoliko HIIE treninga, prerano je izvlačiti trajne zaključke, no znanstvenici se slažu da je riječ o zanimljivoj početnoj točki istraživanja o tomu na koji način temperatura ambijenta može utjecati na sagorijevanje kalorija. 

Otprije je poznato da su intenzivne intervalne vježbe, neovisno o temperaturi, vrlo učinkovite u sagorijevanju masti što i jest dio njihove privlačnosti. 

Pošto je vježbanje ključno u smanjenju rizika od dijabetesa, kardiovaskularnih i brojnih drugih bolesti, važno je da što više znamo o tomu što čini učinkovitu i korisnu vježbu, a što ne, napisali su znanstvenici. 
Istraživanje je objavljeno u časopisu Journal of Applied Physiology.

Hladno vrijeme dobar je izgovor da se izbjegne svakodnevno trčanje, ali novo istraživanje ukazuje na to da se vježbanjem na nižim temperaturama sagorijeva više masnoća, barem kad su u pitanju kraće vježbe visokog intenziteta.

U studiji provedenoj na 11 pretilih dobrovoljaca "umjerene fizičke spreme" pokazalo se da je oksidacija lipida, što je tehnički izraz za sagorijevanje masti, bila triput veća kad su vježbali na temperaturi oko nule u usporedbi s vježbanjem u "toplinski neutralnom okruženju" na oko 20 stupnjeva Celzija. 

Svi su dobrovoljci na objema temperaturama bili podvrgnuti setu standardnih vježbi visoko intenzivnog intervalnog treninga (HIIT), odnosno vježbanju u kojem se u kraćim intervalima izmjenjuju vježbe visokog intenziteta i relaksacije.  
"Ovo je prva poznata studija koja istražuje učinak niskih temperatura na akutni metabolizam tijekom intenzivnog intervalnog treninga", napisali su znanstvenici kanadskog sveučilišta Laurentian. 

No zasad nije utvrđeno da vježbanje na hladnoći ima dugoročniji učinak na ubrzavanje metabolizma. 

S obzirom na to da se radi o studiji provedenoj na malom uzorku ispitanika i sa svega nekoliko HIIE treninga, prerano je izvlačiti trajne zaključke, no znanstvenici se slažu da je riječ o zanimljivoj početnoj točki istraživanja o tomu na koji način temperatura ambijenta može utjecati na sagorijevanje kalorija. 

Otprije je poznato da su intenzivne intervalne vježbe, neovisno o temperaturi, vrlo učinkovite u sagorijevanju masti što i jest dio njihove privlačnosti. 

Pošto je vježbanje ključno u smanjenju rizika od dijabetesa, kardiovaskularnih i brojnih drugih bolesti, važno je da što više znamo o tomu što čini učinkovitu i korisnu vježbu, a što ne, napisali su znanstvenici. 
Istraživanje je objavljeno u časopisu Journal of Applied Physiology.

Hladnoća je većini izgovor da preskoče vježbu, ali ovi podaci ukazuju na pluseve niskih temperatra: pomaže u sagorijevanju masti, dulji je učinak

Hladno vrijeme dobar je izgovor da se izbjegne svakodnevno trčanje, ali novo istraživanje ukazuje na to da se vježbanjem na nižim temperaturama sagorijeva više masnoća, barem kad su u pitanju kraće vježbe visokog intenziteta.

U studiji provedenoj na 11 pretilih dobrovoljaca "umjerene fizičke spreme" pokazalo se da je oksidacija lipida, što je tehnički izraz za sagorijevanje masti, bila triput veća kad su vježbali na temperaturi oko nule u usporedbi s vježbanjem u "toplinski neutralnom okruženju" na oko 20 stupnjeva Celzija. 

Svi su dobrovoljci na objema temperaturama bili podvrgnuti setu standardnih vježbi visoko intenzivnog intervalnog treninga (HIIT), odnosno vježbanju u kojem se u kraćim intervalima izmjenjuju vježbe visokog intenziteta i relaksacije.
