Često ćete čuti komentare na račun mršavih ljudi koji su iznimno uvredljivi, ali zbog toga što se mršavost danas smatra 'idealom', prođu 'lišo'. Suptilna vrijeđanja i otrovne opaske mnoge uvrijede, ali ne do te mjere da bi krenuli u ispravljanje krivih Drina, pa ih prešute.
Morning ritual.. ? A lot of you asked me how I keep my body in shape.. Well.. I don't.. I don't do heavy diets, or exercise every day till I die.. I don't use any supplements, or shove my fingers in my throat.. I'm naturally skinny.. I have a super fast metabolism and I walk everywhere! I listen to my body.. If I'm hungry, I eat.. But I take care of my portions.. I eat few times a day.. And I walk, and walk, and walk.. And trying to get fat! So, next time when you see a skinny ass girl.. Don't make bad comments like: "she has 5kg with a bed.." "I bet she eats and trow up.." "look at her, she looks like a broom.." "Go, and eat something for a change" "If you come to my house I will make you fat!" It's offensive.. The same way it's offensive to say to a bigger girl to stop eating or calling her fat.. Skinny people have feelings too, you know.. There is no beauty standard! There is only your standard! No magazine, tv, media, or any person cannot tell you how you should feel, look or feel! Love your body.. Love yourself.. JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! When you respect yourself and your body, you can love/respect everyone else! I know it's hard sometimes.. I don't love my body or myself sometimes.. Specially when Instagram/Facebook/every day people /media is shoving beauty ideals in your face.. You start to feel bad.. Ashamed.. But don't! Don't let them! Tell them to fudge off and tell them if they don't love you the way you are, that they can go away.. LOVE.. RESPECT.. FEEL CONFIDENT!! BE AMAZING JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! Često ćete čuti komentare na račun mršavih ljudi koji su iznimno uvredljivi, ali zbog toga što se mršavost danas smatra 'idealom', prođu 'lišo'. Suptilna vrijeđanja i otrovne opaske mnoge uvrijede, ali ne do te mjere da bi krenuli u ispravljanje krivih Drina, pa ih prešute.
Morning ritual.. ? A lot of you asked me how I keep my body in shape.. Well.. I don't.. I don't do heavy diets, or exercise every day till I die.. I don't use any supplements, or shove my fingers in my throat.. I'm naturally skinny.. I have a super fast metabolism and I walk everywhere! I listen to my body.. If I'm hungry, I eat.. But I take care of my portions.. I eat few times a day.. And I walk, and walk, and walk.. And trying to get fat! So, next time when you see a skinny ass girl.. Don't make bad comments like: "she has 5kg with a bed.." "I bet she eats and trow up.." "look at her, she looks like a broom.." "Go, and eat something for a change" "If you come to my house I will make you fat!" It's offensive.. The same way it's offensive to say to a bigger girl to stop eating or calling her fat.. Skinny people have feelings too, you know.. There is no beauty standard! There is only your standard! No magazine, tv, media, or any person cannot tell you how you should feel, look or feel! Love your body.. Love yourself.. JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! When you respect yourself and your body, you can love/respect everyone else! I know it's hard sometimes.. I don't love my body or myself sometimes.. Specially when Instagram/Facebook/every day people /media is shoving beauty ideals in your face.. You start to feel bad.. Ashamed.. But don't! Don't let them! Tell them to fudge off and tell them if they don't love you the way you are, that they can go away.. LOVE.. RESPECT.. FEEL CONFIDENT!! BE AMAZING JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!
