Koncept takozvanog lažnog posta smanjuje trbušnu masnoću i potiče regeneraciju stanica. Za razliku od tradicionalnog posta, još uvijek smijete jesti relativno veliku količinu hrane. To se radi kako bi se spriječio gubitak mišićne mase.

Lažni post je poseban oblik unosa hrane koji je razvio talijanski znanstvenik i gerijatrijski istraživač profesor Valter Longo koji predaje i provodi istraživanja na Sveučilištu Južne Kalifornije u SAD-u.

Princip je vrlo jednostavan: pet dana u tjednu unos hrane smanjuje se na oko polovice količine kalorija koje se obično konzumiraju. Prvi dan djeluje kao svojevrsni prijelazni dan, gdje je dopušteno oko 1.100 kalorija, a sljedeća četiri dana oko 800 kalorija, piše thehealthsciencesacademy.

Tijekom lažnog posta može se jesti samo hrana na biljnoj bazi kao što su zelena salata, povrće, orašasti plodovi, maslinovo ulje i biljni izvori proteina poput mahunarki. Šećer, bijela riža, kruh, tjestenina i svi životinjski proizvodi su zabranjeni.

To je zato što konzumiranje životinjskih proteina daje tijelu signal "rasta", dok se za post kaže da čini upravo suprotno.

Cilj posta je omogućiti stanicama da se odmore od rasta, jer u tom stanju postoje zdravstvene koristi: tijelo razgrađuje stari i neispravan stanični materijal i reciklira ga. Osim toga, razina inzulina i hormon rasta IGF-1 održavaju se niskima tijekom lažnog posta, što bi potencijalno moglo usporiti proces starenja.

Koncept takozvanog lažnog posta smanjuje trbušnu masnoću i potiče regeneraciju stanica. Za razliku od tradicionalnog posta, još uvijek smijete jesti relativno veliku količinu hrane. To se radi kako bi se spriječio gubitak mišićne mase.

Lažni post je poseban oblik unosa hrane koji je razvio talijanski znanstvenik i gerijatrijski istraživač profesor Valter Longo koji predaje i provodi istraživanja na Sveučilištu Južne Kalifornije u SAD-u.

Princip je vrlo jednostavan: pet dana u tjednu unos hrane smanjuje se na oko polovice količine kalorija koje se obično konzumiraju. Prvi dan djeluje kao svojevrsni prijelazni dan, gdje je dopušteno oko 1.100 kalorija, a sljedeća četiri dana oko 800 kalorija, piše thehealthsciencesacademy.

Tijekom lažnog posta može se jesti samo hrana na biljnoj bazi kao što su zelena salata, povrće, orašasti plodovi, maslinovo ulje i biljni izvori proteina poput mahunarki. Šećer, bijela riža, kruh, tjestenina i svi životinjski proizvodi su zabranjeni.

To je zato što konzumiranje životinjskih proteina daje tijelu signal "rasta", dok se za post kaže da čini upravo suprotno.

Cilj posta je omogućiti stanicama da se odmore od rasta, jer u tom stanju postoje zdravstvene koristi: tijelo razgrađuje stari i neispravan stanični materijal i reciklira ga. Osim toga, razina inzulina i hormon rasta IGF-1 održavaju se niskima tijekom lažnog posta, što bi potencijalno moglo usporiti proces starenja.

Lažni post: profesor otkrio trik s prehranom koji vara tijelo, znate li koje su sve namirnice zabranjene?

Koncept takozvanog lažnog posta smanjuje trbušnu masnoću i potiče regeneraciju stanica. Za razliku od tradicionalnog posta, još uvijek smijete jesti relativno veliku količinu hrane. To se radi kako bi se spriječio gubitak mišićne mase.

Lažni post je poseban oblik unosa hrane koji je razvio talijanski znanstvenik i gerijatrijski istraživač profesor Valter Longo koji predaje i provodi istraživanja na Sveučilištu Južne Kalifornije u SAD-u.

Princip je vrlo jednostavan: pet dana u tjednu unos hrane smanjuje se na oko polovice količine kalorija koje se obično konzumiraju. Prvi dan djeluje kao svojevrsni prijelazni dan, gdje je dopušteno oko 1.100 kalorija, a sljedeća četiri dana oko 800 kalorija, piše thehealthsciencesacademy.

Tijekom lažnog posta može se jesti samo hrana na biljnoj bazi kao što su zelena salata, povrće, orašasti plodovi, maslinovo ulje i biljni izvori proteina poput mahunarki. Šećer, bijela riža, kruh, tjestenina i svi životinjski proizvodi su zabranjeni.

To je zato što konzumiranje životinjskih proteina daje tijelu signal "rasta", dok se za post kaže da čini upravo suprotno.

Cilj posta je omogućiti stanicama da se odmore od rasta, jer u tom stanju postoje zdravstvene koristi: tijelo razgrađuje stari i neispravan stanični materijal i reciklira ga. Osim toga, razina inzulina i hormon rasta IGF-1 održavaju se niskima tijekom lažnog posta, što bi potencijalno moglo usporiti proces starenja.
