Muči vas višak kože koji je ostao na trbuhu nakon poroda? Ili ste pak nedavno izgubili puno kilograma ali je na trbuhu ostao podsjetnik da ste nosili nekoliko konfekcijskih brojeva više nego što nosite sada a kojeg biste se voljeli riješiti i to trajno?

Abdominoplastika je najbolja metoda ako višak kože i masno tkivo u području trbuha predstavlja veliko estetsko i psihičko opterećenje, ali i dovodi do značajnih zdravstvenih poteškoća. Zatezanje trbuha ili „tummy tuck“ uklanja višak kože i reducira masno tkivo na trbuhu i formira estetski prihvatljiv izgled trbušnih stijenki.

Od doc.dr.sc Dinka Bagatina, specijalista opće te subspecijalista plastične, rekonstruktivne i estetske kirurgije doznajemo da se prvi rezultati mogu vidjeti odmah nakon zahvata, a s vremenom se i same otekline smanjuju te je vidljiv novi oblik tijela. Nakon tri mjeseca većina oteklina se povlači, a konačan rezultat vidljiv je kroz godinu dana. Postoji nekoliko tipova abdominoplastike, od uklanjanja manje količine obješene kože i masnog tkiva do velikih zahvata kada se učvršćuje cjelokupni trbušni zid.

-Problem viška kože i masnog tkiva najčešće se javlja nakon trudnoće i poroda kod ženskih osoba te nakon značajnog gubitka tjelesne težine kod ženskih i muških osoba mlađe ili srednje dobi, tako da možemo reći kako su to najčešći pacijenti-otkriva nam dr.Bagatin.

Da biste doznali jeste li kandidat za ovaj zahvat nužno je obaviti sistematski pregled kako bi se isključile sve ozbiljne bolesti koje bi mogle izazvati komplikacije za vrijeme ili poslije zahvata, procijeniti tonus kože, stupanj opuštene kože u regiji abdomena te procijeniti višak masnog tkiva, kao i stanje trbušnih mišića. Svi koji razmišljaju o abdominoplastici svjesni moraju biti i njenih rizika.

-Kao i svaki drugi zahvat, abdominoplastika je povezana s određenim rizicima i komplikacijama, zbog čega je potrebno poduzeti sve mjere kako bi se rizici sveli na minimum. To je kompleksan postupak koji zahtjeva posebne tehničke vještine od kirurga te je nužno da pacijent bude u blizini kirurga koji može pratiti njegovo stanje. Zahvat se ne preporučuje onima koji imaju zdravstvene probleme zbog kojih je rizik od operacije prevelik. U ovu skupinu spadaju pacijenti s teškim srčanim problemima, oni koji imaju značajne probleme s krvnim žilama, odnosno svi koji imaju bolesti koje znatno narušavaju njihovo zdravlje i zbog kojih se kod njih ne može sigurno napraviti operacija-upozorava dr. Bagatin.

Šavovi se skidaju 10 do 21 dan poslije operacije, dok će se oteklina smanjiti i hematom nestati za nekoliko tjedana. Oteklina će u potpunosti nestati za nekoliko mjeseci kada će se vidjeti stvarni rezultati abdominoplastike. Neki dijelovi abdomena bit će umrtvljeni na osjet i to će potrajati nekoliko mjeseci, a rez će biti crvene ili ružičaste boje. Takva boja će se zadržati nekoliko mjeseci poslije kirurškog zahvata, ali će s vremenom izblijediti.

Pripreme za operativni zahvat ne smijete shvatiti olako i svi će vas savjetovati koliko ih se je važno pridržavati. Naime, četiri do šest tjedana prije zahvata potrebno je prestati pušiti. Dva tjedna prije prestati uzimati aspirine, biljne preparate ili bilo koje druge dodatke i određene lijekove koji sprječavaju stvaranje upale, jer upravo njihov sadržaj može uzrokovati značajnije krvarenje, a osam sati prije operacije ne smije se jesti ni piti.

Od doc.dr.sc Dinka Bagatina, specijalista opće te subspecijalista plastične, rekonstruktivne i estetske kirurgije doznajemo da se prvi rezultati mogu vidjeti odmah nakon zahvata, a s vremenom se i same otekline smanjuju te je vidljiv novi oblik tijela. Nakon tri mjeseca većina oteklina se povlači, a konačan rezultat vidljiv je kroz godinu dana. Postoji nekoliko tipova abdominoplastike, od uklanjanja manje količine obješene kože i masnog tkiva do velikih zahvata kada se učvršćuje cjelokupni trbušni zid.

-Problem viška kože i masnog tkiva najčešće se javlja nakon trudnoće i poroda kod ženskih osoba te nakon značajnog gubitka tjelesne težine kod ženskih i muških osoba mlađe ili srednje dobi, tako da možemo reći kako su to najčešći pacijenti-otkriva nam dr.Bagatin.

Da biste doznali jeste li kandidat za ovaj zahvat nužno je obaviti sistematski pregled kako bi se isključile sve ozbiljne bolesti koje bi mogle izazvati komplikacije za vrijeme ili poslije zahvata, procijeniti tonus kože, stupanj opuštene kože u regiji abdomena te procijeniti višak masnog tkiva, kao i stanje trbušnih mišića. Svi koji razmišljaju o abdominoplastici svjesni moraju biti i njenih rizika.

-Kao i svaki drugi zahvat, abdominoplastika je povezana s određenim rizicima i komplikacijama, zbog čega je potrebno poduzeti sve mjere kako bi se rizici sveli na minimum. To je kompleksan postupak koji zahtjeva posebne tehničke vještine od kirurga te je nužno da pacijent bude u blizini kirurga koji može pratiti njegovo stanje. Zahvat se ne preporučuje onima koji imaju zdravstvene probleme zbog kojih je rizik od operacije prevelik. U ovu skupinu spadaju pacijenti s teškim srčanim problemima, oni koji imaju značajne probleme s krvnim žilama, odnosno svi koji imaju bolesti koje znatno narušavaju njihovo zdravlje i zbog kojih se kod njih ne može sigurno napraviti operacija-upozorava dr. Bagatin.

Šavovi se skidaju 10 do 21 dan poslije operacije, dok će se oteklina smanjiti i hematom nestati za nekoliko tjedana. Oteklina će u potpunosti nestati za nekoliko mjeseci kada će se vidjeti stvarni rezultati abdominoplastike. Neki dijelovi abdomena bit će umrtvljeni na osjet i to će potrajati nekoliko mjeseci, a rez će biti crvene ili ružičaste boje. Takva boja će se zadržati nekoliko mjeseci poslije kirurškog zahvata, ali će s vremenom izblijediti.

Pripreme za operativni zahvat ne smijete shvatiti olako i svi će vas savjetovati koliko ih se je važno pridržavati. Naime, četiri do šest tjedana prije zahvata potrebno je prestati pušiti. Dva tjedna prije prestati uzimati aspirine, biljne preparate ili bilo koje druge dodatke i određene lijekove koji sprječavaju stvaranje upale, jer upravo njihov sadržaj može uzrokovati značajnije krvarenje, a osam sati prije operacije ne smije se jesti ni piti.
