Nije tajna da osjećaj nadutosti može biti izuzetno neugodan. Bilo da je riječ o stresu, menstruaciji, dehidraciji ili čak osjetljivosti na hranu, ne može se poreći da je osjećaj nadutosti ‘Grinch‘ unutar naših crijeva. Štoviše, mnogi će poslije ovih blagdana osjećati ovu nelagodu. To je prirodno i događa se većini, ali to ne znači da morate u kontinuitetu prolaziti simptome kao što su plinovi, stezanje u trbuhu i grčevi.
Sjemenke od kima
Srećom, postoje jednostavni načini uz pomoć kojih možete smanjiti nadutost, uključujući toplu šalicu biljnog čaja. Čaj od kima ima brojne dobrobiti. Sjemenka ove biljke koriste kao začini i kao ljekovite biljke. Imaju karakterističan, prilično specifičan okus i koriste se za začinjavanje raznih jela, uključujući kruh, sir, kiseli kupus i određena alkoholna pića. Priprema:
1. Stavite vodu i sjemenke kima u posudu i zakuhajte. Smanjite vatru i ostavite čaj da lagano kuha 10-ak minuta, a zatim ga maknite s vatre. Pirjajte desetak minuta. Zatim maknite s vatre.
2. Za jači napitak, nakon što prokuha maknite ga s vatre, pokrijte posudu i ostavite čaj da odstoji neko vrijeme.
3. Zasladite medom po ukusu ili dodajte mentu.

Nije tajna da osjećaj nadutosti može biti izuzetno neugodan. Bilo da je riječ o stresu, menstruaciji, dehidraciji ili čak osjetljivosti na hranu, ne može se poreći da je osjećaj nadutosti ‘Grinch‘ unutar naših crijeva. Štoviše, mnogi će poslije ovih blagdana osjećati ovu nelagodu. To je prirodno i događa se većini, ali to ne znači da morate u kontinuitetu prolaziti simptome kao što su plinovi, stezanje u trbuhu i grčevi.
Sjemenke od kima
Srećom, postoje jednostavni načini uz pomoć kojih možete smanjiti nadutost, uključujući toplu šalicu biljnog čaja. Čaj od kima ima brojne dobrobiti. Sjemenka ove biljke koriste kao začini i kao ljekovite biljke. Imaju karakterističan, prilično specifičan okus i koriste se za začinjavanje raznih jela, uključujući kruh, sir, kiseli kupus i određena alkoholna pića. Postoje istraživanja koja sugeriraju da bi čaj od kima mogao igrati značajnu ulogu u smanjenju tjelesne težine.

15 grama cijelih sjemenki kima
Priprema:
1. Stavite vodu i sjemenke kima u posudu i zakuhajte. Smanjite vatru i ostavite čaj da lagano kuha 10-ak minuta, a zatim ga maknite s vatre. Pirjajte desetak minuta. Zatim maknite s vatre.
2. Za jači napitak, nakon što prokuha maknite ga s vatre, pokrijte posudu i ostavite čaj da odstoji neko vrijeme.
3. Zasladite medom po ukusu ili dodajte mentu.
