List masline od davnina je prepoznat kao ljekovit. Još su ga stari Egipćani upotrebljavali za jačanje organizma, protiv groznice i za mumificiranje. I danas se rado preporučuje za pripremu čaja jer se djelovanje ljekovitih svojstava pojačava u vrućoj vodi. Listove je najbolje brati u rano proljeće jer tada imaju najveći postotak ljekovitih tvari. U listovima masline, naime, nalaze se i olerupezid i oleuropein, koji se smatraju najučinkovitijim ljekovitim tvarima lista masline. Za čaj od lista masline najčešće se koristi sušeni list, a mogu se koristiti i svježe ubrani. Oni sadrže gorku tvar, smolu, flavonoide, šećer, tanine, saponine i eterično ulje koje pomaže u širenju krvnih žila i snižavanju krvnog tlaka, piše Živim.

Za brojne tegobe

Stoga se čaj od listova masline najčešće koristi kod visokog krvnog tlaka. Preporučuje se i kada treba regulirati kolesterol i šećer u krvi, potiče izlučivanje mokraće pa pomaže kod upale mokraćnih kanala, mjehura i bubrega, potiče izlučivanje žuči i rad jetre. U sezoni prehlada i viroza pomaže bržem oporavku, a blagotvorno djeluje na želudac i probavu. Posebno se preporučuje kod svih ženskih tegoba te kod tegoba s kostima i zglobovima, kod artritisa, gihta i reume. List masline ima i blago antiseptičko djelovanje pa može pomoći kod zacjeljivanja rana i ogrebotina te kod gljivica i herpesa.

Čaj za tlak

Za pripremu čaja od masline potrebno je 1-2 žličice suhih ili svježih listova staviti u šalicu vode i kuhati 5 minuta. Potom se čaj procijedi i piju se 2-3 šalice na dan, prije ili tijekom jela. Čaj se pije 4-5 tjedana za krvni tlak, koji se redovito kontrolira samostalno ili kod liječnika.

Čaj za artritis

Priprema se tako da se žličica suhih listova masline prelije s 2,5 dl vode koja je tek proključala i kuha još 2-3 minute. Potom se čaj makne s vatre i poklopi. Nakon 10 minuta se procijedi i pije poslije jela. Ima gorkasti okus pa se može dodati malo limunova soka.

Čaj za dijabetes

Priprema se od 30 g suhih listova masline koji se preliju s 1/2 l hladne vode te se tako ostavi. Nakon osam sati namočeno lišće stavlja se na vatru i kuha sve dok voda ne proključa. Čaj se potom makne s vatre, poklopi i ostavi još 20-ak minuta. Pripremljeni čaj se procijedi i pije dvaput dnevno po 2,5 dl.

Oprez! Kemijski spojevi u listovima masline mogu spriječiti djelovanje antibiotika pa se ne preporučuje čaj konzumirati kada pijete antibiotike. Također može jako sniziti tlak pa ako imate niski tlak, čaj od listova masline pijte samo povremeno. Ne preporučuje se uzimati u trudnoći, piše Živim.

List masline od davnina je prepoznat kao ljekovit. Još su ga stari Egipćani upotrebljavali za jačanje organizma, protiv groznice i za mumificiranje. I danas se rado preporučuje za pripremu čaja jer se djelovanje ljekovitih svojstava pojačava u vrućoj vodi. Listove je najbolje brati u rano proljeće jer tada imaju najveći postotak ljekovitih tvari. U listovima masline, naime, nalaze se i olerupezid i oleuropein, koji se smatraju najučinkovitijim ljekovitim tvarima lista masline. Za čaj od lista masline najčešće se koristi sušeni list, a mogu se koristiti i svježe ubrani. Oni sadrže gorku tvar, smolu, flavonoide, šećer, tanine, saponine i eterično ulje koje pomaže u širenju krvnih žila i snižavanju krvnog tlaka, piše Živim.

Za brojne tegobe

Stoga se čaj od listova masline najčešće koristi kod visokog krvnog tlaka. Preporučuje se i kada treba regulirati kolesterol i šećer u krvi, potiče izlučivanje mokraće pa pomaže kod upale mokraćnih kanala, mjehura i bubrega, potiče izlučivanje žuči i rad jetre. U sezoni prehlada i viroza pomaže bržem oporavku, a blagotvorno djeluje na želudac i probavu. Posebno se preporučuje kod svih ženskih tegoba te kod tegoba s kostima i zglobovima, kod artritisa, gihta i reume. List masline ima i blago antiseptičko djelovanje pa može pomoći kod zacjeljivanja rana i ogrebotina te kod gljivica i herpesa.

Čaj za tlak

Za pripremu čaja od masline potrebno je 1-2 žličice suhih ili svježih listova staviti u šalicu vode i kuhati 5 minuta. Potom se čaj procijedi i piju se 2-3 šalice na dan, prije ili tijekom jela. Čaj se pije 4-5 tjedana za krvni tlak, koji se redovito kontrolira samostalno ili kod liječnika.

Čaj za artritis

Priprema se tako da se žličica suhih listova masline prelije s 2,5 dl vode koja je tek proključala i kuha još 2-3 minute. Potom se čaj makne s vatre i poklopi. Nakon 10 minuta se procijedi i pije poslije jela. Ima gorkasti okus pa se može dodati malo limunova soka.

Čaj za dijabetes

Priprema se od 30 g suhih listova masline koji se preliju s 1/2 l hladne vode te se tako ostavi. Nakon osam sati namočeno lišće stavlja se na vatru i kuha sve dok voda ne proključa. Čaj se potom makne s vatre, poklopi i ostavi još 20-ak minuta. Pripremljeni čaj se procijedi i pije dvaput dnevno po 2,5 dl.

Oprez! Kemijski spojevi u listovima masline mogu spriječiti djelovanje antibiotika pa se ne preporučuje čaj konzumirati kada pijete antibiotike. Također može jako sniziti tlak pa ako imate niski tlak, čaj od listova masline pijte samo povremeno. Ne preporučuje se uzimati u trudnoći, piše Živim.

List masline od davnina je prepoznat kao ljekovit. Još su ga stari Egipćani upotrebljavali za jačanje organizma, protiv groznice i za mumificiranje. I danas se rado preporučuje za pripremu čaja jer se djelovanje ljekovitih svojstava pojačava u vrućoj vodi. Listove je najbolje brati u rano proljeće jer tada imaju najveći postotak ljekovitih tvari. U listovima masline, naime, nalaze se i olerupezid i oleuropein, koji se smatraju najučinkovitijim ljekovitim tvarima lista masline. Za čaj od lista masline najčešće se koristi sušeni list, a mogu se koristiti i svježe ubrani. Oni sadrže gorku tvar, smolu, flavonoide, šećer, tanine, saponine i eterično ulje koje pomaže u širenju krvnih žila i snižavanju krvnog tlaka, piše Živim.
