Liječnica dermatologinja Samantha Ellis na svom je TikTok profilu podijelila je informacije o kožnoj infekciji koja je jako česta nakon ljetnog razdoblja, a nerijetko prolazi neopaženo, jer je ljudi ne znaju prepoznati.

Riječ je o Tinea versicolor,  čestoj i najčešće blagoj gljivičnoj infekciji kože. Gljivice ometaju normalnu pigmentaciju kože, što rezultiranja manjim mrljama za koje Samantha kaže da boja u kojoj će se manifestirati, ovisi o podtonu kože.

Ove mrlje mogu biti svjetlije ili tamnije boje od okolne kože i najčešće zahvaćaju trup i ramena. Tinea versicolor najčešće se javlja kod mlađih osoba. Izloženost suncu može učiniti mrlje izraženijima, zbog toga je ova infekcija vrlo česta ljeti. Antifungalne kreme, losioni ili šamponi mogu pomoći u liječenju, no čak i nakon uspješnog liječenja, boja kože može ostati neujednačena nekoliko tjedana.

Samantha je u video preporučila Ketoconazole antifungalni šampon, za koji tvrdi da je najbolji odabir u liječenju ovog kožnog stanja.

Tinea versicolor često se ponavlja, osobito prilikom toplog i vlažnog vremena. Vlažna koža u kombinaciji s mrtvim stanicama i masnoćama idealno je mjesto za razvoj gljivica, pa Samantha kaže da područja s vlažnom klimom iznimno pogoduju razvitku ove bolesti.

Gljivice se najčešće manifestiraju kao kružne mrlje, odnosno depigmentacije kože. Od jedva vidljive male mrljice, Samantha upozorava da se infekcija može proširiti na cijela leđa.

Liječnica dermatologinja Samantha Ellis na svom je TikTok profilu podijelila je informacije o kožnoj infekciji koja je jako česta nakon ljetnog razdoblja, a nerijetko prolazi neopaženo, jer je ljudi ne znaju prepoznati.

Riječ je o Tinea versicolor,  čestoj i najčešće blagoj gljivičnoj infekciji kože. Gljivice ometaju normalnu pigmentaciju kože, što rezultiranja manjim mrljama za koje Samantha kaže da boja u kojoj će se manifestirati, ovisi o podtonu kože.

Ove mrlje mogu biti svjetlije ili tamnije boje od okolne kože i najčešće zahvaćaju trup i ramena. Tinea versicolor najčešće se javlja kod mlađih osoba. Izloženost suncu može učiniti mrlje izraženijima, zbog toga je ova infekcija vrlo česta ljeti. Antifungalne kreme, losioni ili šamponi mogu pomoći u liječenju, no čak i nakon uspješnog liječenja, boja kože može ostati neujednačena nekoliko tjedana.

Samantha je u video preporučila Ketoconazole antifungalni šampon, za koji tvrdi da je najbolji odabir u liječenju ovog kožnog stanja.

Tinea versicolor često se ponavlja, osobito prilikom toplog i vlažnog vremena. Vlažna koža u kombinaciji s mrtvim stanicama i masnoćama idealno je mjesto za razvoj gljivica, pa Samantha kaže da područja s vlažnom klimom iznimno pogoduju razvitku ove bolesti.

Gljivice se najčešće manifestiraju kao kružne mrlje, odnosno depigmentacije kože. Od jedva vidljive male mrljice, Samantha upozorava da se infekcija može proširiti na cijela leđa.

Liječnica dermatologinja Samantha Ellis na svom je TikTok profilu podijelila je informacije o kožnoj infekciji koja je jako česta nakon ljetnog razdoblja, a nerijetko prolazi neopaženo, jer je ljudi ne znaju prepoznati.

Riječ je o Tinea versicolor,  čestoj i najčešće blagoj gljivičnoj infekciji kože. Gljivice ometaju normalnu pigmentaciju kože, što rezultiranja manjim mrljama za koje Samantha kaže da boja u kojoj će se manifestirati, ovisi o podtonu kože.

Ove mrlje mogu biti svjetlije ili tamnije boje od okolne kože i najčešće zahvaćaju trup i ramena. Tinea versicolor najčešće se javlja kod mlađih osoba. Izloženost suncu može učiniti mrlje izraženijima, zbog toga je ova infekcija vrlo česta ljeti. Antifungalne kreme, losioni ili šamponi mogu pomoći u liječenju, no čak i nakon uspješnog liječenja, boja kože može ostati neujednačena nekoliko tjedana.

Samantha je u video preporučila Ketoconazole antifungalni šampon, za koji tvrdi da je najbolji odabir u liječenju ovog kožnog stanja.

Tinea versicolor često se ponavlja, osobito prilikom toplog i vlažnog vremena. Vlažna koža u kombinaciji s mrtvim stanicama i masnoćama idealno je mjesto za razvoj gljivica, pa Samantha kaže da područja s vlažnom klimom iznimno pogoduju razvitku ove bolesti.

Gljivice se najčešće manifestiraju kao kružne mrlje, odnosno depigmentacije kože. Od jedva vidljive male mrljice, Samantha upozorava da se infekcija može proširiti na cijela leđa.
