Općenito vrijedi savjet da se u slučaju oslabljenog imuniteta valja boriti s unosom što više vitamina i svakako u jelovnik uvrstiti i kivi, voće koje neki nazivaju vitaminskom bombom. Istina je da mnogi pomisle na naranče i limune, voće koje sadrži puno vitamina C, no zna se da ga kivi ima gotovo dvostruko više. Stručnjaci kažu da nam zapravo treba samo jedan kivi dnevno kako bismo osigurali dnevnu potrebu organizma za vitaminom C. Naravno, kivi nije samo bogat ovim vitaminom, već sadrži i mnoge druge vitamine i minerale. Također, bogat je vitaminom E koji je snažan antioksidans i štiti organizam od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, ateroskleroze i neplodnosti.

Ovo je voće, ujedno, bogat izvor folne kiseline, koja se posebno preporučuje ženama tijekom i nakon trudnoće. Folna kiselina štiti fetus od neuroloških poremećaja jer pomaže u pravilnom razvoju mozga, lubanje i leđne moždine. No ne samo to, folna kiselina, objašnjavaju stručnjaci, sprječava i kardiovaskularne bolesti, moždani udar, rak, pretilost, depresiju, poboljšava pamćenje, pa čak i ublažava valunge tijekom menopauze.

Dakle, više nego dovoljno da češće posegnete za ovim zelenim voćem, koje također ima istu razinu kalija kao banane. No, budući da sadrži puno manje kalorija, posebno se preporučuje ako želite izgubiti koji kilogram. Zbog njegovih aktivnih sastojaka kivijem se počastite svaki dan i na taj način pospješite rad imunološkog sustava i zaštitite se od raznih virusa i bakterija.

Podsjetimo i da su popularni napici od kivija, koji su pravi melem za naš organizam, posebno u danima kada se osjećate iscrpljeni. Zbog svih svojstava ovo voće podrijetlom iz Kine naziva se riznicom vitamina i minerala. Upravo ta riznica pomaže u prevenciji mnogih bolesti, ali je i izvrstan alat za uljepšavanje.

Stoga, kada razmišljate kojim voćem se počastiti, ne zaboravite na kivi koji krije ukusno jarkozeleno ili zlatno meso s jestivim sjemenkama. Prije se govorilo da jedna jabuka dnevno tjera doktora iz kuće, a sada su tu izreku "zalijepili" kiviju. I još jedan savjet: u sezoni se preporučuje pojesti do dvije voćke dnevno, no najbolje je pustiti da malo sazriju prije konzumacije jer zreliji kivi sadrži više antioksidansa. Ako niste znali – osim mesa kivija jestiva je i njegova kora, koja je bogat izvor antioksidansa.

Općenito vrijedi savjet da se u slučaju oslabljenog imuniteta valja boriti s unosom što više vitamina i svakako u jelovnik uvrstiti i kivi, voće koje neki nazivaju vitaminskom bombom. Stručnjaci kažu da nam zapravo treba samo jedan kivi dnevno kako bismo osigurali dnevnu potrebu organizma za vitaminom C. Naravno, kivi nije samo bogat ovim vitaminom, već sadrži i mnoge druge vitamine i minerale. Također, bogat je vitaminom E koji je snažan antioksidans i štiti organizam od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, ateroskleroze i neplodnosti.

Ovo je voće, ujedno, bogat izvor folne kiseline, koja se posebno preporučuje ženama tijekom i nakon trudnoće. Folna kiselina štiti fetus od neuroloških poremećaja jer pomaže u pravilnom razvoju mozga, lubanje i leđne moždine. No ne samo to, folna kiselina, objašnjavaju stručnjaci, sprječava i kardiovaskularne bolesti, moždani udar, rak, pretilost, depresiju, poboljšava pamćenje, pa čak i ublažava valunge tijekom menopauze.

Dakle, više nego dovoljno da češće posegnete za ovim zelenim voćem, koje također ima istu razinu kalija kao banane. No, budući da sadrži puno manje kalorija, posebno se preporučuje ako želite izgubiti koji kilogram. Zbog njegovih aktivnih sastojaka kivijem se počastite svaki dan i na taj način pospješite rad imunološkog sustava i zaštitite se od raznih virusa i bakterija.

Podsjetimo i da su popularni napici od kivija, koji su pravi melem za naš organizam, posebno u danima kada se osjećate iscrpljeni. Zbog svih svojstava ovo voće podrijetlom iz Kine naziva se riznicom vitamina i minerala. Upravo ta riznica pomaže u prevenciji mnogih bolesti, ali je i izvrstan alat za uljepšavanje.

Stoga, kada razmišljate kojim voćem se počastiti, ne zaboravite na kivi koji krije ukusno jarkozeleno ili zlatno meso s jestivim sjemenkama. Prije se govorilo da jedna jabuka dnevno tjera doktora iz kuće, a sada su tu izreku "zalijepili" kiviju. I još jedan savjet: u sezoni se preporučuje pojesti do dvije voćke dnevno, no najbolje je pustiti da malo sazriju prije konzumacije jer zreliji kivi sadrži više antioksidansa. Ako niste znali – osim mesa kivija jestiva je i njegova kora, koja je bogat izvor antioksidansa.

Općenito vrijedi savjet da se u slučaju oslabljenog imuniteta valja boriti s unosom što više vitamina i svakako u jelovnik uvrstiti i kivi, voće koje neki nazivaju vitaminskom bombom.
