Sjećate se onih naputaka na samome početku pandemije koronavirusa? Što jesti kako bi se podigao imunitet, kakve juhe kuhati, kojim se namirnicama opskrbiti?

Kao da je prošlo i dulje od mjesec dana. Suživot s koronavirusom gotovo je postao normalan. "Idem do dućana", kažemo ukućanima i navlačimo masku, vraćamo se kući i svlačimo "kontaminiranu" odjeću.

U magli pranja ruku i pokušaja praćenja najnovijih vijesti, ipak, jedno nas pitanje stalno vraća na početak. Što mogu poduzeti kako bih ostao/ ostala zdrav/ zdrava? Je li pravilna ishrana dovoljna ili bi u ovim trenucima ipak trebalo posegnuti za pokojim dodatkom prehrani?

O suplementima kao oružju koje bi moglo sprječiti infekciju Covida-19, do danas nema podataka. Ne postoji ništa štetno u uzimanju dnevnih multivitamina koje ste prethodno konzumirali, samo morate shvatiti da "pojačavanje" u ovim trenucima neće nužno značiti da ćete izbjeći zarazu, usaglašena je struka.

Dapače, postoji dnevni limit kad je uzimanje suplemenata u pitanju. Ukoliko uzimate kompleks vitamina ili spomenute "multivitamine", oni zadovoljavaju potrebu za B i C vitaminom.

Vitamin B6 nalazi se u cjelovitim žitaricama, orašastim plodovima i grahoricama, a proteini poput piletine i ribe također su preporučljivi. Neka vam to bude okosnica ishrane u ovim trenucima, savjetuju stručnjaci, uz obaveznu konzumaciju voća i povća, poput slatkog krumpira, lisnatog zelenog povrća, mrkvi, naranči i sjemenki,

Sjećate se onih naputaka na samome početku pandemije koronavirusa? Što jesti kako bi se podigao imunitet, kakve juhe kuhati, kojim se namirnicama opskrbiti?

Kao da je prošlo i dulje od mjesec dana. Suživot s koronavirusom gotovo je postao normalan. "Idem do dućana", kažemo ukućanima i navlačimo masku, vraćamo se kući i svlačimo "kontaminiranu" odjeću.

U magli pranja ruku i pokušaja praćenja najnovijih vijesti, ipak, jedno nas pitanje stalno vraća na početak. Što mogu poduzeti kako bih ostao/ ostala zdrav/ zdrava? Je li pravilna ishrana dovoljna ili bi u ovim trenucima ipak trebalo posegnuti za pokojim dodatkom prehrani?

Vitamin C, pišu svjetski portali, kupuje se više nego ikad. No postoji li ikakav dokaz da nam je to saveznik koji će infekcije držati podalje?

Doktor Michael Rozen, šef glavne klinike u Clevelandu, kaže za Huffington Post kako je jačanje imuniteta uvijek razumna odluka.

Kad koronavirus uđe u tijelo, ono ga odmah prepoznaje kao strano, a kad se to dogodi, stanica stvara antitijela, od kojih je najčešći IgG, kako bi imunitetom neutralizirala napad. U idealnoj situaciji, IgG, neutralizirajuća antitijela, već bi bila prisutna u organizmu - to su naši "unutarnji zaštitnici", imunoglobulini.

Tu postaje jasno da je podizanje imuniteta potrebno. Imunološki sistem, kako bi se odupro, mora biti sposoban na reakciju u slučaju napada. Trebaju li nam suplementi?

No, stručnjaci su usuglašeni u stajalištu da pravilna ishrana zadovoljava potrebe imunološkog sistema u potpunosti. Dapače, naglašavaju kako je važno da javnost shvati da ne postoje ti suplementi koji će ih zaštititi od koronavirusa. Samo društveno distanciranje, odgovorno ponašanje i pažnja na higijenu su "na snazi".

- Vitamin C, antioksidansi i cink zaista mogu pomoći organizmu da funkcionira na pravilan način. Ali ako ih unosite kroz hranu, nema potrebe za dodacima, tvrdi Lona Sandon iz Medicinskog centra Sveučilišta u Texasu.

O suplementima kao oružju koje bi moglo sprječiti infekciju Covida-19, do danas nema podataka. Ne postoji ništa štetno u uzimanju dnevnih multivitamina koje ste prethodno konzumirali, samo morate shvatiti da "pojačavanje" u ovim trenucima neće nužno značiti da ćete izbjeći zarazu, usaglašena je struka.

Dapače, postoji dnevni limit kad je uzimanje suplemenata u pitanju. Ukoliko uzimate kompleks vitamina ili spomenute "multivitamine", oni zadovoljavaju potrebu za B i C vitaminom.

Vitamin B6 nalazi se u cjelovitim žitaricama, orašastim plodovima i grahoricama, a proteini poput piletine i ribe također su preporučljivi. Neka vam to bude okosnica ishrane u ovim trenucima, savjetuju stručnjaci, uz obaveznu konzumaciju voća i povća, poput slatkog krumpira, lisnatog zelenog povrća, mrkvi, naranči i sjemenki,

Sjećate se onih naputaka na samome početku pandemije koronavirusa? Što jesti kako bi se podigao imunitet, kakve juhe kuhati, kojim se namirnicama opskrbiti?

Kao da je prošlo i dulje od mjesec dana. Suživot s koronavirusom gotovo je postao normalan. "Idem do dućana", kažemo ukućanima i navlačimo masku, vraćamo se kući i svlačimo "kontaminiranu" odjeću.

U magli pranja ruku i pokušaja praćenja najnovijih vijesti, ipak, jedno nas pitanje stalno vraća na početak. Što mogu poduzeti kako bih ostao/ ostala zdrav/ zdrava? Je li pravilna ishrana dovoljna ili bi u ovim trenucima ipak trebalo posegnuti za pokojim dodatkom prehrani?

Vitamin C, pišu svjetski portali, kupuje se više nego ikad. No postoji li ikakav dokaz da nam je to saveznik koji će infekcije držati podalje?
