Ispadanje kose danas je vrlo čest problem koji pogađa i muškarce i žene.

Osim genetskih faktora, postoji niz drugih razloga koji mogu dovesti do ispadanja kose, poput smanjene aktivnosti štitnjače, stresa, hormonalne neravnoteže, loše prehrane, dobi, infekcija vlasišta, nekih bolesti ili lijekova, zagađenog zraka ili slabe cirkulacije, a u faktore koji pridonose pojačanom ispadanju ubrajaju se i brojne naprave i proizvodi za oblikovanje kose koji je svakodnevnom upotrebom izlažu stresu, piše Živim.hr.

Normalnim se smatra ispadanje 50 do 100 vlasi dnevno, no primijetite li da vam ispada više od toga, vrijeme je da posvetite više pažnje vlasištu i kosi i odmah nešto poduzmete. Srećom, postoji niz prirodnih rješenja koja su lako dostupna, a mnoga od njih već sigurno imate u svojoj kuhinji, i koja mogu pomoći u zaustavljanju ispadanja kose te potaknuti rast novih vlasi.

Tri čaja za poticanje rasta kose

1. Zeleni čaj

Zeleni čaj obiluje antioksidansima koji pospješuju rast kose i sprečavaju ispadanje. Namočite dvije vrećice zelenog čaja u jednoj šalici vruće vode (ili tri vrećice u dvije šalice vruće vode ako imate dužu kosu). Kad se čaj ohladi, isperite njime vlasište i kosu istodobno nježno masirajući vlasište. Nakon sat vremena isperite kosu u hladnoj vodi.

2. Čaj od breze

Breza je odličan saveznik za poticanje rasta kose, i to zbog visokog postotka vitamina C u mladim listovima i klicama biljke. Pijenje čaja od listova breze, osim za poticanje rasta kose, korisno je i za detoksikaciju vlasišta, a možete ga koristiti i kao prirodno i zdravo sredstvo za pranje kose.

3. Čaj od koprive

Kopriva se tradicionalno smatra dobrim saveznikom za zdravlje kose jer pridonosi jačanju strukture vlasi, potiče rast kose, a ujedno sprečava pojavu peruti. Ispirite kosu čajem od koprive barem dvaput tjedno za što bolje rezultate.

Namirnice koje pomažu

Brokula, špinat i kupus su među najboljim namirnicama protiv ispadanja kose jer su bogati željezom, koje je nužno za vlasište jer pridonosi oksigenaciji tkiva. Imajte na umu da je upravo manjak željeza jedan od glavnih uzroka ispadanja kose kod žena. Idealno je te namirnice začinjati sokom od limuna jer vitamin C poboljšava asimilaciju željeza.

Osim toga, kosa je najvećim dijelom sačinjena od keratina pa su joj stoga potrebni proteini. Zato su i piletina, jogurt i sirevi odlične namirnice protiv ispadanja kose, no ne smijete zaboraviti ni jaja i losos, koji su bogat izvor omega-3 masnih kiselina koje sprečavaju ispadanje kose i čine je čvrstom i sjajnom.

Za užinu grickajte orahe, bademe i suho voće jer obiluju cinkom, masnim kiselinama i vitaminom E te su važan dio prehrane protiv ispadanja kose. Ne samo da mogu zaustaviti ispadanje nego imaju i preventivni učinak. Orasi sadrže i selen, koji je izuzetno važan za regeneraciju staničnih membrana te bi bilo poželjno da svakodnevno pojedete šaku oraha.

Jelovnik protiv ispadanja kose upotpunite žutim i narančastim povrćem i voćem jer obiluje vitaminom A, koji neutralizira štetno djelovanje slobodnih radikala i nužan je za zdravo vlasište. Važna namirnica su i rajčice jer su bogate mineralnim solima, vitaminima i likopenom te štite kosu i čine je čvršćom, objavio je portal Živim.hr.

Ispadanje kose danas je vrlo čest problem koji pogađa i muškarce i žene.

Osim genetskih faktora, postoji niz drugih razloga koji mogu dovesti do ispadanja kose, poput smanjene aktivnosti štitnjače, stresa, hormonalne neravnoteže, loše prehrane, dobi, infekcija vlasišta, nekih bolesti ili lijekova, zagađenog zraka ili slabe cirkulacije, a u faktore koji pridonose pojačanom ispadanju ubrajaju se i brojne naprave i proizvodi za oblikovanje kose koji je svakodnevnom upotrebom izlažu stresu, piše Živim.hr.

Normalnim se smatra ispadanje 50 do 100 vlasi dnevno, no primijetite li da vam ispada više od toga, vrijeme je da posvetite više pažnje vlasištu i kosi i odmah nešto poduzmete. Srećom, postoji niz prirodnih rješenja koja su lako dostupna, a mnoga od njih već sigurno imate u svojoj kuhinji, i koja mogu pomoći u zaustavljanju ispadanja kose te potaknuti rast novih vlasi.

Tri čaja za poticanje rasta kose

1. Zeleni čaj

Zeleni čaj obiluje antioksidansima koji pospješuju rast kose i sprečavaju ispadanje. Namočite dvije vrećice zelenog čaja u jednoj šalici vruće vode (ili tri vrećice u dvije šalice vruće vode ako imate dužu kosu). Kad se čaj ohladi, isperite njime vlasište i kosu istodobno nježno masirajući vlasište. Nakon sat vremena isperite kosu u hladnoj vodi.

2. Čaj od breze

Breza je odličan saveznik za poticanje rasta kose, i to zbog visokog postotka vitamina C u mladim listovima i klicama biljke. Pijenje čaja od listova breze, osim za poticanje rasta kose, korisno je i za detoksikaciju vlasišta, a možete ga koristiti i kao prirodno i zdravo sredstvo za pranje kose.

3. Čaj od koprive

Kopriva se tradicionalno smatra dobrim saveznikom za zdravlje kose jer pridonosi jačanju strukture vlasi, potiče rast kose, a ujedno sprečava pojavu peruti. Ispirite kosu čajem od koprive barem dvaput tjedno za što bolje rezultate.

Namirnice koje pomažu

Brokula, špinat i kupus su među najboljim namirnicama protiv ispadanja kose jer su bogati željezom, koje je nužno za vlasište jer pridonosi oksigenaciji tkiva. Imajte na umu da je upravo manjak željeza jedan od glavnih uzroka ispadanja kose kod žena. Idealno je te namirnice začinjati sokom od limuna jer vitamin C poboljšava asimilaciju željeza.

Osim toga, kosa je najvećim dijelom sačinjena od keratina pa su joj stoga potrebni proteini. Zato su i piletina, jogurt i sirevi odlične namirnice protiv ispadanja kose, no ne smijete zaboraviti ni jaja i losos, koji su bogat izvor omega-3 masnih kiselina koje sprečavaju ispadanje kose i čine je čvrstom i sjajnom.

Za užinu grickajte orahe, bademe i suho voće jer obiluju cinkom, masnim kiselinama i vitaminom E te su važan dio prehrane protiv ispadanja kose. Ne samo da mogu zaustaviti ispadanje nego imaju i preventivni učinak. Orasi sadrže i selen, koji je izuzetno važan za regeneraciju staničnih membrana te bi bilo poželjno da svakodnevno pojedete šaku oraha.

Jelovnik protiv ispadanja kose upotpunite žutim i narančastim povrćem i voćem jer obiluje vitaminom A, koji neutralizira štetno djelovanje slobodnih radikala i nužan je za zdravo vlasište. Važna namirnica su i rajčice jer su bogate mineralnim solima, vitaminima i likopenom te štite kosu i čine je čvršćom, objavio je portal Živim.hr.
