Velik dio ljudi ne može zamisliti da dan ne počne s kavom. Jedni običavaju nešto pojesti prije ispijanja kave, dok je drugi piju na prazan želudac. Dio takvih zna se žaliti na probavne tegobe.

Kava je kiselo piće. Kofein potiče proizvodnju hormona gastrina, koji je odgovoran za proizvodnju želučane kiseline.

Kava ima pH vrijednost od oko 5, dok naša želučana kiselina ima pH oko 2, što ju čini kiselijom. Naš bi želudac, koji je usput ispunjen i sluzi koja ga štiti, trebao moći podnijeti kiselinu koju uzrokuje ispijanje kave, objasnila je gastroenterologinja, dr. Supriya Rao iz Bostona, piše Ordinacija.

Ispijanje kave na prazan želudac povećava proizvodnju želučane kiseline. Veće razine tekućine ne uzrokuju nikakve probleme mnogim ljudima, ali kod nekih mogu uzrokovati nelagodu. Ako spadate u tu skupinu, ali se ne možete odreći svog prvojutarnjeg kofeinskog napitka, pokušajte ipak u njemu uživati​ uz koji zalogaj hrane koja u tom slučaju služi kao amortizer.

Rješenje je i kava bez kofeina

Šalica kave bez kofeina bila bi bolji izbor jer dovodi do manjih količina gastrointestinalne tekućine. Odabir tamnog zrna umjesto svijetlog mogao bi pomoći vašem želucu, jer ima manje kiselosti. Proces prženja tamnijih zrna je dug, tako da gube puno kiseline, objasnila je Rao.

Hladno kuhane kave na sve tri temperature prženja bile su nešto manje kisele nego vruće. Ako imate problema s dispepsijom nakon što ste popili kavu na prazan želudac, možda je najbolja opcija odabir potpuno drugačijeg kofeinskog napitka. Zeleni i crni čaj sadrže manje kofeina, pa su i manje kiseli, piše Ordinacija.

Sreća je da na tržištu kave postoji velika mogućnost izbora pa svatko može odabrati onu koja mu odgovara. Možda je u tome i tajna popularnosti kave kao napitka. A tko u tome obilju ne može pronaći baš nijednu kavu za sebe, na raspolaganju mu je jednako bogat izbor čajeva.

Velik dio ljudi ne može zamisliti da dan ne počne s kavom. Jedni običavaju nešto pojesti prije ispijanja kave, dok je drugi piju na prazan želudac. Dio takvih zna se žaliti na probavne tegobe.

Kava je kiselo piće. Kofein potiče proizvodnju hormona gastrina, koji je odgovoran za proizvodnju želučane kiseline.

Ako spadate u tu skupinu, ali se ne možete odreći svog prvojutarnjeg kofeinskog napitka, pokušajte ipak u njemu uživati​ uz koji zalogaj hrane koja u tom slučaju služi kao amortizer.

Rješenje je i kava bez kofeina

Šalica kave bez kofeina bila bi bolji izbor jer dovodi do manjih količina gastrointestinalne tekućine. Odabir tamnog zrna umjesto svijetlog mogao bi pomoći vašem želucu, jer ima manje kiselosti. Proces prženja tamnijih zrna je dug, tako da gube puno kiseline, objasnila je Rao.

Hladno kuhane kave na sve tri temperature prženja bile su nešto manje kisele nego vruće. Ako imate problema s dispepsijom nakon što ste popili kavu na prazan želudac, možda je najbolja opcija odabir potpuno drugačijeg kofeinskog napitka. Zeleni i crni čaj sadrže manje kofeina, pa su i manje kiseli, piše Ordinacija.

Sreća je da na tržištu kave postoji velika mogućnost izbora pa svatko može odabrati onu koja mu odgovara. Možda je u tome i tajna popularnosti kave kao napitka. A tko u tome obilju ne može pronaći baš nijednu kavu za sebe, na raspolaganju mu je jednako bogat izbor čajeva.
