Ovogodišnja dodjela Oscara ostat će zapamćena po fizičkom napadu Willa Smitha na Chrisa Rocka.

Naime, komičar Chris Rock bio je voditelj 94. dodjele i usporedio je izbrijanu glavu Willove supruge Jade Pinkett Smith s frizurom Demi Moore u filmu ‘G.I. Jane’.

Šala je bila neukusna, jer je Jada izgubila kosu zbog alopecije. Riječ je o gubitku kose o kojem je Jada prvi put govorila 2018. godine tijekom emisije Red Table Talk.

- Puno me ljudi ispituje zašto nosim turbane. Zapravo, nisam pričala o tome. Nije jednostavno govoriti o tome, ali hoću. Tuširala sam se jedan dan i primijetila sam da imam puno kose u svojim rukama. Pomislila sam: “O moj Bože, je li ja ćelavim?” To je bio jedan od onih trenutaka u životu kad se treseš od straha. Zato sam odrezala svoju kosu i nastavljam je rezati - rekla je.

Što znamo o alopeciji, kako nastaje, ima li lijeka?

Do alopecije dolazi kada imunološki sustav napada folikule dlake. Naravno, nisu svi slučajevi identični, nekima će kosa opadati gotovo neprimjetno (uostalom, kod osoba koji nemaju takvo oboljenje dnevno opada oko 70 vlasi kose), dok će kod nekih kosa opadati u pramenovima, kao što je bio slučaj kod Jade.

Lijeka, a to je vrlo bitno, za alopeciju nema, no medicina ipak ima ‘lijek’ za usporavanje opadanja kose, kao što je moguće potaknuti i rast nove kose.

Napad na folikule dlake

Alopecija je autoimuna bolest, što znači da imunološki sustav napada tijelo, u ovom slučaju su napadnute folikule dlake. Zašto se to događa, još se ne zna, ali se pretpostavlja da okidač mogu biti neka stanja kao što su astma, stres, sindrom Down, sezonske alergije, bolesti štitnjače, vitiligo, a često se pojavljuje kod ljudi koji imaju još jednu autoimunu bolest.

Iako se opadanje kose nekako najviše veže uz muškarce, ne treba čuditi što i žene, konkretno Jade Pinkett Smith, imaju problema s ovom bolešću, jer alopecija ne samo da se pojavljuje i kod muškaraca i kod žena, već je zapravo češća kod žena.

Žene gube dlake na glavi, na obrvama i trepavicama.

Kod alopecije se u kratkom vremenu gubi puno kose, a kosa više opada kada je vani hladnije. Alopecija se može prepoznati i po noktima koji postaju crveni, tanki, lomljivi, bez sjaja, s bijelim točkama ili izdubljeni.

Zanimljivo je da se najčešće prvi simptomi pojavljuju vrlo rano, prije 30. godine života. Kosa može nakon nekog vremena ponovno narasti, ali jednako tako i ponovno otpasti.

Pola pacijenata se oporavi od alopecije u roku od samo godinu dana, što ne znači i trajno izlječenje, jer će se kod mnogih alopecija ponovno pojaviti.

Može se usporiti

Lijeka nema, ali se gubitak kose može usporiti, kao i pospješiti rast novih dlaka, ali je i to potpuno individualno i isti tretman istim preparatom neće imati isti rezultat kod svih ljudi.

Od prirodnih terapija pomoći mogu razna ulja, kao što je ricinusovo ulje, koje pospješuje rast dlaka, ali i ulje ružmarina, čajevca i peperminta, zatim probiotici, vitamini kao što je cink.

Alopecija nema nikakvih drugih simptoma i ljudi koji je imaju su većinom zapravo potpuno zdravi, ali mogu imati psihičke posljedice zbog svog izgleda, ona može dovesti čak i do depresije.

Ova je bolest, zahvaljujući mučnim scenama na dodjeli Oscara, sada postala intrigantna tema, a Jada je na svom Instagramu o njoj u videu iz 2021. godine rekla:

“U ovom trenutku se mogu samo smijati. Svi znate da se dugo borim s alopecijom i odjednom, imam crtu ovdje na glavi. Pogledajte to. Samo se najednom pojavila i ovo će biti teško sakriti. Zato sam to htjela podijeliti s vama kako ne biste postavljali pitanja”.

Otkrila je i da uzima male doze steroida kako bi usporila gubitak kose. To joj pomaže, ali ne liječi gubitak kose.

Ovogodišnja dodjela Oscara ostat će zapamćena po fizičkom napadu Willa Smitha na Chrisa Rocka.

Naime, komičar Chris Rock bio je voditelj 94. dodjele i usporedio je izbrijanu glavu Willove supruge Jade Pinkett Smith s frizurom Demi Moore u filmu ‘G.I. Jane’.

Šala je bila neukusna, jer je Jada izgubila kosu zbog alopecije. Riječ je o gubitku kose o kojem je Jada prvi put govorila 2018. godine tijekom emisije Red Table Talk.

- Puno me ljudi ispituje zašto nosim turbane. Zapravo, nisam pričala o tome. Nije jednostavno govoriti o tome, ali hoću. Tuširala sam se jedan dan i primijetila sam da imam puno kose u svojim rukama. Pomislila sam: “O moj Bože, je li ja ćelavim?” To je bio jedan od onih trenutaka u životu kad se treseš od straha. Zato sam odrezala svoju kosu i nastavljam je rezati - rekla je.

Što znamo o alopeciji, kako nastaje, ima li lijeka?

Do alopecije dolazi kada imunološki sustav napada folikule dlake. Naravno, nisu svi slučajevi identični, nekima će kosa opadati gotovo neprimjetno (uostalom, kod osoba koji nemaju takvo oboljenje dnevno opada oko 70 vlasi kose), dok će kod nekih kosa opadati u pramenovima, kao što je bio slučaj kod Jade.

Lijeka, a to je vrlo bitno, za alopeciju nema, no medicina ipak ima ‘lijek’ za usporavanje opadanja kose, kao što je moguće potaknuti i rast nove kose.

Napad na folikule dlake

Alopecija je autoimuna bolest, što znači da imunološki sustav napada tijelo, u ovom slučaju su napadnute folikule dlake. Zašto se to događa, još se ne zna, ali se pretpostavlja da okidač mogu biti neka stanja kao što su astma, stres, sindrom Down, sezonske alergije, bolesti štitnjače, vitiligo, a često se pojavljuje kod ljudi koji imaju još jednu autoimunu bolest.

Iako se opadanje kose nekako najviše veže uz muškarce, ne treba čuditi što i žene, konkretno Jade Pinkett Smith, imaju problema s ovom bolešću, jer alopecija ne samo da se pojavljuje i kod muškaraca i kod žena, već je zapravo češća kod žena.

Žene gube dlake na glavi, na obrvama i trepavicama.

Kod alopecije se u kratkom vremenu gubi puno kose, a kosa više opada kada je vani hladnije. Alopecija se može prepoznati i po noktima koji postaju crveni, tanki, lomljivi, bez sjaja, s bijelim točkama ili izdubljeni.

Zanimljivo je da se najčešće prvi simptomi pojavljuju vrlo rano, prije 30. godine života. Kosa može nakon nekog vremena ponovno narasti, ali jednako tako i ponovno otpasti.

Pola pacijenata se oporavi od alopecije u roku od samo godinu dana, što ne znači i trajno izlječenje, jer će se kod mnogih alopecija ponovno pojaviti.

Može se usporiti

Lijeka nema, ali se gubitak kose može usporiti, kao i pospješiti rast novih dlaka, ali je i to potpuno individualno i isti tretman istim preparatom neće imati isti rezultat kod svih ljudi.

Od prirodnih terapija pomoći mogu razna ulja, kao što je ricinusovo ulje, koje pospješuje rast dlaka, ali i ulje ružmarina, čajevca i peperminta, zatim probiotici, vitamini kao što je cink.

Alopecija nema nikakvih drugih simptoma i ljudi koji je imaju su većinom zapravo potpuno zdravi, ali mogu imati psihičke posljedice zbog svog izgleda, ona može dovesti čak i do depresije.

Ova je bolest, zahvaljujući mučnim scenama na dodjeli Oscara, sada postala intrigantna tema, a Jada je na svom Instagramu o njoj u videu iz 2021. godine rekla:

“U ovom trenutku se mogu samo smijati. Svi znate da se dugo borim s alopecijom i odjednom, imam crtu ovdje na glavi. Pogledajte to. Samo se najednom pojavila i ovo će biti teško sakriti. Zato sam to htjela podijeliti s vama kako ne biste postavljali pitanja”.

Otkrila je i da uzima male doze steroida kako bi usporila gubitak kose. To joj pomaže, ali ne liječi gubitak kose.
