Plakanje je zdravo, nema ništa loše u tome da plačete kad ste tužni ili tijekom prvog plesa na nečijem vjenčanju, a i film vam može potaknuti suze. Ali ako ste ikada samo sjedili u prometu čekajući da se upali zeleno svjetlo i odjednom počeli plakati, to može biti uznemirujuće. Vjerojatno ste se pitali "zašto plačem bez razloga?". Zapravo, razlog može biti i tjeskoba. I ne brinite, mnogima se to događa, piše Živim.

Pet razloga zašto plačete
Hormoni
Kao što sigurno znate, dani koji prethode mjesečnici mogu izazvati razne emocije. Kako se razine estrogena i progesterona mijenjaju, kemikalije odgovorne za raspoloženje su pogođene, a to može izazvati razdražljivost, loše raspoloženje i da, plakanje.

Još jedna stvar, baš zato što ste žena postoji veća vjerojatnost da ćete plakati. Naime, testosteron (hormon koji se inače nalazi u višim razinama kod muškaraca) ima tendenciju da ukroti suze, dok ih prolaktin (općenito u većim količinama u ženskim tijelima) može izazvati, prema Američkom udruženju psihologa.
Depresija
Tuga izaziva suze, to je vrlo jasno. Međutim, kada tuga traje tjednima ili mjesecima, to može signalizirati dublju vrstu očaja, odnosno depresiju. Depresija često dolazi u kombinaciji s mnogim drugim simptomima poput ozbiljnog umora, nedostatka užitka u stvarima koje ste voljeli, a ponekad i fizičkim bolovima.
- Mnoge žene depresiju prikazuju kao frustraciju, ljutnju ili razdražljivost. Svaka od ovih emocija može dovesti do suza, pa ako ih doživite, posjetite svog liječnika i razgovarajte o depresiji, čak i ako se ne osjećate potišteno - kaže Thomas.
Ekstreman stres
Svi su pod stresom, ali ako se ne suočavate s pritiscima nego ih gurate pod tepih, ne čudi da iznenada poteku suze, kaže Thomas.
- Odvojite malo vremena i doista se zapitajte što bi vas moglo toliko stresirati te napravite plan kako se s time uhvatiti u koštac - navodi Thomas.
Iako stres sam po sebi nije formalno zdravstveno stanje, on svakako može biti odgovor na pitanje zašto možda plačete. Pretjerani stres može pogoršati fizičke simptome ili ih čak i potaknuti; sve od probavnih tegoba do bolesti srca.

Anksioznost
Često vam ubrzano radi srce, imate grč u trbuhu i nedostatak samopouzdanja ograničava vaše sudjelovanje u svakodnevnom životu? Možda ste anksiozniji. To, naravno, može dovesti do suza.
- Anksiozni poremećaji nisu neuobičajeni među ženama, a sve emocije koje izazivaju mogu rezultirati čestim eksplozijama suza, čak i kada ne osjećate paniku - kaže Thomas.
Lijekovi i/ili kognitivna terapija mogu pomoći, javite se liječniku i zamolite ga da vas uputi što činiti.
Umor
Novorođenčad plače kad im se spava pa je razumljivo da odrasli ljudi mogu ponekad činiti isto. Napadi plača, razdražljivost i tuga povezani su s nedostatkom sna, stoji u istraživanju objavljenom u časopisu Sleep.
Odrasle osobe trebaju san, šest do osam sati dnevno. Ako spavate manje od toga, nemojte se iznenaditi ako pustite suzu više, piše Živim.

Plakanje je zdravo, nema ništa loše u tome da plačete kad ste tužni ili tijekom prvog plesa na nečijem vjenčanju, a i film vam može potaknuti suze. Ali ako ste ikada samo sjedili u prometu čekajući da se upali zeleno svjetlo i odjednom počeli plakati, to može biti uznemirujuće. Vjerojatno ste se pitali "zašto plačem bez razloga?". Zapravo, razlog može biti i tjeskoba. I ne brinite, mnogima se to događa, piše Živim.
Ovaj vam popis može pomoći u dekodiranju potencijalnog zdravstvenog razloga koji stoji iza toga.
Pet razloga zašto plačete
Hormoni
Kao što sigurno znate, dani koji prethode mjesečnici mogu izazvati razne emocije. Kako se razine estrogena i progesterona mijenjaju, kemikalije odgovorne za raspoloženje su pogođene, a to može izazvati razdražljivost, loše raspoloženje i da, plakanje.
- Ako ste već pod stresom ili anksiozni, PMS može pojačati te osjećaje i učiniti vaše epizode plača još gorima - kaže Yvonne Thomas, psihoterapeutkinja iz Los Angelesa, za Shape.
Možete pričekati, simptomi PMS-a nestaju kako vam ciklus odmiče, ili ako vam plakanje umanjuje kvalitetu života, zamolite svog liječnika da provjeri imate li predmenstrualni disforični poremećaj (PMDD), teži oblik PMS-a koji ima na oko pet posto žena.

Isto tako, spavajte, nemojte konzumirate alkohol i kofein te brinite o sebi kako bi vam PMS bio podnošljiviji.
Još jedna stvar, baš zato što ste žena postoji veća vjerojatnost da ćete plakati. Naime, testosteron (hormon koji se inače nalazi u višim razinama kod muškaraca) ima tendenciju da ukroti suze, dok ih prolaktin (općenito u većim količinama u ženskim tijelima) može izazvati, prema Američkom udruženju psihologa.
Depresija
Tuga izaziva suze, to je vrlo jasno. Međutim, kada tuga traje tjednima ili mjesecima, to može signalizirati dublju vrstu očaja, odnosno depresiju. Depresija često dolazi u kombinaciji s mnogim drugim simptomima poput ozbiljnog umora, nedostatka užitka u stvarima koje ste voljeli, a ponekad i fizičkim bolovima.
- Mnoge žene depresiju prikazuju kao frustraciju, ljutnju ili razdražljivost. Svaka od ovih emocija može dovesti do suza, pa ako ih doživite, posjetite svog liječnika i razgovarajte o depresiji, čak i ako se ne osjećate potišteno - kaže Thomas.
Ekstreman stres
Svi su pod stresom, ali ako se ne suočavate s pritiscima nego ih gurate pod tepih, ne čudi da iznenada poteku suze, kaže Thomas.
- Odvojite malo vremena i doista se zapitajte što bi vas moglo toliko stresirati te napravite plan kako se s time uhvatiti u koštac - navodi Thomas.
Iako stres sam po sebi nije formalno zdravstveno stanje, on svakako može biti odgovor na pitanje zašto možda plačete. Pretjerani stres može pogoršati fizičke simptome ili ih čak i potaknuti; sve od probavnih tegoba do bolesti srca.

Anksioznost
Često vam ubrzano radi srce, imate grč u trbuhu i nedostatak samopouzdanja ograničava vaše sudjelovanje u svakodnevnom životu? Možda ste anksiozniji. To, naravno, može dovesti do suza.
- Anksiozni poremećaji nisu neuobičajeni među ženama, a sve emocije koje izazivaju mogu rezultirati čestim eksplozijama suza, čak i kada ne osjećate paniku - kaže Thomas.
Lijekovi i/ili kognitivna terapija mogu pomoći, javite se liječniku i zamolite ga da vas uputi što činiti.
Umor
Novorođenčad plače kad im se spava pa je razumljivo da odrasli ljudi mogu ponekad činiti isto. Napadi plača, razdražljivost i tuga povezani su s nedostatkom sna, stoji u istraživanju objavljenom u časopisu Sleep.
Odrasle osobe trebaju san, šest do osam sati dnevno. Ako spavate manje od toga, nemojte se iznenaditi ako pustite suzu više, piše Živim.
