Rižina voda može poboljšati zdravlje vaše kose, no stručnjaci su skeptični kad je u pitanju rast kose, piše Živim.

Na TikToku se proširio jedan istočnoazijski kozmetički trend koji garantira brzi rast kose. Riječ je o ispiranju i namakanju kose u rižinoj vodi kako bi ona postala duga i sjajna. Koliko u tome svemu ima istine?

Što je rižina voda?

- Rižina voda je ostatak vode u kojoj je isprana riža prije kuhanja, a koja često sadrži škrob i povremeno neke vitamine - kaže dermatologinja iz New Yorka Rachel Nazarian. Najbrži način za pripremu rižine vode je da namočite rižu u vodi 30 minuta, a zatim vodu procijedite u čistu zdjelu.

Iako je obična rižina voda dobra, neki korisnici TikToka dodaju koru od grejpa i eterična ulja kako bi fermentirali vodu prije nego što je stave na kosu.

Potiče li rižina voda rast kose?

Nažalost, niti jedna studija ne dokazuje da rižina voda može učiniti bilo što kako bi ubrzala rast kose.

- Međutim, rižina voda sadrži vitamine B i E koji su povezani s rastom i vitalnošću kose - kaže za Health Mona Gohara, izvanredna profesorica dermatologije na Medicinskom fakultetu Yale. No, nedostatak vitamina B12 je povezan s gubitkom kose, prema recenziji iz 2019. u časopisu Dermatologija i terapija.

Što rižina voda zapravo čini za vašu kosu?

- Pranje kose rižinom vodom može ponuditi privremeno poboljšanje. Ali to nije dokazano - i vjerojatno je minimalno - kaže dr. Nazarian. Doktorica Gohara napominje da natapanje ili ispiranje kose u rižinoj vodi može povećati vitalnost vaše kose zbog sadržaja vitamina, ali neće ubrzati proces rasta jer rižina voda vjerojatno neće prodrijeti u dlaku.

Rižina voda može poboljšati zdravlje vaše kose, no stručnjaci su skeptični kad je u pitanju rast kose, piše Živim.

Na TikToku se proširio jedan istočnoazijski kozmetički trend koji garantira brzi rast kose. Riječ je o ispiranju i namakanju kose u rižinoj vodi kako bi ona postala duga i sjajna. Koliko u tome svemu ima istine?

Što je rižina voda?

- Rižina voda je ostatak vode u kojoj je isprana riža prije kuhanja, a koja često sadrži škrob i povremeno neke vitamine - kaže dermatologinja iz New Yorka Rachel Nazarian. Najbrži način za pripremu rižine vode je da namočite rižu u vodi 30 minuta, a zatim vodu procijedite u čistu zdjelu.

Iako je obična rižina voda dobra, neki korisnici TikToka dodaju koru od grejpa i eterična ulja kako bi fermentirali vodu prije nego što je stave na kosu.

Potiče li rižina voda rast kose?

Nažalost, niti jedna studija ne dokazuje da rižina voda može učiniti bilo što kako bi ubrzala rast kose.

- Međutim, rižina voda sadrži vitamine B i E koji su povezani s rastom i vitalnošću kose - kaže za Health Mona Gohara, izvanredna profesorica dermatologije na Medicinskom fakultetu Yale. No, nedostatak vitamina B12 je povezan s gubitkom kose, prema recenziji iz 2019. u časopisu Dermatologija i terapija.

Što rižina voda zapravo čini za vašu kosu?

- Pranje kose rižinom vodom može ponuditi privremeno poboljšanje. Ali to nije dokazano - i vjerojatno je minimalno - kaže dr. Nazarian. Doktorica Gohara napominje da natapanje ili ispiranje kose u rižinoj vodi može povećati vitalnost vaše kose zbog sadržaja vitamina, ali neće ubrzati proces rasta jer rižina voda vjerojatno neće prodrijeti u dlaku.

Na TikToku se proširio jedan istočnoazijski kozmetički trend koji garantira brzi rast kose. Riječ je o ispiranju i namakanju kose u rižinoj vodi kako bi ona postala duga i sjajna. Koliko u tome svemu ima istine?

Što je rižina voda?

- Rižina voda je ostatak vode u kojoj je isprana riža prije kuhanja, a koja često sadrži škrob i povremeno neke vitamine - kaže dermatologinja iz New Yorka Rachel Nazarian. Najbrži način za pripremu rižine vode je da namočite rižu u vodi 30 minuta, a zatim vodu procijedite u čistu zdjelu.
