Promatrate li ljude na ulicama, vidjet ćete da mnogi nose masku na licu, neki pravilno, neki tako da im je slobodan nos, jer kažu, lakše se diše. Mnogi je drže u pripremi, spuštenu na vrat, neki dignutu na čelo, ili im visi na ušnoj školjci, kao npr. mornarima na trajektima prilikom ukrcaja vozila.

Ne igrajte se

Ne zaboravite! Jednom kada instalirate čistu masku, pazite da je pravilno koristite i da u potpunosti pokriva usta i nos! Maska se ne smije stavljati ispod brade ili nosa, čak ni na vrh glave. Ne igrajte se s maskom, ne upotrebljavajte je nepotrebno i ne dirajte je kada nije potrebna. Samo korištenje maske nije dovoljno velika zaštita, još uvijek morate održavati pravi razmak i voditi brigu o higijeni ruku.

Većina ljudi čuva masku u džepu ili u torbici ako se odluče ući u neki zatvoreni prostor, gdje je to obavezan dodatak, dakle u - trgovinu, ljekarnu, banku... ili kada koriste javni prijevoz, jer tako mogu spriječiti širenje koronavirusa. Mogli bismo reći da je maska nekako zaživjela u našoj svakodnevnici, ali postavlja se pitanje u kakvom su stanju sve te maske koje se danima koriste od prigode do prigode, odlažu li se ispravno i peru li se, ispravno, ili se uopće ne peru?

A evo i kako bi trebalo s njima postupati.

Kirurške se ne peru!

Ako se koriste jednokratne kirurške ili medicinske maske, one se ne smiju oprati, čistiti ili koristiti više puta, a tekstilne maske treba očistiti nakon svake uporabe.

Ako takvu masku ne nosite pravilno i ne perete je, možete zaraziti sebe i druge ako je dodirnete.

Kada i kako ih očistiti

Tekstilne maske treba očistiti nakon svake uporabe. Ako je maska ​​mokra, vlažna ili prljava, vrlo je važno skinuti je i oprati te staviti drugu. Preporučuje se da imate nekoliko maski na lageru, što će olakšati postupak čišćenja, ali uvijek ćete imati čistu pri ruci. Koliko vam maski treba, ovisi uglavnom o tome koliko često napuštate stan i koristite masku.

Pranje je jednostavno

Kad uklonite masku s lica, morate misliti na mogućnost da je zaražena, pa ne dirajte njezinu prednju stranu. Pomozite si žicom ili elastikom, a zatim stavite masku u plastičnu vrećicu ili na posebno mjesto gdje će čekati pranje. Odmah temeljito operite ili dezinficirajte ruke. Ako se koriste jednokratne kirurške ili medicinske maske, one se ne smiju prati, čistiti ili koristiti više puta.

Pranje tekstilnih maski prilično je jednostavno. Možete ih oprati tijekom uobičajenog pranja odjeće, važno je samo dodati deterdžent i oprati ih na maksimalno dopuštenoj temperaturi. Tijekom pranja nema potrebe koristiti sredstva za dezinfekciju. Ako ste osjetljivi na jake mirise, upotrijebite deterdžent bez mirisa, ali ako masku želite oprati ručno, koristite vruću vodu koja već sadrži deterdžent. Vodu ne treba kuhati, topla voda koja teče iz slavine je dovoljna. Uronite masku u vodu, trljajte je i dobro isperite. Ako na maski ostane nečistoća, pokušajte je oprati u perilici rublja.

Sušenje je također važno

Promatrate li ljude na ulicama, vidjet ćete da mnogi nose masku na licu, neki pravilno, neki tako da im je slobodan nos, jer kažu, lakše se diše. Mnogi je drže u pripremi, spuštenu na vrat, neki dignutu na čelo, ili im visi na ušnoj školjci, kao npr. mornarima na trajektima prilikom ukrcaja vozila.

Većina ljudi čuva masku u džepu ili u torbici ako se odluče ući u neki zatvoreni prostor, gdje je to obavezan dodatak, dakle u - trgovinu, ljekarnu, banku... ili kada koriste javni prijevoz, jer tako mogu spriječiti širenje koronavirusa.
