Postoje sitnice koje ne primjećujete, a mogu usporiti metabolizam i učiniti mršavljenje vrlo teškim zadatkom. Važno je da pazite na te stvari i osigurate da metabolizam funkcionira svojim tempom i da se ne usporava. Ali prije toga, morate ih upoznati.

1. Tijelu je potreban određeni broj kalorija da bi se pokrenulo. Ako unosite puno manje kalorija nego što vaše tijelo treba, možete usporiti metabolizam na način da organizam sagorjeva znatno manje kalorija, jer zadržava ono što mu treba. Vi pritom ne gubite na težini.

2. Proteini pomažu tijelu da probavi hranu i sagori kalorije, stoga ih ne smijete izbacivati. Kada tijelu nedostaje proteina, ono se ne može kretati uobičajenom brzinom, a to opet usporava metabolizam.

3. Ponekad se ljudi usredotoče na dijetu, ali ne uspijevaju, nemaju vremena ili jednostavno ne uživaju u promijenjenoj ishrani.

I taj faktor utječe na metabolizam.

4. Dobar odmor je vrlo važan. Kad nemate dovoljno sati odmora, organizam ne može ostati aktivan tijekom dana. Biti aktivan je ono što mu pomaže da sagori kalorije koje konzumirate.

5. I povremeni alkohol u nastojanju da smršavite nije dobar izbor. Kad konzumirate alkohol, vaš organizam se usredotočuje na razgradnju i sagorijevanje tih kalorija i ne sagorjeva ostale. To povećava masnoće koje tijelo pohranjuje, a rezultat je debljanje.

Usporeni metabolizam može biti uzrok zbog kojeg se debljate. Ponekad se ispostavi da samo dijeta i vježbanje nisu dovoljni da tijelo ostane u dobroj kondiciji i sačuva vitkost. Zato upozoravamo na "sitnice" koje usporavaju metabolizam.

Zdrava prehrana i vježbanje su važni i treba ih dosljedno prakticirati da biste osigurali fit i zdravo tijelo. Ali što se događa kada se vaš uporni trud pokaže uzaludan i bez obzira koliko ste radili na sebi težina se povećava i teško je gubite?

Svaki dan naporno radite i pokušavate izgubiti koji kilogram, sagorijevate kalorije i znojite se u teretani, pazite što jedete i sve to još uvijek nije dovoljno.

Postoje sitnice koje ne primjećujete, a mogu usporiti metabolizam i učiniti mršavljenje vrlo teškim zadatkom. Važno je da pazite na te stvari i osigurate da metabolizam funkcionira svojim tempom i da se ne usporava. Ali prije toga, morate ih upoznati.

1. Tijelu je potreban određeni broj kalorija da bi se pokrenulo. Ako unosite puno manje kalorija nego što vaše tijelo treba, možete usporiti metabolizam na način da organizam sagorjeva znatno manje kalorija, jer zadržava ono što mu treba. Vi pritom ne gubite na težini.

2. Proteini pomažu tijelu da probavi hranu i sagori kalorije, stoga ih ne smijete izbacivati. Kada tijelu nedostaje proteina, ono se ne može kretati uobičajenom brzinom, a to opet usporava metabolizam.

3. Ponekad se ljudi usredotoče na dijetu, ali ne uspijevaju, nemaju vremena ili jednostavno ne uživaju u promijenjenoj ishrani.

I taj faktor utječe na metabolizam.

4. Dobar odmor je vrlo važan. Kad nemate dovoljno sati odmora, organizam ne može ostati aktivan tijekom dana. Biti aktivan je ono što mu pomaže da sagori kalorije koje konzumirate.

5. I povremeni alkohol u nastojanju da smršavite nije dobar izbor. Kad konzumirate alkohol, vaš organizam se usredotočuje na razgradnju i sagorijevanje tih kalorija i ne sagorjeva ostale. To povećava masnoće koje tijelo pohranjuje, a rezultat je debljanje.
