Jedan od važnih dijagnostičkih alata je urin, pa nam tako svaka promjena u njegovoj kvaliteti i količini govori u našem zdravstvenom stanju.
Važno je znati što je normalno, a što nije, kako biste se u tom slučaju obratili svojem liječniku.
Boja urina može varirati od potpuno bistre do boje zlata, a može uključivati i neobične boje poput crvene i plave.
Ako je urin posve proziran, možda pijete previše vode, a tamnije nijanse žute i jantarne boje mogu ukazivati na dehidriranost, piše Centar zdravlja.
BOJA URINA
Plavo-zeleni urin može biti posljedica određenih lijekova, kao što su laksativi, kemoterapijski lijekovi ili vitamini.
Svijetložuti ili narančasti urin može ukazivati na to da ste konzumirali mnogo vitamina C, a i neki lijekovi mogu obojiti vaš urin u ovu boju.

Tamnonarančasti ili smeđi urin znak je za zabrinutost jer može upućivati na probleme sa žuči ili s jetrom.
Ružičasti ili crveni urin može značiti da ste jeli crvenu hranu, ali može biti i znak krvi u mokraći. Krvavi urin ukazuje na unutarnju ozljedu, probleme s bubrezima ili rak.
MIRIS URINA
Većinu vremena, ako ste zdravi i dobro hidrirani, urin neće imati jak miris, drugim riječima, jaki mirisi označavaju nevolju.
Neugodan miris – bakterije koje uzrokuju infekcije mokraćnog sustava mogu proizvesti neugodan miris. Simptomi uključuju peckanje tijekom mokrenja, temperaturu, groznicu i bol u leđima.
Sladak miris – slatkasti miris urina može biti znak dijabetesa ili bolesti jetre.
Ustajali miris – određeni metabolički poremećaji mogu uzrokovati pljesnivi ili ustajali miris.
Imajte na umu da konzumiranje određene hrane i pića, posebno kave i šparoga, mogu dati urinu jači miris i to je sasvim normalno.

Većina ljudi mokri oko šest do osam puta dnevno, ovisno o tome koliko piju.
Ako stalno osjećate potrebu za mokrenjem iako ne pijete previše tekućine, to može ukazivati na prekomjerno djelovanje mokraćnog mjehura, infekciju mokraćnog sustava, bolno uriniranje bez infekcije ili dijabetes.
Osim toga, hitnost i učestalost mokrenja kod muškarca mogu biti simptomi problema s mjehurom ili, još češće, povećane prostate, odnosno benigne hiperplazije prostate.
Ako primijetite bilo kakav neobičan miris ili boju urina, najbolje bi bilo da se obratite liječniku kako ne bi došlo do većih zdravstvenih problema, piše Centar zdravlja.

Jedan od važnih dijagnostičkih alata je urin, pa nam tako svaka promjena u njegovoj kvaliteti i količini govori u našem zdravstvenom stanju.
Važno je znati što je normalno, a što nije, kako biste se u tom slučaju obratili svojem liječniku.
Boja urina može varirati od potpuno bistre do boje zlata, a može uključivati i neobične boje poput crvene i plave.
Ako je urin posve proziran, možda pijete previše vode, a tamnije nijanse žute i jantarne boje mogu ukazivati na dehidriranost, piše Centar zdravlja.
BOJA URINA
Plavo-zeleni urin može biti posljedica određenih lijekova, kao što su laksativi, kemoterapijski lijekovi ili vitamini.
Svijetložuti ili narančasti urin može ukazivati na to da ste konzumirali mnogo vitamina C, a i neki lijekovi mogu obojiti vaš urin u ovu boju.

Tamnonarančasti ili smeđi urin znak je za zabrinutost jer može upućivati na probleme sa žuči ili s jetrom.
Ružičasti ili crveni urin može značiti da ste jeli crvenu hranu, ali može biti i znak krvi u mokraći. Krvavi urin ukazuje na unutarnju ozljedu, probleme s bubrezima ili rak.
MIRIS URINA
Većinu vremena, ako ste zdravi i dobro hidrirani, urin neće imati jak miris, drugim riječima, jaki mirisi označavaju nevolju.
Neugodan miris – bakterije koje uzrokuju infekcije mokraćnog sustava mogu proizvesti neugodan miris. Simptomi uključuju peckanje tijekom mokrenja, temperaturu, groznicu i bol u leđima.
Sladak miris – slatkasti miris urina može biti znak dijabetesa ili bolesti jetre.
Ustajali miris – određeni metabolički poremećaji mogu uzrokovati pljesnivi ili ustajali miris.
Imajte na umu da konzumiranje određene hrane i pića, posebno kave i šparoga, mogu dati urinu jači miris i to je sasvim normalno.

Većina ljudi mokri oko šest do osam puta dnevno, ovisno o tome koliko piju.
Ako stalno osjećate potrebu za mokrenjem iako ne pijete previše tekućine, to može ukazivati na prekomjerno djelovanje mokraćnog mjehura, infekciju mokraćnog sustava, bolno uriniranje bez infekcije ili dijabetes.
Osim toga, hitnost i učestalost mokrenja kod muškarca mogu biti simptomi problema s mjehurom ili, još češće, povećane prostate, odnosno benigne hiperplazije prostate.
Ako primijetite bilo kakav neobičan miris ili boju urina, najbolje bi bilo da se obratite liječniku kako ne bi došlo do većih zdravstvenih problema, piše Centar zdravlja.
