Fiksni telefon "uštekan u zid", uređaj je kojeg sve manje ljudi ima kod kuće, a ako ga i imaju, sve rjeđe ga koriste. Mobilni telefoni odavno su preuzeli primat, dok oni fiksni polako iščezavaju iz naših domova.

Mnogi koji ih još imaju, drže ih jer su najjeftiniji, gotovo pa besplatni dio korisničkih paketa skupa s televizijom i internetom. A njima se najviše koriste ljudi starije dobi, navikli radije komunicirati na taj način, nego mobilnim telefonima, piše N1.

Nedavno su domaći mediji prenijeli vijest iz SAD-a gdje veliki pružatelji telefonskih usluga zahtijevaju prestanak održavanja infrastrukture fiksne telefonije i potpunu zamjenu starih telefonskih linija zasnovanih na bakrenoj žici. Slični procesi odvijaju se i u Velikoj Britaniji i Francuskoj, a u SAD-u procjenjuju da bi već do 2030. godine ondje moglo ostati te 5 posto fiksnih telefona.

Odlazak fiksnih telefona u povijest očito je neminovan proces koji neće posvuda teći jednakom brzinom. U SAD-u ili Velikoj Britaniji dogodit će se puno prije nego u Hrvatskoj gdje je još u upotrebi više od milijun fiksnih telefona.

Prema podacima Hrvatske regulatorne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM) na kraju trećeg tromjesečja 2023. godine (podaci za četvrto tromjesečje još se obrađuju, napominju) u Hrvatskoj je ukupno bilo 1.211.964 priključaka te 1.122.383 korisnika javno dostupne telefonske usluge u nepokretnoj mreži.

Usporedbe radi, u pokretnoj mreži broj korisnika mobilnih telefona u isto vrijeme je 4,7 milijuna. Ili posve točno – 4.713.219.

Od HAKOM-a smo dobili i podatke od 2020. naovamo iz kojih se vidi da se broj priključaka i korisnika fiksnih telefona smanjuje iz godine u godinu, ali da taj pad nije toliko strmoglav kako se možda misli. Broj priključaka u fiksnoj telefonskoj mreži od 2020. do trećeg kvartala prošle godine smanjio se za 85.175 (sa 1.297.139 na 1,211.964) dok se broj korisnika u istom razdoblju smanjio za 108.803 (sa 1,231.186 na 1,122.383).

U HAKOM-u također kažu da su lani, koncem trećeg tromjesečja, u Hrvatskoj poslovala 32 operatora fiksne telefonije, a više od polovice udjela (54,4 posto) na tržištu imao Hrvatski telekom, piše N1.

U tih devet mjeseci 2023. ukupni promet u nepokretnoj mreži bio je nešto veći od 246 milijuna minuta. Ukupan prihod od javno dostupne telefonske usluge u nepokretnoj mreži bio je veći od 30 milijuna eura (30.869.256 eura), što je pad od 10,2 posto u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne, 2022. godine.

U HAKOM-u kažu da su potpuna zamjena fiksne telefonske linije mobilnom tehnologijom može očekivati i u Hrvatskoj, ali tek u duljem roku koji je u ovom trenutku teško procijeniti.

“Izgledno je da će broj onih koji se koriste fiksnom telefonskom linijom, za koju već danas postoji potpuna supstitucija u mobilnoj tehnologiji, u budućnosti biti toliko mali da više neće biti smisla održavati uslugu operativnom. Već danas imamo korisnike koji više uopće ne ugovaraju fiksni telefon jer smatraju da im nije potreban pored ugovorene mobilne linije, ali ipak još postoji značajan broj fiksnih linija u uporabi, koji se ne može zanemariti. Isto tako, praksa pokazuje da se fiksnim telefonskim linijama češće koriste osobe starije životne dobi i prilikom najave ukidanja usluge trebat će uzeti u obzir njihov broj te kako bi takva promjena utjecala na tržište i korisnike.”

U budućnosti će, kažu, doći trenutak kada će se i na hrvatskom tržištu početi ozbiljno razmatrati ukidanje usluge fiksnog telefona, piše N1.

“Trenutačno tržišni pokazatelji i stopa zamjene fiksnih linija mobilnima u Hrvatskoj još uvijek sugeriraju da regulatorna intervencija nije potrebna. Korisnici ne trebaju brinuti o eventualnom ukidanju usluge u budućnosti jer bi ono uključivalo i dovoljno dugo prijelazno razdoblje za prilagodbu”, kažu u HAKOM-u.

Fiksni telefon "uštekan u zid", uređaj je kojeg sve manje ljudi ima kod kuće, a ako ga i imaju, sve rjeđe ga koriste. Mobilni telefoni odavno su preuzeli primat, dok oni fiksni polako iščezavaju iz naših domova.

Mnogi koji ih još imaju, drže ih jer su najjeftiniji, gotovo pa besplatni dio korisničkih paketa skupa s televizijom i internetom. A njima se najviše koriste ljudi starije dobi, navikli radije komunicirati na taj način, nego mobilnim telefonima, piše N1.

Nedavno su domaći mediji prenijeli vijest iz SAD-a gdje veliki pružatelji telefonskih usluga zahtijevaju prestanak održavanja infrastrukture fiksne telefonije i potpunu zamjenu starih telefonskih linija zasnovanih na bakrenoj žici. Slični procesi odvijaju se i u Velikoj Britaniji i Francuskoj, a u SAD-u procjenjuju da bi već do 2030. godine ondje moglo ostati te 5 posto fiksnih telefona.

Odlazak fiksnih telefona u povijest očito je neminovan proces koji neće posvuda teći jednakom brzinom. U SAD-u ili Velikoj Britaniji dogodit će se puno prije nego u Hrvatskoj gdje je još u upotrebi više od milijun fiksnih telefona.

Prema podacima Hrvatske regulatorne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM) na kraju trećeg tromjesečja 2023. godine (podaci za četvrto tromjesečje još se obrađuju, napominju) u Hrvatskoj je ukupno bilo 1.211.964 priključaka te 1.122.383 korisnika javno dostupne telefonske usluge u nepokretnoj mreži.

Usporedbe radi, u pokretnoj mreži broj korisnika mobilnih telefona u isto vrijeme je 4,7 milijuna. Ili posve točno – 4.713.219.

Od HAKOM-a smo dobili i podatke od 2020. naovamo iz kojih se vidi da se broj priključaka i korisnika fiksnih telefona smanjuje iz godine u godinu, ali da taj pad nije toliko strmoglav kako se možda misli. Broj priključaka u fiksnoj telefonskoj mreži od 2020. do trećeg kvartala prošle godine smanjio se za 85.175 (sa 1.297.139 na 1,211.964) dok se broj korisnika u istom razdoblju smanjio za 108.803 (sa 1,231.186 na 1,122.383).

U HAKOM-u također kažu da su lani, koncem trećeg tromjesečja, u Hrvatskoj poslovala 32 operatora fiksne telefonije, a više od polovice udjela (54,4 posto) na tržištu imao Hrvatski telekom, piše N1.

U tih devet mjeseci 2023. ukupni promet u nepokretnoj mreži bio je nešto veći od 246 milijuna minuta. Ukupan prihod od javno dostupne telefonske usluge u nepokretnoj mreži bio je veći od 30 milijuna eura (30.869.256 eura), što je pad od 10,2 posto u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne, 2022. godine.

U HAKOM-u kažu da su potpuna zamjena fiksne telefonske linije mobilnom tehnologijom može očekivati i u Hrvatskoj, ali tek u duljem roku koji je u ovom trenutku teško procijeniti.

“Izgledno je da će broj onih koji se koriste fiksnom telefonskom linijom, za koju već danas postoji potpuna supstitucija u mobilnoj tehnologiji, u budućnosti biti toliko mali da više neće biti smisla održavati uslugu operativnom. Već danas imamo korisnike koji više uopće ne ugovaraju fiksni telefon jer smatraju da im nije potreban pored ugovorene mobilne linije, ali ipak još postoji značajan broj fiksnih linija u uporabi, koji se ne može zanemariti. Isto tako, praksa pokazuje da se fiksnim telefonskim linijama češće koriste osobe starije životne dobi i prilikom najave ukidanja usluge trebat će uzeti u obzir njihov broj te kako bi takva promjena utjecala na tržište i korisnike.”

U budućnosti će, kažu, doći trenutak kada će se i na hrvatskom tržištu početi ozbiljno razmatrati ukidanje usluge fiksnog telefona, piše N1.

“Trenutačno tržišni pokazatelji i stopa zamjene fiksnih linija mobilnima u Hrvatskoj još uvijek sugeriraju da regulatorna intervencija nije potrebna. Korisnici ne trebaju brinuti o eventualnom ukidanju usluge u budućnosti jer bi ono uključivalo i dovoljno dugo prijelazno razdoblje za prilagodbu”, kažu u HAKOM-u.

Fiksni telefon "uštekan u zid", uređaj je kojeg sve manje ljudi ima kod kuće, a ako ga i imaju, sve rjeđe ga koriste. Mobilni telefoni odavno su preuzeli primat, dok oni fiksni polako iščezavaju iz naših domova.

Mnogi koji ih još imaju, drže ih jer su najjeftiniji, gotovo pa besplatni dio korisničkih paketa skupa s televizijom i internetom. A njima se najviše koriste ljudi starije dobi, navikli radije komunicirati na taj način, nego mobilnim telefonima, piše N1.
