Šminka može istaknuti vaše prednosti i prikriti manje nedostatke. Mnogi vjeruju da upotreba šminke može biti i oblik umjetničkog izražavanja i ponekad smo zadivljeni vješto našminkanim licem.

Ako ste potpuno nesigurni bez šminke i ne možete zamisliti izići u javnost bez barem našminkanih očiju ili usana, možda je vrijeme za promjene.

Iako je danas teško izbjeći implicitne natuknice da je šminka praktički obavezna za žene, zapravo možete biti njegovane i samouvjerene čak i kad ne koristite šminku.

Time ne mislimo samo na sjaj unutarnje ljepote, koja je zasigurno najvažnija.

Zadovoljstvo izgledom nije nužno uvjetovano korištenjem šminke. Umjesto da se usredotočite na prikrivanje onoga što vidite kao svoj nedostatak, pokušajte se usredotočiti na navike koje čine trajnu promjenu.

1. Redovito pijte zeleni čaj

Zeleni čaj jedan je od najboljih izvora antioksidansa, posebno katehina ili podtipa zvanog epigalokatehin-3-galat. Između ostalog, antioksidansi su vrlo važni za lijepu, zdravu i mladenačku kožu.

Redovito pijenje zelenog čaja posebno je korisna navika za one koji se žele osjećati dobro u svojoj koži čak i bez šminke.

2. Uklanjanje mrtvih stanica kože

Piling bi trebao biti obvezna komponenta njege kože. Redovito uklanjanje mrtvih stanica kože iznimno je važno za blistavu kožu zdravog izgleda.

Piling, između ostalog, smanjuje rizik od začepljenja pora, a time i prištića i srodnih problema. Istodobno će se tako lakše apsorbirati serumi i drugi kozmetički proizvodi.

3. Uređene obrve

Obrve imaju veliki utjecaj na izgled lica - čak bi se moglo reći da ih uokviruju. Brinete li se za dotjerivanje obrva, potreba za šminkanjem bit će znatno manja jer ćete biti znatno zadovoljniji izgledom lica.

4. Odgovarajuća zaštita od UV zraka

Jedan od glavnih krivaca za ubrzano starenje kože nesumnjivo su ultraljubičaste zrake sunca, koje su također povezane s rizikom od razvoja raka kože.

Ako želite da vaša koža bude što je moguće mlađa i zdravija - dijelom i zato što se ne želite uvijek oslanjati na šminku - redovito korištenje kreme za sunčanje nešto je bez čega ne možete, i treba je koristiti kad god izlazite na otvoreno.

5. Izbjegavajte stiskanje prištića

Čest razlog korištenja šminke je želja za prikrivanjem prištića. Ako primijetite da vam se na licu pojavio prištić, nemojte ga nipošto istiskivati. Tako će postati još očitiji, a istovremeno će se bakterije prenijeti na druge dijelove lica, što bi moglo predstavljati rizik od razvoja novih prištića.

Umjesto toga, koristite sastojke poput salicilne kiseline, koja se također može koristiti preventivno za sprječavanje novih prištića.

6. Osigurajte zdravu prehranu i dovoljno tekućine

Prehrana bogata voćem i povrćem, koja sadrži odgovarajuće količine zdravih masti, na primjer u obliku sjemenki i orašastih plodova, imat će iznimno pozitivan učinak na vašu kožu. Promjene se neće pokazati preko noći, ali budite strpljivi: prije ili kasnije ćete otkriti da se potreba za šminkanjem značajno smanjila.

7. Ne podcjenjujte važnost kvalitetnog sna

Pribjegavanje šminkanju često je povezano i s umorom. Umjesto da se našminkate kako biste sakrili iscrpljenost od drugih, pobrinite se za kvalitetan san.

8. Izbjegavajte sastojke koji iritiraju kožu

Kozmetika koja bi trebala pomoći učiniti kožu ljepšom često može pogoršati situaciju. To je zbog dodavanja parabena, sulfata, umjetnih mirisa i sličnih tvari koje su vrlo agresivne za kožu.

Šminka može istaknuti vaše prednosti i prikriti manje nedostatke. Mnogi vjeruju da upotreba šminke može biti i oblik umjetničkog izražavanja i ponekad smo zadivljeni vješto našminkanim licem.

Ako ste potpuno nesigurni bez šminke i ne možete zamisliti izići u javnost bez barem našminkanih očiju ili usana, možda je vrijeme za promjene.

Iako je danas teško izbjeći implicitne natuknice da je šminka praktički obavezna za žene, zapravo možete biti njegovane i samouvjerene čak i kad ne koristite šminku.

Time ne mislimo samo na sjaj unutarnje ljepote, koja je zasigurno najvažnija.

Zadovoljstvo izgledom nije nužno uvjetovano korištenjem šminke. Umjesto da se usredotočite na prikrivanje onoga što vidite kao svoj nedostatak, pokušajte se usredotočiti na navike koje čine trajnu promjenu.

1. Redovito pijte zeleni čaj

Zeleni čaj jedan je od najboljih izvora antioksidansa, posebno katehina ili podtipa zvanog epigalokatehin-3-galat. Između ostalog, antioksidansi su vrlo važni za lijepu, zdravu i mladenačku kožu.

Redovito pijenje zelenog čaja posebno je korisna navika za one koji se žele osjećati dobro u svojoj koži čak i bez šminke.

2. Uklanjanje mrtvih stanica kože

Piling bi trebao biti obvezna komponenta njege kože. Redovito uklanjanje mrtvih stanica kože iznimno je važno za blistavu kožu zdravog izgleda.

Piling, između ostalog, smanjuje rizik od začepljenja pora, a time i prištića i srodnih problema. Istodobno će se tako lakše apsorbirati serumi i drugi kozmetički proizvodi.

3. Uređene obrve

Obrve imaju veliki utjecaj na izgled lica - čak bi se moglo reći da ih uokviruju. Brinete li se za dotjerivanje obrva, potreba za šminkanjem bit će znatno manja jer ćete biti znatno zadovoljniji izgledom lica.

4. Odgovarajuća zaštita od UV zraka

Jedan od glavnih krivaca za ubrzano starenje kože nesumnjivo su ultraljubičaste zrake sunca, koje su također povezane s rizikom od razvoja raka kože.

Ako želite da vaša koža bude što je moguće mlađa i zdravija - dijelom i zato što se ne želite uvijek oslanjati na šminku - redovito korištenje kreme za sunčanje nešto je bez čega ne možete, i treba je koristiti kad god izlazite na otvoreno.

5. Izbjegavajte stiskanje prištića

Čest razlog korištenja šminke je želja za prikrivanjem prištića. Ako primijetite da vam se na licu pojavio prištić, nemojte ga nipošto istiskivati. Tako će postati još očitiji, a istovremeno će se bakterije prenijeti na druge dijelove lica, što bi moglo predstavljati rizik od razvoja novih prištića.

Umjesto toga, koristite sastojke poput salicilne kiseline, koja se također može koristiti preventivno za sprječavanje novih prištića.

6. Osigurajte zdravu prehranu i dovoljno tekućine

Prehrana bogata voćem i povrćem, koja sadrži odgovarajuće količine zdravih masti, na primjer u obliku sjemenki i orašastih plodova, imat će iznimno pozitivan učinak na vašu kožu. Promjene se neće pokazati preko noći, ali budite strpljivi: prije ili kasnije ćete otkriti da se potreba za šminkanjem značajno smanjila.

Naravno, morate paziti da pijete dovoljno vode. Upamtite, ako ste dehidrirani, čak ni najkvalitetnija hidratantna kozmetika ne može pomoći.

7. Ne podcjenjujte važnost kvalitetnog sna

Pribjegavanje šminkanju često je povezano i s umorom. Umjesto da se našminkate kako biste sakrili iscrpljenost od drugih, pobrinite se za kvalitetan san.

Ponekad to doista nije moguće, ali nedostatak sna još je češće povezan s navikama poput pregledavanja telefona do kasno u noć. Našem tijelu je potreban san za regeneraciju, što se naravno odnosi i na kožu.

8. Izbjegavajte sastojke koji iritiraju kožu

Kozmetika koja bi trebala pomoći učiniti kožu ljepšom često može pogoršati situaciju. To je zbog dodavanja parabena, sulfata, umjetnih mirisa i sličnih tvari koje su vrlo agresivne za kožu.

Dakle, pokušavate li se riješiti prečeste upotrebe šminke, svakako je važno da budete vrlo oprezni pri odabiru kozmetike. Stoga čitajte deklaracije i savjetuje se sa stručnjacima.
