Volkswagen je na godišnjem okupljanju svojih poklonika na austrijskom Wörtherseeu predstavio konceptnu verziju modela Golf GTI TCR koji će kada stigne na tržište biti najbrži GTI model.
Golf GTI TCR trenutno se vodi kao koncept, no iz Volkswagena je već potvrđeno da će proizvodnja ovog vozila krenuti u drugoj polovici ove godine.
Novi GTI TCR pokreće 2,0-litreni 4-cilindarski motor snage 290 KS te najvećeg okretnog momenta od 370 Nm, koji je dostupan već pri 1600 “điri”. Ovaj je motor uparen s dorađenim 7-stupanjskim automatskim DSG mjenjačem te pogonom na prednje kotače opremljenim standardnim diferencijalom s blokadom proklizavanja.
Vokswagen za sada nije objavio nikakve podatke o ubrzanju, no rekli su da će kupcima biti omogućeno dizanje brzine s elektronički ograničenih 250 km/h na 264 km/h. Nešto snažniji Clubsport S je dostizao 260 km/h.
Uz spomenuto, najsnažniji tvornički Golf GTI će dobiti i snažnije kočnice, bolji sustav hlađenja motora, standardne 18 i opcijske 19-colne kotače, dotjerani ovjes s mogućnošću spuštanja podnice za dodatnih 20 mm.
Novosti kod vanjskog izgleda predstavljaju novi branici i stražnji difuzor, novi završeci ispunih cijevi i drugo, a vrijedi reći i kako će produkcijski Golf GTI TCR biti opremljen i koji je do sada bio opcija na Golfu R.
Što se unutrašnjosti tiče tu su nove presvlake te razni manji ukrasni detalji. Kako se može i pretpostaviti oznaka TCR govori da je riječ o vozilu inspiriranom trkaćim Golfom koji se natječe u TCR-u, odnosno Touring Car Racing prvenstvima.
Očekuje se da Golf GTI TCR neće biti kupcima, poput ranijeg Clubsporta, dostupan samo u ograničenoj seriji. S druge strane TCR verzija će na tržište stići svega nekoliko mjeseci prije premijere nove generacije Golfa.
Drugim riječima, TCR bi vrlo lako mogao biti vrhunac proizvodnje Golfa sedmice.

Volkswagen je na godišnjem okupljanju svojih poklonika na austrijskom Wörtherseeu predstavio konceptnu verziju modela Golf GTI TCR koji će kada stigne na tržište biti najbrži GTI model.
Golf GTI TCR trenutno se vodi kao koncept, no iz Volkswagena je već potvrđeno da će proizvodnja ovog vozila krenuti u drugoj polovici ove godine.
Novi GTI TCR pokreće 2,0-litreni 4-cilindarski motor snage 290 KS te najvećeg okretnog momenta od 370 Nm, koji je dostupan već pri 1600 “điri”. Ovaj je motor uparen s dorađenim 7-stupanjskim automatskim DSG mjenjačem te pogonom na prednje kotače opremljenim standardnim diferencijalom s blokadom proklizavanja.
Vokswagen za sada nije objavio nikakve podatke o ubrzanju, no rekli su da će kupcima biti omogućeno dizanje brzine s elektronički ograničenih 250 km/h na 264 km/h. Nešto snažniji Clubsport S je dostizao 260 km/h.
Uz spomenuto, najsnažniji tvornički Golf GTI će dobiti i snažnije kočnice, bolji sustav hlađenja motora, standardne 18 i opcijske 19-colne kotače, dotjerani ovjes s mogućnošću spuštanja podnice za dodatnih 20 mm.
Novosti kod vanjskog izgleda predstavljaju novi branici i stražnji difuzor, novi završeci ispunih cijevi i drugo, a vrijedi reći i kako će produkcijski Golf GTI TCR biti opremljen i koji je do sada bio opcija na Golfu R.
Što se unutrašnjosti tiče tu su nove presvlake te razni manji ukrasni detalji. Kako se može i pretpostaviti oznaka TCR govori da je riječ o vozilu inspiriranom trkaćim Golfom koji se natječe u TCR-u, odnosno Touring Car Racing prvenstvima.
Očekuje se da Golf GTI TCR neće biti kupcima, poput ranijeg Clubsporta, dostupan samo u ograničenoj seriji. S druge strane TCR verzija će na tržište stići svega nekoliko mjeseci prije premijere nove generacije Golfa.
Drugim riječima, TCR bi vrlo lako mogao biti vrhunac proizvodnje Golfa sedmice.
