Dona De Luca i njezin suprug obožavaju svog četveronožnog prijatelja, i to s dobrim razlogom. Njihov je njemački ovčar spasio dvoje najranjivijih članova njihove obitelji od zmije otrovnice. Da nije bilo hrabrog psa, taj dan ne bi preživjele ni sedmogodišnja Molly ni njezina 75-godišnja baka, a dirljivu priču donosi portal mediaarm.ru.

Obitelj je tugovala zbog smrti svog starog psa, a onda su odlučili kući dovesti novog ljubimca. Tako se u njihovoj kući pojavio dvogodišnji njemački ovčar, kojeg su nazvali House. Otac obitelji, Donin muž, isprva se protivio dolasku životinje, ali Housea je ipak uspio zavoljeti. 

U trenutku incidenta pas je već bio punopravni i voljeni član obitelji De Luca. Možda je upravo zato smatrao potrebnim zaštititi djevojčicu Molly od zmije otrovnice. Isprva nitko nije razumio što se događa, a Molly se čak i uplašila kad je vidjela da je njezin voljeni pas iznenada, s ratobornim pogledom, pojurio travnjakom ravno prema njoj.

Ubrzo je postalo jasno da se ondje doista vodi bitka. Pas je počeo žalobno cviliti, očito u velikoj boli. Obitelj ga je odmah podigla i žurno odvela u veterinarsku kliniku.

Utvrđeno je da je pas pretrpio najmanje tri ugriza zmije, a prema riječima veterinara, bila je riječ o otrovnici. House se, zaključio je veterinar, najvjerojatnije sukobio s vrlo otrovnom rombičnom čegrtušom, koja se smatra jednom od najopasnijih vrsta zmija u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.

Protuotrov koji slabi djelovanje otrova ove zmije koristi se u vrlo malim količinama, ali košta mnogo novca. Uobičajena doza u takvim slučajevima je jedna ili dvije ampule. Međutim, veterinari nisu bili sigurni koliko je otrova dospjelo u tijelo psa, pa su savjetovali da se dodaje kap po kap. Unatoč tome, neko vrijeme svima se činilo da će ova bitka biti posljednja za Housea.

Obitelj se već pomirila s činjenicom da se njihov voljeni pas žrtvovao kako bi spasio živote Molly i njezine bake. Nije se više nadala da će ostati živ.

No, priča ima sretan kraj. Intravenozno davanje protuotrova na kraju je polučilo rezultate. House je došao k sebi, opasnost je prošla. Tjedan dana kasnije uspio je otići kući.

Obitelj je tugovala zbog smrti svog starog psa, a onda su odlučili kući dovesti novog ljubimca. Tako se u njihovoj kući pojavio dvogodišnji njemački ovčar, kojeg su nazvali House. Otac obitelji, Donin muž, isprva se protivio dolasku životinje, ali Housea je ipak uspio zavoljeti. 

U trenutku incidenta pas je već bio punopravni i voljeni član obitelji De Luca. Možda je upravo zato smatrao potrebnim zaštititi djevojčicu Molly od zmije otrovnice. Isprva nitko nije razumio što se događa, a Molly se čak i uplašila kad je vidjela da je njezin voljeni pas iznenada, s ratobornim pogledom, pojurio travnjakom ravno prema njoj.

Ubrzo je postalo jasno da se ondje doista vodi bitka. Pas je počeo žalobno cviliti, očito u velikoj boli. Obitelj ga je odmah podigla i žurno odvela u veterinarsku kliniku.

Utvrđeno je da je pas pretrpio najmanje tri ugriza zmije, a prema riječima veterinara, bila je riječ o otrovnici. House se, zaključio je veterinar, najvjerojatnije sukobio s vrlo otrovnom rombičnom čegrtušom, koja se smatra jednom od najopasnijih vrsta zmija u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.

Protuotrov koji slabi djelovanje otrova ove zmije koristi se u vrlo malim količinama, ali košta mnogo novca. Uobičajena doza u takvim slučajevima je jedna ili dvije ampule. Međutim, veterinari nisu bili sigurni koliko je otrova dospjelo u tijelo psa, pa su savjetovali da se dodaje kap po kap. Unatoč tome, neko vrijeme svima se činilo da će ova bitka biti posljednja za Housea.

Obitelj se već pomirila s činjenicom da se njihov voljeni pas žrtvovao kako bi spasio živote Molly i njezine bake. Nije se više nadala da će ostati živ.

No, priča ima sretan kraj. Intravenozno davanje protuotrova na kraju je polučilo rezultate. House je došao k sebi, opasnost je prošla. Tjedan dana kasnije uspio je otići kući.

Dona De Luca i njezin suprug obožavaju svog četveronožnog prijatelja, i to s dobrim razlogom. Njihov je njemački ovčar spasio dvoje najranjivijih članova njihove obitelji od zmije otrovnice. Da nije bilo hrabrog psa, taj dan ne bi preživjele ni sedmogodišnja Molly ni njezina 75-godišnja baka, a dirljivu priču donosi portal mediaarm.ru.
