Kako su se mobilni telefoni proširili svijetom, tako su se pojavili i problemi vezani s njima. Stalna dostupnost za pozive, čitanje i pisanje poruka, poslije i surfanje internetom, čitanje vijesti, praćenje društvenih mreža, pa i gledanje videa i filmova mnogima su učinili mobitele nezaobilaznim rekvizitom.

Tako nije nimalo neuobičajeno da dok s nekim razgovarate, on za to vrijeme zadubljeno prebire po svome mobitelu. Događa se to među prijateljima, članovima obitelji, a i među parterima. Pojava da nas netko ignorira u korist svog pametnog telefona ima već i ime, "phubbing". Taj neologizam nastao je kao kombinacija "telefona" i "snubbinga", a pojavu već stručno obrađuju i psiholozi.

A oni su ustvrdili da "phubbing" može narušiti, pa i uništiti naše najvažnije odnose. "Fenomen phubbinga, koji pogađa društvene interakcije pojedinaca, važan je faktor rizika za romantične veze. Partnerova prezauzetost svojim pametnim telefonima tijekom romantične veze šteti zadovoljstvu u vezi i percipiranoj kvaliteti romantične veze", objavljeno je u časopisu Psychological Reports na temelju studije provedene nad 308 ispitanika u Turskoj, prenosi IFL Science.

Phubbing je već prije pao u oči psiholozima i bio je povezivan s ovisnošću o mobitelu i depresijom, lošim samopouzdanjem i raspoloženjem kod adolescenata.

Istraživači su se ovaj put usmjerili na zadovoljstvo vezom i njenom kvalitetom, ali i na vlastito zadovoljstvo životom. Zanimljivo je da su skoro četiri petine ispitanika bile žene.

"Rezultati pokazuju da je partnerski phubbing imao značajan neizravan učinak na zadovoljstvo životom kroz percipiranu kvalitetu romantične veze i zadovoljstvo vezom. Rezultati otkrivaju da se zadovoljstvo vezom i njena percipirana kvaliteta smanjuju kod pojedinaca koji su izloženi takvom partnerskom ponašanju i da smanjeno zadovoljstvo vezom i njena kvaliteta šteti zadovoljstvu životom.", utvrdili su istraživači u časopisu Psychological Reports, prenosi.

Istraživači su se ogradili da se ipak ne može sa sigurnošću reći da phubbing vodi do lošijih odnosa. U varijablu su ubacili i suvremeni stresni način života koji utječe da se posao nažalost nastavlja obavljati i nakon kraja radnog vremena, kod kuće.

Naravno u mnogih koji pribjegavaju phubbingu stvari vjerojatno nisu došle do ultimatuma: Ili mobitel, ili ja! Ali da bi trebalo obratiti pažnju na odnose s najbližima u kojima je mobitel nažalost često važan, pa i najvažniji sudionik. Ako je u nekim poslovima multitasking koristan i potreban, u osobnim odnosima nije tako. Potreba i vještina isključivanja i nedostupnosti vrlo je bitna. Kako za naše odnose, tako i za nas same i naše zadovoljstvo životom.

Kako su se mobilni telefoni proširili svijetom, tako su se pojavili i problemi vezani s njima. Stalna dostupnost za pozive, čitanje i pisanje poruka, poslije i surfanje internetom, čitanje vijesti, praćenje društvenih mreža, pa i gledanje videa i filmova mnogima su učinili mobitele nezaobilaznim rekvizitom.

Tako nije nimalo neuobičajeno da dok s nekim razgovarate, on za to vrijeme zadubljeno prebire po svome mobitelu. Događa se to među prijateljima, članovima obitelji, a i među parterima. Pojava da nas netko ignorira u korist svog pametnog telefona ima već i ime, "phubbing". Taj neologizam nastao je kao kombinacija "telefona" i "snubbinga", a pojavu već stručno obrađuju i psiholozi.

A oni su ustvrdili da "phubbing" može narušiti, pa i uništiti naše najvažnije odnose. "Fenomen phubbinga, koji pogađa društvene interakcije pojedinaca, važan je faktor rizika za romantične veze. Partnerova prezauzetost svojim pametnim telefonima tijekom romantične veze šteti zadovoljstvu u vezi i percipiranoj kvaliteti romantične veze", objavljeno je u časopisu Psychological Reports na temelju studije provedene nad 308 ispitanika u Turskoj, prenosi IFL Science.

Phubbing je već prije pao u oči psiholozima i bio je povezivan s ovisnošću o mobitelu i depresijom, lošim samopouzdanjem i raspoloženjem kod adolescenata.

Istraživači su se ovaj put usmjerili na zadovoljstvo vezom i njenom kvalitetom, ali i na vlastito zadovoljstvo životom. Zanimljivo je da su skoro četiri petine ispitanika bile žene.

"Rezultati pokazuju da je partnerski phubbing imao značajan neizravan učinak na zadovoljstvo životom kroz percipiranu kvalitetu romantične veze i zadovoljstvo vezom. Rezultati otkrivaju da se zadovoljstvo vezom i njena percipirana kvaliteta smanjuju kod pojedinaca koji su izloženi takvom partnerskom ponašanju i da smanjeno zadovoljstvo vezom i njena kvaliteta šteti zadovoljstvu životom.", utvrdili su istraživači u časopisu Psychological Reports, prenosi.

Istraživači su se ogradili da se ipak ne može sa sigurnošću reći da phubbing vodi do lošijih odnosa. U varijablu su ubacili i suvremeni stresni način života koji utječe da se posao nažalost nastavlja obavljati i nakon kraja radnog vremena, kod kuće.

Naravno u mnogih koji pribjegavaju phubbingu stvari vjerojatno nisu došle do ultimatuma: Ili mobitel, ili ja! Ali da bi trebalo obratiti pažnju na odnose s najbližima u kojima je mobitel nažalost često važan, pa i najvažniji sudionik. Ako je u nekim poslovima multitasking koristan i potreban, u osobnim odnosima nije tako. Potreba i vještina isključivanja i nedostupnosti vrlo je bitna. Kako za naše odnose, tako i za nas same i naše zadovoljstvo životom.
