Puno se puta zapitamo trebamo li dati otkaz na određenom poslu na kojem se trenutno nalazimo, ima li naš rad i posao smisla, radimo li to što volimo ili bismo pak promijenili karijeru, jesmo li dovoljno plaćeni, jesmo li spremni za nove izazove, je li nam posao postao dosadan, sviđaju li nam se kolege itd. Ovakve dileme muče mnoge. 

Iako bi prave razloge ovakve odluke mogli nabrajati do sutra, stručnjaci preporučuju kako bi prije donošenja ovako važne životne odluke neke stvari trebali staviti na papir, piše Moj posao.

Jeste li tražili povišicu ili unapređenje?

Jeste li razgovarali o svojoj situaciji s prijateljima i obitelji?

Imate li još neki posao u planu? Ako nemate, jeste li dovoljno financijski stabilni da ostanete bez posla dok ne pronađete novi?

Pitate li se još uvijek: "Trebam li dati otkaz?". Ako je odgovor i dalje da, ovo bi moglo biti pravo vrijeme da krenete u potragu za novom karijerom. Niste dovoljno plaćeni za svoj rad

Iako vam novac ne smije biti glavni razlog napuštanja nekog radnog mjesta, preniska primanja i težnja k boljem životnom standardu, normalni su razlozi zbog kojih bi trebali dati otkaz. Nedovoljne financijske kompenzacije za rad mogu dovesti do rasta nezadovoljstva.

Nedostaje vam podrška kolega i nadređenih

Nedostatak podrške od strane kolega ili nadređenih čest je razlog napuštanja nekog radnog mjesta. Pozitivan feedback povećava motivaciju i produktivnost radnika, što dovodi i do većeg zadovoljstva. U drugu ruku, kontinuirana kritika i ignoriranje nečijeg truda i rada, dovodi do pada produktivnosti i zainteresiranosti za rad.

Ako se nalazite u takvoj radnoj okolini, prije donošenja konačne odluke o napuštanju poslodavca, pokušajte porazgovarati sa svojim nadređenim o problemu koji vas muči. Isto probajte raspraviti i s kolegama. Ukoliko i nakon toga ne vidite nikakve promjene, onda takva radna okolina nije za vas.

Vaša uloga u kompaniji se konstantno mijenja, ali ne na bolje

Akvizicije, spajanje odjela, smanjenje/povećanje broja radnika - uobičajeni su ciklusi svake kompanije. No, problem nastaje ukoliko se vaša uloga u svim tim procesima konstantno mijenja, ali ne na bolje. Česte promjene unutar kompanije, nesigurnost radnog mjesta te neizvjesnost mogu stvoriti nepotrebni stres.

Naravno, svi mi takve promjene često shvaćamo preozbiljno. Upravo iz razloga, prije bilo kakve odluke, pokušajte realno sagledati situaciju. Sastavite listu pitanja, a odgovore probajte dobiti od nadređenih osoba. Možda je problem nastao zbog nedostatka komunikacije i možda vam kratki razgovor s direktorom može pomoći.

Ukoliko ni tada ne dobijete neke konkretne odgovore ili promjenu postojećeg ugovora, takvo iskustvo bit će vam dobra škola za budućnost. Upravo iz tog razloga, kod novog poslodavca dobro ispitajte stanje u kojem se nalaze.

Kultura radnog mjesta je toksična i nije u skladu s vašim vrijednostima

Ovo je jedan od najčešćih razloga za odlazak. Toksično radno okruženje u kojem stil vođenja nije u skladu s vašim vrijednostima može narušiti vaše mentalno zdravlje. Također, takva okolina može dovesti do umora, nedostatka motivacije i sputanog profesionalnog razvoja.

Međutim, ako u svom istraživanju naiđete na veliki zid, toksično radno okruženje svakako ostavite iza sebe. Prilikom pronalaska novog posla, dobro razmislite što želite na novom radnom mjestu.

Izgorjeli ste

Čini se kako je stres postao sastavni dio života, ali potrebno je pronaći onu zlatnu sredinu kako ne bi izgorjeli. Točna je to na kojoj vas količina stresa ne istroši, već vas drži “budnim”. U trenutku kada vam radno mjesto počinje stvarati preveliku količinu stresa zbog koje iz kuće izlazite s grčem u želudcu, vrijeme je da napravite neke promjene. U takvim situacijama morate krenuti od sebe.

Prije odluke o odlasku s nekog radnog mjesta, pokušajte uvesti promjene u svom načinu rada. Ako su vam rokovi glavni krivci za stres, svoje obaveze rasporedite drugačije. Zadajte si ranije rokove kako bi sve obavili na vrijeme, posložite prioritete, a dio posla podijelite s kolegama. Isto tako, za vrijeme radnog vremena napravite više manjih pauza kako bi se odmorili.

Puno se puta zapitamo trebamo li dati otkaz na određenom poslu na kojem se trenutno nalazimo, ima li naš rad i posao smisla, radimo li to što volimo ili bismo pak promijenili karijeru, jesmo li dovoljno plaćeni, jesmo li spremni za nove izazove, je li nam posao postao dosadan, sviđaju li nam se kolege itd. Ovakve dileme muče mnoge. 

Iako bi prave razloge ovakve odluke mogli nabrajati do sutra, stručnjaci preporučuju kako bi prije donošenja ovako važne životne odluke neke stvari trebali staviti na papir, piše Moj posao.

Jeste li tražili povišicu ili unapređenje?

Pitate li se još uvijek: "Trebam li dati otkaz?". Ako je odgovor i dalje da, ovo bi moglo biti pravo vrijeme da krenete u potragu za novom karijerom. Niste dovoljno plaćeni za svoj rad

Iako vam novac ne smije biti glavni razlog napuštanja nekog radnog mjesta, preniska primanja i težnja k boljem životnom standardu, normalni su razlozi zbog kojih bi trebali dati otkaz. Nedovoljne financijske kompenzacije za rad mogu dovesti do rasta nezadovoljstva.

Nedostaje vam podrška kolega i nadređenih

Nedostatak podrške od strane kolega ili nadređenih čest je razlog napuštanja nekog radnog mjesta. Pozitivan feedback povećava motivaciju i produktivnost radnika, što dovodi i do većeg zadovoljstva. U drugu ruku, kontinuirana kritika i ignoriranje nečijeg truda i rada, dovodi do pada produktivnosti i zainteresiranosti za rad.

Ako se nalazite u takvoj radnoj okolini, prije donošenja konačne odluke o napuštanju poslodavca, pokušajte porazgovarati sa svojim nadređenim o problemu koji vas muči. Isto probajte raspraviti i s kolegama. Ukoliko i nakon toga ne vidite nikakve promjene, onda takva radna okolina nije za vas.

Vaša uloga u kompaniji se konstantno mijenja, ali ne na bolje

Akvizicije, spajanje odjela, smanjenje/povećanje broja radnika - uobičajeni su ciklusi svake kompanije. No, problem nastaje ukoliko se vaša uloga u svim tim procesima konstantno mijenja, ali ne na bolje. Česte promjene unutar kompanije, nesigurnost radnog mjesta te neizvjesnost mogu stvoriti nepotrebni stres.

Naravno, svi mi takve promjene često shvaćamo preozbiljno. Upravo iz razloga, prije bilo kakve odluke, pokušajte realno sagledati situaciju. Sastavite listu pitanja, a odgovore probajte dobiti od nadređenih osoba. Možda je problem nastao zbog nedostatka komunikacije i možda vam kratki razgovor s direktorom može pomoći.

Ukoliko ni tada ne dobijete neke konkretne odgovore ili promjenu postojećeg ugovora, takvo iskustvo bit će vam dobra škola za budućnost. Upravo iz tog razloga, kod novog poslodavca dobro ispitajte stanje u kojem se nalaze.

Kultura radnog mjesta je toksična i nije u skladu s vašim vrijednostima

Ovo je jedan od najčešćih razloga za odlazak. Toksično radno okruženje u kojem stil vođenja nije u skladu s vašim vrijednostima može narušiti vaše mentalno zdravlje. Također, takva okolina može dovesti do umora, nedostatka motivacije i sputanog profesionalnog razvoja.

Međutim, ako u svom istraživanju naiđete na veliki zid, toksično radno okruženje svakako ostavite iza sebe. Prilikom pronalaska novog posla, dobro razmislite što želite na novom radnom mjestu.

Izgorjeli ste

Čini se kako je stres postao sastavni dio života, ali potrebno je pronaći onu zlatnu sredinu kako ne bi izgorjeli. Točna je to na kojoj vas količina stresa ne istroši, već vas drži “budnim”. U trenutku kada vam radno mjesto počinje stvarati preveliku količinu stresa zbog koje iz kuće izlazite s grčem u želudcu, vrijeme je da napravite neke promjene. U takvim situacijama morate krenuti od sebe.

Prije odluke o odlasku s nekog radnog mjesta, pokušajte uvesti promjene u svom načinu rada. Ako su vam rokovi glavni krivci za stres, svoje obaveze rasporedite drugačije. Zadajte si ranije rokove kako bi sve obavili na vrijeme, posložite prioritete, a dio posla podijelite s kolegama. Isto tako, za vrijeme radnog vremena napravite više manjih pauza kako bi se odmorili.
