Dvoje znanstvenika, Yuliya Kyrychko i Konstantin Blyuss, izračunali su matematički model koji pomaže u izračunavanju najboljih psiholoških i fizioloških uvjeta za postizanje orgazma u svojoj studiji nazvanoj „Sex, ducks, and rock‘n‘roll: Mathematical model of sexual response”, objavljenoj u časopisu Chaos, piše Živim.

- Naše otkriće baca svjetlo na temu koja u društvu još uvijek predstavlja tabu i vjerujemo da bi moglo imati korisnu primjenu u kliničkom liječenju seksualne disfunkcije, ali i dati općoj populaciji testiranu formulu za poboljšanje njihovog seksualnog života - rekla je koautorica studije Kyrychko.

Brzi rast i nagli pad napaljenosti - put do orgazma

Model se sastoji od dvije jednadžbe i kreiran je analizom desetljećima prikupljanih podataka koji su pratili faze seksualnog ciklusa - uzbuđenje, plato, orgazam i rješenje - kod muškaraca, poznate pod nazivom Masters-Johnsonov ciklus seksualnog odgovora. Podaci su uključivali 10.000 seksualnih činova koji su se odvijali u laboratorijima, a u njima su sudjelovali 700 muškaraca i žena.

U intervjuu za Insider Blyuss je objasnio da psihološke i fiziološke jednadžbe izračunavaju „brzinu rasta fiziološkog i psihološkog uzbuđenja”.

Kad su autori došli do tih jednadžbi, u njih su ubacili sve brojeve kako bi provjerili hoće li dobiti rješenje koje bi se definiralo kao postizanje orgazma. Blyuss je objasnio da prva jednadžba, koja se koristi za izračunavanje idealnih faktora za fizičko nadraživanje kako bi se postigao orgazam, uzima u obzir dva faktora.

Jedan dolazi od fizičke stimulacije (masturbacijom/penetracijom), a drugi od mentalne opuštenosti. U prvoj jednadžbi procjenjuje se na ljestvici od 1 do 100 koliko je muškarac fizički napaljen i zatim se to pomnoži s brojem koji predstavlja prosječnu količinu fizičke stimulacije tijekom seksa. Na kraju se od dobivene vrijednosti oduzima broj koji predstavlja razinu psihološke uzbuđenosti, odnosno koliko je muškarac bio uzbuđen u svom umu. Ta je jednadžba znanstvenike dovela do otkrića da stopa fizičke uzbuđenosti brzo raste, ali samo do određene optimalne razine, nakon koje naglo pada. Takav brzi rast i nagli pad napaljenosti je ključ za postizanje orgazma, smatraju autori studije.

Manje razmišljanja o seksu, sigurniji orgazam (ali razmišljati malo ipak morate)

Druga jednadžba se koristi za izračunavanje razine psihološkog uzbuđenja. Uzima u obzir psihološko uzbuđenje muškarca tijekom seksa - na koje utječu faktori poput gledanja pornića ili interakcije s partnericom - koje se zatim oduzima od istog uzbuđenja prije seksa, a zatim se dodaje mentalno uzbuđenje izazvano fizičkim uzbuđenjem. Taj broj se potom u jednadžbi umnožava stopom nezainteresiranosti za seks neposredno nakon postizanja orgazma. Glavno otkriće ove druge jednadžbe jest da je previše „psihološke stimulacije” na početku seksa značilo manju vjerojatnost za postizanje orgazma, baš kao i premalo stimulacije, što bi značilo da osobe koje su bile previše nezainteresirane za seks također vjerojatno neće doživjeti orgazam. Autori studije su primijetili da srednja razina mentalnog uzbuđenja rezultira optimalnom razinom fizičke izvedbe koja je potrebna za postizanje orgazma.

Na redu je formula za ženski orgazam

Ali ima jedna caka. Autori studije usredotočili su se samo na podatke za muškarce jer su muškarci jednostavniji kad je riječ o seksualnom odgovoru. Primjerice, žene imaju sposobnost višestrukih orgazama, dok kod muškaraca to obično nije slučaj. Znanstvenici smatraju da je ženski seksualni odgovor mnogo složeniji iz perspektive interakcije između psihološkog i fiziološkog uzbuđenja te ne prati točno četiri koraka Master-Johnsonovog ciklusa seksualnog odgovora. U svakom slučaju, u sljedećem će se projektu usredotočiti na ženski orgazam, no nisu sigurni koliko će to potrajati s obzirom na to da je taj orgazam složeniji od muškog. Ipak, nadaju se da bi ženski model mogli izraditi do kraja godine, piše Živim.

Dvoje znanstvenika, Yuliya Kyrychko i Konstantin Blyuss, izračunali su matematički model koji pomaže u izračunavanju najboljih psiholoških i fizioloških uvjeta za postizanje orgazma u svojoj studiji nazvanoj „Sex, ducks, and rock‘n‘roll: Mathematical model of sexual response”, objavljenoj u časopisu Chaos, piše Živim.

- Naše otkriće baca svjetlo na temu koja u društvu još uvijek predstavlja tabu i vjerujemo da bi moglo imati korisnu primjenu u kliničkom liječenju seksualne disfunkcije, ali i dati općoj populaciji testiranu formulu za poboljšanje njihovog seksualnog života - rekla je koautorica studije Kyrychko.

Brzi rast i nagli pad napaljenosti - put do orgazma

Model se sastoji od dvije jednadžbe i kreiran je analizom desetljećima prikupljanih podataka koji su pratili faze seksualnog ciklusa - uzbuđenje, plato, orgazam i rješenje - kod muškaraca, poznate pod nazivom Masters-Johnsonov ciklus seksualnog odgovora. Podaci su uključivali 10.000 seksualnih činova koji su se odvijali u laboratorijima, a u njima su sudjelovali 700 muškaraca i žena.

U intervjuu za Insider Blyuss je objasnio da psihološke i fiziološke jednadžbe izračunavaju „brzinu rasta fiziološkog i psihološkog uzbuđenja”.

Kad su autori došli do tih jednadžbi, u njih su ubacili sve brojeve kako bi provjerili hoće li dobiti rješenje koje bi se definiralo kao postizanje orgazma. Blyuss je objasnio da prva jednadžba, koja se koristi za izračunavanje idealnih faktora za fizičko nadraživanje kako bi se postigao orgazam, uzima u obzir dva faktora.

Jedan dolazi od fizičke stimulacije (masturbacijom/penetracijom), a drugi od mentalne opuštenosti. U prvoj jednadžbi procjenjuje se na ljestvici od 1 do 100 koliko je muškarac fizički napaljen i zatim se to pomnoži s brojem koji predstavlja prosječnu količinu fizičke stimulacije tijekom seksa. Na kraju se od dobivene vrijednosti oduzima broj koji predstavlja razinu psihološke uzbuđenosti, odnosno koliko je muškarac bio uzbuđen u svom umu. Ta je jednadžba znanstvenike dovela do otkrića da stopa fizičke uzbuđenosti brzo raste, ali samo do određene optimalne razine, nakon koje naglo pada. Takav brzi rast i nagli pad napaljenosti je ključ za postizanje orgazma, smatraju autori studije.

Manje razmišljanja o seksu, sigurniji orgazam (ali razmišljati malo ipak morate)

Druga jednadžba se koristi za izračunavanje razine psihološkog uzbuđenja. Uzima u obzir psihološko uzbuđenje muškarca tijekom seksa - na koje utječu faktori poput gledanja pornića ili interakcije s partnericom - koje se zatim oduzima od istog uzbuđenja prije seksa, a zatim se dodaje mentalno uzbuđenje izazvano fizičkim uzbuđenjem. Taj broj se potom u jednadžbi umnožava stopom nezainteresiranosti za seks neposredno nakon postizanja orgazma. Glavno otkriće ove druge jednadžbe jest da je previše „psihološke stimulacije” na početku seksa značilo manju vjerojatnost za postizanje orgazma, baš kao i premalo stimulacije, što bi značilo da osobe koje su bile previše nezainteresirane za seks također vjerojatno neće doživjeti orgazam. Autori studije su primijetili da srednja razina mentalnog uzbuđenja rezultira optimalnom razinom fizičke izvedbe koja je potrebna za postizanje orgazma.

- Naše bi se otkriće moglo jednostavno sažeti riječima „Ne razmišljajte previše o seksu” - zaključio je koautor studije Blyuss.

Na redu je formula za ženski orgazam

Ali ima jedna caka. Autori studije usredotočili su se samo na podatke za muškarce jer su muškarci jednostavniji kad je riječ o seksualnom odgovoru. Primjerice, žene imaju sposobnost višestrukih orgazama, dok kod muškaraca to obično nije slučaj. Znanstvenici smatraju da je ženski seksualni odgovor mnogo složeniji iz perspektive interakcije između psihološkog i fiziološkog uzbuđenja te ne prati točno četiri koraka Master-Johnsonovog ciklusa seksualnog odgovora. U svakom slučaju, u sljedećem će se projektu usredotočiti na ženski orgazam, no nisu sigurni koliko će to potrajati s obzirom na to da je taj orgazam složeniji od muškog. Ipak, nadaju se da bi ženski model mogli izraditi do kraja godine, piše Živim.

Dvoje znanstvenika, Yuliya Kyrychko i Konstantin Blyuss, izračunali su matematički model koji pomaže u izračunavanju najboljih psiholoških i fizioloških uvjeta za postizanje orgazma u svojoj studiji nazvanoj „Sex, ducks, and rock‘n‘roll: Mathematical model of sexual response”, objavljenoj u časopisu Chaos, piše Živim.

- Naše otkriće baca svjetlo na temu koja u društvu još uvijek predstavlja tabu i vjerujemo da bi moglo imati korisnu primjenu u kliničkom liječenju seksualne disfunkcije, ali i dati općoj populaciji testiranu formulu za poboljšanje njihovog seksualnog života - rekla je koautorica studije Kyrychko.
