Početkom ožujka dva su repera, splitski Vojko V (38) i triljski Grše (27), morali na sud, jer ih je zbog stihova pjesme "Mamići" tužio Zoran Mamić (51). Suđenje se trebalo nastaviti 24. svibnja, ali do toga ipak neće doći, javlja radiosarajevo.ba.
Nakon višemjesečne borbe, naime, Zoran Mamić odustao je od kaznenog progona repera, pa je zato i ročište u Općinskom sudu u Splitu obustavljeno. Zoran je putem punomoćnice, odvjetnice Jovane Puhalo, poslao i službeno priopćenje.

"Smatram da je tvrdnja ‘stalno na koki‘ kleveta koja mi je uzrokovala štetu radi višeznačne tragičnosti života koja se može povezati s tim riječima.
Neistinite tvrdnje ne bi smjela eskulpirati umjetnička sloboda koja bi morala imati društvenu granicu. Ta granica bi trebala postojati u odnosu na svakoga", započeo je Zoran Mamić, pa dodao:
"Međutim, bez obzira na štetu koja mi je već učinjena, smatram da bi svaki daljnji korak dodatno punio medijski prostor neprikladnim sadržajem, a kakvim osobno smatram i tekst sporne pjesme za društvo u cjelini."

Prisjetimo se, Zoran je repere tužio zbog stihova: "Vadi se kesica, počinje presica, Zdravko i Zoki, stalno na koki... Idemo tvrdo ka Mamići, eura brdo ka Mamići, uzmemo paricu, prijeđemo granicu".
Vojko V i Grše su se pojavili na sudu, ali Zoran nije došao, s obzirom da je bjegunac. Umjesto njega došla je odvjetnica Jovana Puhalo, piše radiosarajevo.ba .

Početkom ožujka dva su repera, splitski Vojko V (38) i triljski Grše (27), morali na sud, jer ih je zbog stihova pjesme "Mamići" tužio Zoran Mamić (51). Suđenje se trebalo nastaviti 24. svibnja, ali do toga ipak neće doći, javlja radiosarajevo.ba.
Nakon višemjesečne borbe, naime, Zoran Mamić odustao je od kaznenog progona repera, pa je zato i ročište u Općinskom sudu u Splitu obustavljeno. Zoran je putem punomoćnice, odvjetnice Jovane Puhalo, poslao i službeno priopćenje.

"Smatram da je tvrdnja ‘stalno na koki‘ kleveta koja mi je uzrokovala štetu radi višeznačne tragičnosti života koja se može povezati s tim riječima.
Neistinite tvrdnje ne bi smjela eskulpirati umjetnička sloboda koja bi morala imati društvenu granicu. Ta granica bi trebala postojati u odnosu na svakoga", započeo je Zoran Mamić, pa dodao:

Prisjetimo se, Zoran je repere tužio zbog stihova: "Vadi se kesica, počinje presica, Zdravko i Zoki, stalno na koki... Idemo tvrdo ka Mamići, eura brdo ka Mamići, uzmemo paricu, prijeđemo granicu".
