[fulltext] => Ne znam više koliko puta sam spominjao mogućnost kolapsa cestovnog prometa u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, čime neće profitirati ni drugi oblici povezivanja ljudi i mjesta, osim možda avionskih linija. Jednostavno mi se ne da brojiti. Problem je, ukratko, u tomu što treba zatvoriti dosadašnji dio tzv. brze ceste koja povezuje Solin i Dugopolje, izlaz na autocestu te brži pristup do drugih gradova i obrnuto (smjer nije bitan), e da bi se sredila okomita i vodoravna signalizacija, popravile ili izasfaltirale oštećene dionice, makli označivači u dvosmjernim tunelima i sve što ide uz to.
Orijentacija za sav promet preko slabo propusne kliške ceste nije nikakva alternativa već muka koju bi osjetili i oni stanovnici drugoga po veličini grada u Hrvatskoj koji čak ni nemaju potrebu ići do Solina, Kaštela, put Omiša...
O izlazu iz te situacije mnogo sam razmišljao, i nakon što sam prestao razbijati glavu, puklo mi je pred očima tako jednostavno rješenje da ne mogu vjerovati. Pokušat ću ga obrazložiti: kada se u potpunosti dovrši novi dio brze ceste, cijelom dužinom postave se one plastične prepreke pune vode i tako napravi dvosmjerna jednotračna cesta.
Navrijeme se informira vozače, postave se upozorenja i prometne ophodnje na ulazima i nekim dijelovima koji to omogućuju. Svim licenciranim međugradskim autobusnim prijevoznicima odredi se da ne smiju ići ni preko kliške ceste ni preko ove jednotračne, već da koriste istočne i zapadne alternative. Izuzeci su lokalne linije koje idu, naravno, samo preko kliške ceste te one međugradske koje u svojoj koncesiji moraju pokrivati npr. Solin, Klis, Dugopolje i sjevernije do usmjeravanja prema Šibeniku, Zadru, Zagrebu...
Također, ZABRANA svim vozilima većima od kombija da prolaze preko ovih dviju cesta (u slučaju međugradskog prometovanja), a provjerom na cestama oštro kažnjavati pametnjakoviće koji zaglume neznanje. Time bi se obje ceste rasteretile i promet koliko-toliko držao u normali sve dok se stari dio brze ceste ne privede svrsi i protok vozila počne normalno cirkulirati. Ima tu još detalja o kojima se da raspravljati, ali mislim da ste osnovu shvatili. Svi dišu malo teže, ali zraka ima dovoljno. A, sad, koliko je to uistinu izvedivo, ne znam. Samo se nadam da još uvijek nije kasno.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Ne znam više koliko puta sam spominjao mogućnost kolapsa cestovnog prometa u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, čime neće profitirati ni drugi oblici povezivanja ljudi i mjesta, osim možda avionskih linija. Jednostavno mi se ne da brojiti. Problem je, ukratko, u tomu što treba zatvoriti dosadašnji dio tzv. brze ceste koja povezuje Solin i Dugopolje, izlaz na autocestu te brži pristup do drugih gradova i obrnuto (smjer nije bitan), e da bi se sredila okomita i vodoravna signalizacija, popravile ili izasfaltirale oštećene dionice, makli označivači u dvosmjernim tunelima i sve što ide uz to.
Orijentacija za sav promet preko slabo propusne kliške ceste nije nikakva alternativa već muka koju bi osjetili i oni stanovnici drugoga po veličini grada u Hrvatskoj koji čak ni nemaju potrebu ići do Solina, Kaštela, put Omiša...
O izlazu iz te situacije mnogo sam razmišljao, i nakon što sam prestao razbijati glavu, puklo mi je pred očima tako jednostavno rješenje da ne mogu vjerovati. Pokušat ću ga obrazložiti: kada se u potpunosti dovrši novi dio brze ceste, cijelom dužinom postave se one plastične prepreke pune vode i tako napravi dvosmjerna jednotračna cesta.
Navrijeme se informira vozače, postave se upozorenja i prometne ophodnje na ulazima i nekim dijelovima koji to omogućuju. Svim licenciranim međugradskim autobusnim prijevoznicima odredi se da ne smiju ići ni preko kliške ceste ni preko ove jednotračne, već da koriste istočne i zapadne alternative. Izuzeci su lokalne linije koje idu, naravno, samo preko kliške ceste te one međugradske koje u svojoj koncesiji moraju pokrivati npr. Solin, Klis, Dugopolje i sjevernije do usmjeravanja prema Šibeniku, Zadru, Zagrebu...
Također, ZABRANA svim vozilima većima od kombija da prolaze preko ovih dviju cesta (u slučaju međugradskog prometovanja), a provjerom na cestama oštro kažnjavati pametnjakoviće koji zaglume neznanje. Time bi se obje ceste rasteretile i promet koliko-toliko držao u normali sve dok se stari dio brze ceste ne privede svrsi i protok vozila počne normalno cirkulirati. Ima tu još detalja o kojima se da raspravljati, ali mislim da ste osnovu shvatili. Svi dišu malo teže, ali zraka ima dovoljno. A, sad, koliko je to uistinu izvedivo, ne znam. Samo se nadam da još uvijek nije kasno.
