Kad nabavite dobar komad ribe mogli biste se suočiti s nekoliko pitanja... S jedne strane, volite friganu ribu, ali vam usmrdi kužinu i to vam nije drago. Volite, naravno, i onu na gradele, ali ‘ko će sad ložit gradele... S druge strane, nije vam mrska ni riba pečena u pećnici, ali vam je malo dosadila, a možda vas pritom muči problem usklađivanja pečenja ribe i krumpira: uvijek vam je jedno skuhano malo više ili malo manje nego što vam se sviđa.
Eh, nisu ovo mali problemi. Na vašu sreću, imamo rješenje. Jedan jako dobar recept za ribu iz pećnice s krumpirima koji će sasvim sigurno biti izvrsni, a zahvaljujući jednom malom dodatku bit će drugačiji od svih koje ste dosad probali...

Riba iz pećnice s hrskavim krumpirom
Sastojci:
1 kg ribe (lubin, komarča, škrpina...)
30 g krušnih mrvica
4 velika krumpira
2-3 režnja češnjaka
2 grančice ružmarina
1 limun
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar
Priprema:
Krumpir operite pa ga kuhajte u komadu 5-10 minuta dok nije napola skuhan. Ogulite ga i narežite na ploške pa ga premjestite u zdjelu pokapanu uljem. Pomiješajte ih i dodajte krušne mrvice, sol i pola nasjeckanog ružmarina.
Ribu očistite i operite iznutra i izvana hladnom tekućom vodom. Osušite je upijajućim papirom pa u trbušnu šupljinu svake ribe stavite nekoliko kriški limuna, pola češnja češnjaka, malo ružmarina, sol i papar.
Stavite ribu na lim za pečenje namazan uljem, okolo rasporedite krumpire pa ih pospite smjesom od krušnih mrvica i pokapajte uljem.
Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija oko pola sata. Ako imate više manjih komada ribe, bit će vam dovoljno 15-20 minuta pečenja, ali u tom slučaju krumpir blanširajte malo dulje.
dok se riba peče dobro izmiješajte maslinovo ulje, malo nasjeckanog ružmarina i nešto soka od limuna (ulja treba biti dvostruko više od soka). Kad je riba pečena, očistite je od kože i kostiju, na svaki tanjur rasporedite krumpire, na njih stavite ribu i sve pokapajte mješavinom ulja i začina.

Kad nabavite dobar komad ribe mogli biste se suočiti s nekoliko pitanja... S jedne strane, volite friganu ribu, ali vam usmrdi kužinu i to vam nije drago. Volite, naravno, i onu na gradele, ali ‘ko će sad ložit gradele... S druge strane, nije vam mrska ni riba pečena u pećnici, ali vam je malo dosadila, a možda vas pritom muči problem usklađivanja pečenja ribe i krumpira: uvijek vam je jedno skuhano malo više ili malo manje nego što vam se sviđa.
Eh, nisu ovo mali problemi. Na vašu sreću, imamo rješenje. Jedan jako dobar recept za ribu iz pećnice s krumpirima koji će sasvim sigurno biti izvrsni, a zahvaljujući jednom malom dodatku bit će drugačiji od svih koje ste dosad probali...

Riba iz pećnice s hrskavim krumpirom
Sastojci:
1 kg ribe (lubin, komarča, škrpina...)
30 g krušnih mrvica
4 velika krumpira
2-3 režnja češnjaka
2 grančice ružmarina
1 limun
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar
Priprema:
Krumpir operite pa ga kuhajte u komadu 5-10 minuta dok nije napola skuhan. Ogulite ga i narežite na ploške pa ga premjestite u zdjelu pokapanu uljem. Pomiješajte ih i dodajte krušne mrvice, sol i pola nasjeckanog ružmarina.
Ribu očistite i operite iznutra i izvana hladnom tekućom vodom. Osušite je upijajućim papirom pa u trbušnu šupljinu svake ribe stavite nekoliko kriški limuna, pola češnja češnjaka, malo ružmarina, sol i papar.
Stavite ribu na lim za pečenje namazan uljem, okolo rasporedite krumpire pa ih pospite smjesom od krušnih mrvica i pokapajte uljem.
Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzija oko pola sata. Ako imate više manjih komada ribe, bit će vam dovoljno 15-20 minuta pečenja, ali u tom slučaju krumpir blanširajte malo dulje.
dok se riba peče dobro izmiješajte maslinovo ulje, malo nasjeckanog ružmarina i nešto soka od limuna (ulja treba biti dvostruko više od soka). Kad je riba pečena, očistite je od kože i kostiju, na svaki tanjur rasporedite krumpire, na njih stavite ribu i sve pokapajte mješavinom ulja i začina.
