Koliko god se trudili oko umaka, toča ili šalše kojima ćete preliti skuhanu tjesteninu, jelo vam neće u potpunosti uspjeti ako ste loše skuhali manistru. Nema tog šuga koji će maskirati tjesteninu koja se raspala, ostala nedovoljno kuhana ili se zalijepila u grudice, a "kiks" je još gori jer ga je zaista lako spriječiti.

Što se tiče prva dva problema, eliminirat će ih čitanje upuite na ambalaži i gledanje na sat, no što s tjesteninom koja se međusobno slijepila? Mislite li da je rješenje u dodavanju malo ulja u vodu za njeno kuhanje, na krivom ste tragu. Ne samo da neće spšriječiti da se tjestenina zalijepi nego će je zamastiti pa se na nju umak neće dobro hvatati.

Pravo je rješenje koristiti dovoljno velik lonac za kuhanje tjestenine i pritom pripaziti na nekoliko stvari.

Tjesteninu nemojte ubaciti u lonac prije nego voda uzavre. Malo strpljenja se isplati. Nadalje, ne zaboravite dobro posoliti vodu za tjesteninu, jer ako ste to propustili napraviti i ako ste škrtarili, namučit ćete se prije nego uspijete dobro dosoliti već skuhanu manistru.

Kad ste tjesteninu ubacili u vodu, prihvatite se kuhače i često je miješajte. Početak kuhanja je kritično vrijeme u kojem je tjestenina nasjklonija lijepljenju, a razlog je u tome što se u prvoj minuti kuhanja kada se događa rastapanje molekula škroba na njenoj površini.

Ako shvatite da vam toč neće biti na vrijeme gotov, tada tjesteninu nemojte procijediti u potpunost - ubacite je u cjedilo, pustite da iscuri većina vode, ali dopustite da se zadrži jedan manji dio tekućine pa sve zajedno vratite u lonac u kojem se kuhala i poklopite - tako bi trebala dočekati svoju pratnju u najboljem stanju.

Koliko god se trudili oko umaka, toča ili šalše kojima ćete preliti skuhanu tjesteninu, jelo vam neće u potpunosti uspjeti ako ste loše skuhali manistru. Nema tog šuga koji će maskirati tjesteninu koja se raspala, ostala nedovoljno kuhana ili se zalijepila u grudice, a "kiks" je još gori jer ga je zaista lako spriječiti.

Što se tiče prva dva problema, eliminirat će ih čitanje upuite na ambalaži i gledanje na sat, no što s tjesteninom koja se međusobno slijepila? Mislite li da je rješenje u dodavanju malo ulja u vodu za njeno kuhanje, na krivom ste tragu. Ne samo da neće spšriječiti da se tjestenina zalijepi nego će je zamastiti pa se na nju umak neće dobro hvatati.

Pravo je rješenje koristiti dovoljno velik lonac za kuhanje tjestenine i pritom pripaziti na nekoliko stvari.

Tjesteninu nemojte ubaciti u lonac prije nego voda uzavre. Malo strpljenja se isplati. Nadalje, ne zaboravite dobro posoliti vodu za tjesteninu, jer ako ste to propustili napraviti i ako ste škrtarili, namučit ćete se prije nego uspijete dobro dosoliti već skuhanu manistru.

Kad ste tjesteninu ubacili u vodu, prihvatite se kuhače i često je miješajte. Početak kuhanja je kritično vrijeme u kojem je tjestenina nasjklonija lijepljenju, a razlog je u tome što se u prvoj minuti kuhanja kada se događa rastapanje molekula škroba na njenoj površini.

Ako shvatite da vam toč neće biti na vrijeme gotov, tada tjesteninu nemojte procijediti u potpunost - ubacite je u cjedilo, pustite da iscuri većina vode, ali dopustite da se zadrži jedan manji dio tekućine pa sve zajedno vratite u lonac u kojem se kuhala i poklopite - tako bi trebala dočekati svoju pratnju u najboljem stanju.
