Volite li jesti kiseli kupus, mogli biste poželjeti napraviti domaći. Ako vam strpljivost nije jača strana, mogli biste se, također, zapitati je li kiseli kupus moguće napraviti na neki malo brži i lakši naćin. Odgovor je potvrdan.

Sve što će vam trebati su kupus, staklenke i recept koji donosimo u nastavku, a ono što nam se kod njega jako sviđa je što je ovako pripremljen kupus moguće jesti već za dan-dva. U ovom nam se slučaju također jako sviđa što podrazumijeva korištenje crvenog kupusa, čija lijepa boja kiseljenjem na ovaj način ostaje nepromijenjena. Moguće je jedino da je još malo ljepša. Idealan dodatak blagdanskom stolu, zar ne?

Inače, među sastojcima ovog recepta je limunova sol. Riječ je o soli aromatiziranoj limunovom koricom kojoj je ponekad dodana i limunska kiselina. Možete je pronaći u trgovačkim lancima poput Lidla. Što se tiče soli, možete koristiti morsku, no kamena bi mogla produljiti trajnost proizvoda.

Brzo ukiseljen kupus

Sastojci:

600 g crvenog kupusa
1 žlica soli
sok od pola limuna
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
100 ml octa od grožđa (ili jabučnog octa)
0,25 žličice limunove soli

Priprema:

Kupus gulilicom za povrće narežite na tanke trakice pa mu dodajte kamenu sol, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje i ocat te limunsku kiselinu i trljajte 5 minuta dok ne omekša. Pričekajte 10 minuta dok ne izađe sok.

Kupusom potpom napunite staklenke, malo ga pritisnite pa ga zalijte preostalim sokom od kupusa. Dolijte hladne vode koliko je potrebno da prekrije kupus i zatvorite poklopce.

Pospremite u hladanjak. Kupus će biti spreman za jelo nakon 1-2 dana.

Trajnost mu je oko 20 dana.

Inače, među sastojcima ovog recepta je limunova sol. Riječ je o soli aromatiziranoj limunovom koricom kojoj je ponekad dodana i limunska kiselina. Možete je pronaći u trgovačkim lancima poput Lidla. Što se tiče soli, možete koristiti morsku, no kamena bi mogla produljiti trajnost proizvoda.

Brzo ukiseljen kupus

Sastojci:

600 g crvenog kupusa
1 žlica soli
sok od pola limuna
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
100 ml octa od grožđa (ili jabučnog octa)
0,25 žličice limunove soli

Priprema:

Kupus gulilicom za povrće narežite na tanke trakice pa mu dodajte kamenu sol, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje i ocat te limunsku kiselinu i trljajte 5 minuta dok ne omekša. Pričekajte 10 minuta dok ne izađe sok.

Volite li jesti kiseli kupus, mogli biste poželjeti napraviti domaći. Ako vam strpljivost nije jača strana, mogli biste se, također, zapitati je li kiseli kupus moguće napraviti na neki malo brži i lakši naćin. Odgovor je potvrdan.

Sve što će vam trebati su kupus, staklenke i recept koji donosimo u nastavku, a ono što nam se kod njega jako sviđa je što je ovako pripremljen kupus moguće jesti već za dan-dva. U ovom nam se slučaju također jako sviđa što podrazumijeva korištenje crvenog kupusa, čija lijepa boja kiseljenjem na ovaj način ostaje nepromijenjena. Moguće je jedino da je još malo ljepša. Idealan dodatak blagdanskom stolu, zar ne?

Inače, među sastojcima ovog recepta je limunova sol. Riječ je o soli aromatiziranoj limunovom koricom kojoj je ponekad dodana i limunska kiselina. Možete je pronaći u trgovačkim lancima poput Lidla. Što se tiče soli, možete koristiti morsku, no kamena bi mogla produljiti trajnost proizvoda.

Brzo ukiseljen kupus

Sastojci:

600 g crvenog kupusa
1 žlica soli
sok od pola limuna
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
100 ml octa od grožđa (ili jabučnog octa)
0,25 žličice limunove soli

Priprema:

Kupus gulilicom za povrće narežite na tanke trakice pa mu dodajte kamenu sol, limunov sok, maslinovo ulje i ocat te limunsku kiselinu i trljajte 5 minuta dok ne omekša. Pričekajte 10 minuta dok ne izađe sok.

Kupusom potpom napunite staklenke, malo ga pritisnite pa ga zalijte preostalim sokom od kupusa. Dolijte hladne vode koliko je potrebno da prekrije kupus i zatvorite poklopce.
