Mesne okruglice su jedno od onih jela koja svima izmame osmijeh, no nakon što smo proveli blagdane pretjerujući s crvenim mesom, možda ne bi bilo loše neko vrijeme davati prednost malo lagnijim receptima. Ali vama se baš jednu mesne okruglice? Nema problema jer postoje jako dobri recepti za mesne okruglice za koje vam neće trebati ni mrvica crvenog mesa, a jedan od boljih je ovaj, koji uključuje piletinu. I puretinu, kako god vam je draže.
Sviđa nam se i zbog toga što piletinu, odnosno puretinu, kombinira s limunom i kaparima pa je gurmanski užitak zajamčen, a za sve one koji vole sočno evo još jedan detalj: ove slasne popletice poslužuju se u ukusnom, laganom umaku.
Ovo jelo možete učiniti još probavljivijim i laganijim tako što ćete mlijeko zamijeniti biljnim, a umjesto klasičnih mrvica i mrašna koristiti one od žitarica bez glutena. Također, umjesto cijelog jaja možete koristiti oko 70 g bjelanjka ili ga zamijeniti mješavinom od 1 žlice mljevenog lana ili chia sjemenki s 2 do 3 žlice vode.
Polpete od piletine
Sastojci:
500 g mljevene piletine ili puretine
2 žlice krušnih mrvica
1 jaje
120 ml juhe od povrća
2 žlice mlijeka
1 režanj češnjaka
1 limun
1 žlica kapara
još krušnih mrvica ili malo brašna
peršin, vlasac
sol i papar
Priprema:
Pomiješajte meso, krušne mrvice, jaje, mlijeko, naribani češnjak, naribanu limunovu koricu, nasjeckani vlasac ili peršin te sol i papar pa oblikujte okruglice i uvaljajte ih u brašno ili krušne mrvice.
Na dno šire tave stavite maslinovo ulje i kapare, kratko ih zagrijte pa im dodajte okruglice i pirjajte ih dok ne uhvate koricu. Zalijte ih zagrijanim temeljcem, pokrijte i kuhajte 10-15 minuta. Dodajte im limunov sok, protresite tavu i maknite s vatre. Poslužite odmah.

Mesne okruglice su jedno od onih jela koja svima izmame osmijeh, no nakon što smo proveli blagdane pretjerujući s crvenim mesom, možda ne bi bilo loše neko vrijeme davati prednost malo lagnijim receptima. Ali vama se baš jednu mesne okruglice? Nema problema jer postoje jako dobri recepti za mesne okruglice za koje vam neće trebati ni mrvica crvenog mesa, a jedan od boljih je ovaj, koji uključuje piletinu. I puretinu, kako god vam je draže.
Sviđa nam se i zbog toga što piletinu, odnosno puretinu, kombinira s limunom i kaparima pa je gurmanski užitak zajamčen, a za sve one koji vole sočno evo još jedan detalj: ove slasne popletice poslužuju se u ukusnom, laganom umaku.
Ovo jelo možete učiniti još probavljivijim i laganijim tako što ćete mlijeko zamijeniti biljnim, a umjesto klasičnih mrvica i mrašna koristiti one od žitarica bez glutena. Također, umjesto cijelog jaja možete koristiti oko 70 g bjelanjka ili ga zamijeniti mješavinom od 1 žlice mljevenog lana ili chia sjemenki s 2 do 3 žlice vode.

500 g mljevene piletine ili puretine
2 žlice krušnih mrvica
1 jaje
120 ml juhe od povrća
2 žlice mlijeka
1 režanj češnjaka
1 limun
1 žlica kapara
još krušnih mrvica ili malo brašna
peršin, vlasac
sol i papar
Priprema:
Pomiješajte meso, krušne mrvice, jaje, mlijeko, naribani češnjak, naribanu limunovu koricu, nasjeckani vlasac ili peršin te sol i papar pa oblikujte okruglice i uvaljajte ih u brašno ili krušne mrvice.
Na dno šire tave stavite maslinovo ulje i kapare, kratko ih zagrijte pa im dodajte okruglice i pirjajte ih dok ne uhvate koricu. Zalijte ih zagrijanim temeljcem, pokrijte i kuhajte 10-15 minuta. Dodajte im limunov sok, protresite tavu i maknite s vatre. Poslužite odmah.
