Jedno od najpopularnijih jela za prehranu male djece bez sumnje je špinat na mlijeku ili, kako ga zovemo u Dalmaciji, tacani špinat. Riječ je o usitnjenom špinatu obogaćenom umakom na bazi mlijeka, a ako jelo želite učiniti još kremastijim, dodat ćete mu i slatko vrhnje pomiješano s mlijekom. Poslužit će i krem sir, ali u tom slučaju će izostati slatkasta aroma koja se nekima baš sviđa.
Ako niste veliki prijatelj zaprške ili vam škodi, a svejedno želite bogat i kremast tacani špinat, možete mu dodati jedan žumanjak. Žumanjak se dodaje na samom kraju pripreme, ali uz uvjet da je špinat još uvijek dovoljno vruć da se jaje skuha. Uz taj mali dodatak postat će prava nutritivna bomba, ali će, također, poprimiti finu, bogatu teksturu.
Žrlitr li malo naglasiti okuse, dodat ćete malo češnjaka i muškatnog oraščića.
Ovo jelo je izvrstan prilog mesu, ali je odlično i uz jaja, s kojima čini lijepo zaokružen, lagan obrok.
Špinat na mlijeku
Sastojci:
400 g špinata
250 ml punomasnog mlijeka
50 ml slatkog vrhnja
25 g maslaca
2 žlice brašna
2 režnja češnjaka
malo muškatnog oraščića
sol, papar
Priprema:
Skuhajte i dobro ocijedite špinat pa ga nasjeckajte.
Zagrijte maslac, dodajte mu brašno pa napravite zapršku: pržite brašno uz stalno miješanje oko dvije minute pa ga zalijte s 200 ml toplog mlijeka (ostatak vam treba za kasnije). Kuhajte uz miješanje 4-5 minuta, odnosno dok se umak ne zgusne.
Dodajte špinat u umak. Dodajte ostatak mlijeka pomiješan sa slatkim vrhnjem. Naribajte muškatni oraščić i sve dobro promiješajte pa odmah poslužite.

Jedno od najpopularnijih jela za prehranu male djece bez sumnje je špinat na mlijeku ili, kako ga zovemo u Dalmaciji, tacani špinat. Riječ je o usitnjenom špinatu obogaćenom umakom na bazi mlijeka, a ako jelo želite učiniti još kremastijim, dodat ćete mu i slatko vrhnje pomiješano s mlijekom. Poslužit će i krem sir, ali u tom slučaju će izostati slatkasta aroma koja se nekima baš sviđa.
Ako niste veliki prijatelj zaprške ili vam škodi, a svejedno želite bogat i kremast tacani špinat, možete mu dodati jedan žumanjak. Žumanjak se dodaje na samom kraju pripreme, ali uz uvjet da je špinat još uvijek dovoljno vruć da se jaje skuha. Uz taj mali dodatak postat će prava nutritivna bomba, ali će, također, poprimiti finu, bogatu teksturu.
Žrlitr li malo naglasiti okuse, dodat ćete malo češnjaka i muškatnog oraščića.
Ovo jelo je izvrstan prilog mesu, ali je odlično i uz jaja, s kojima čini lijepo zaokružen, lagan obrok.
Špinat na mlijeku
Sastojci:
400 g špinata
250 ml punomasnog mlijeka
50 ml slatkog vrhnja
25 g maslaca
2 žlice brašna
2 režnja češnjaka
malo muškatnog oraščića
sol, papar
Priprema:
Skuhajte i dobro ocijedite špinat pa ga nasjeckajte.
Zagrijte maslac, dodajte mu brašno pa napravite zapršku: pržite brašno uz stalno miješanje oko dvije minute pa ga zalijte s 200 ml toplog mlijeka (ostatak vam treba za kasnije). Kuhajte uz miješanje 4-5 minuta, odnosno dok se umak ne zgusne.
Dodajte špinat u umak. Dodajte ostatak mlijeka pomiješan sa slatkim vrhnjem. Naribajte muškatni oraščić i sve dobro promiješajte pa odmah poslužite.
