Ako volite piletinu, a volite i pivo, imate sreće, jer to dvoje se slaže jednako dobro kao vino i sir! Ne samo da hladno pivo savršeno prija uz sočnu, hrskavu piletinu, već se može koristiti tijekom pripreme kokoši kako bi se meso omekšalo, a okus poboljšao.

Za razliku od vode i drugih bezalkoholnih tekućina, pivo može prodrijeti duboko u meso, noseći sa sobom okuse i čineći ga sočnim. Pivo također može razgraditi masnoću, što voda ne može, pa će se suvišna mast lakše otopiti, čineći pirjanje ili pečenje učinkovitijim, a meso manje masnim.

Podlijevanje pivom održava piletinu sočnom i tako što joj hladi površinu, usporavajući brzinu kuhanja mesa, dok ujedno sprječava da prirodni sokovi ispare dok se piletina pirja ili peče.

Donosimo vam jednostavan recept uz kojeg ćete se uvjeriti da je sve navedeno istina.

Piletina u pivu 

Sastojci:

1 kg piletine
500 ml piva
4 žlice ulja
2 češnjaka
2 grančice ružmarina
2 lista lovora
par listića kadulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Piletinu stavite u prikladnu posudu pa je prelijte uljem, dodajte joj začine i češnjak te sol i papar. Dobro je promiješajte pa je ostavite da se kratko marinira.

Zagrijte malo ulja u velikoj tavi, dodajte piletinu zajedno s marinadom, kratko zapecite meso s obje strane pa sve zalijte pivom. Pirjajte podlijevajući meso pivom u kojem se pirja sve dok ne postane mekano, a umak se zgusne.

Ako volite piletinu, a volite i pivo, imate sreće, jer to dvoje se slaže jednako dobro kao vino i sir! Ne samo da hladno pivo savršeno prija uz sočnu, hrskavu piletinu, već se može koristiti tijekom pripreme kokoši kako bi se meso omekšalo, a okus poboljšao.

Za razliku od vode i drugih bezalkoholnih tekućina, pivo može prodrijeti duboko u meso, noseći sa sobom okuse i čineći ga sočnim. Pivo također može razgraditi masnoću, što voda ne može, pa će se suvišna mast lakše otopiti, čineći pirjanje ili pečenje učinkovitijim, a meso manje masnim.

Podlijevanje pivom održava piletinu sočnom i tako što joj hladi površinu, usporavajući brzinu kuhanja mesa, dok ujedno sprječava da prirodni sokovi ispare dok se piletina pirja ili peče.

Donosimo vam jednostavan recept uz kojeg ćete se uvjeriti da je sve navedeno istina.

Piletina u pivu 

Sastojci:

1 kg piletine
500 ml piva
4 žlice ulja
2 češnjaka
2 grančice ružmarina
2 lista lovora
par listića kadulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Piletinu stavite u prikladnu posudu pa je prelijte uljem, dodajte joj začine i češnjak te sol i papar. Dobro je promiješajte pa je ostavite da se kratko marinira.

Zagrijte malo ulja u velikoj tavi, dodajte piletinu zajedno s marinadom, kratko zapecite meso s obje strane pa sve zalijte pivom. Pirjajte podlijevajući meso pivom u kojem se pirja sve dok ne postane mekano, a umak se zgusne.

Ako volite piletinu, a volite i pivo, imate sreće, jer to dvoje se slaže jednako dobro kao vino i sir! Ne samo da hladno pivo savršeno prija uz sočnu, hrskavu piletinu, već se može koristiti tijekom pripreme kokoši kako bi se meso omekšalo, a okus poboljšao.

Za razliku od vode i drugih bezalkoholnih tekućina, pivo može prodrijeti duboko u meso, noseći sa sobom okuse i čineći ga sočnim. Pivo također može razgraditi masnoću, što voda ne može, pa će se suvišna mast lakše otopiti, čineći pirjanje ili pečenje učinkovitijim, a meso manje masnim.

Podlijevanje pivom održava piletinu sočnom i tako što joj hladi površinu, usporavajući brzinu kuhanja mesa, dok ujedno sprječava da prirodni sokovi ispare dok se piletina pirja ili peče.

Donosimo vam jednostavan recept uz kojeg ćete se uvjeriti da je sve navedeno istina.

Piletina u pivu 

Sastojci:

1 kg piletine
500 ml piva
4 žlice ulja
2 češnjaka
2 grančice ružmarina
2 lista lovora
par listića kadulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Piletinu stavite u prikladnu posudu pa je prelijte uljem, dodajte joj začine i češnjak te sol i papar. Dobro je promiješajte pa je ostavite da se kratko marinira.

Zagrijte malo ulja u velikoj tavi, dodajte piletinu zajedno s marinadom, kratko zapecite meso s obje strane pa sve zalijte pivom. Pirjajte podlijevajući meso pivom u kojem se pirja sve dok ne postane mekano, a umak se zgusne.
