Cikla je iznimno zdrava namjirnica koju mnogi vole jesti ukiseljenu. Pripremiti salatu od cikle iz staklenke vrlo je jednostavno, treba je samo malo poškropiti uljem, eventualno dodati koji fino nasjeckan režanj češnjaka. Volite li i vi ciklu upravo na takav način, evo vam recept za pripremu cikle za zimnicu. Bit će jako ukusna i većina vrijednih sastojaka bit će očuvana. Uživajte.

Ukiseljena cikla

Sastojci:

6,5 kg cikle
1,5 l vode
300 ml vinskog octa
150 g šećera
50 g soli
1-2 lista lovora
1 žlica papra u zrnu

Priprema:

Ciklu operite i skuhajte u komadu pa je ogulite i narežite na ploške. 

Zakuhajte vodu, ocat, šećer i sol te dodajte začine. Nakon što prokuha maknite s vatre.

Posložite ciklu u sterilizirane staklenke i zalijte je mješavinom octa i vode. Zatvorite staklenke pa ih posložite u veliki lonac kojem ste na dno stavili krpu. Pripazite da se staklenke ne dodiruju. Dolijte vodu najmanje do polovice visine staklenki pa stavite kuhati. Nakon što zavrije kuhajte još 15 minuta.

Iprezno izvadite staklenke i pustite ih da se ohlade pa ih obrišite i spremite na suho, svježe i tamno mjesto.

Cikla je iznimno zdrava namjirnica koju mnogi vole jesti ukiseljenu. Pripremiti salatu od cikle iz staklenke vrlo je jednostavno, treba je samo malo poškropiti uljem, eventualno dodati koji fino nasjeckan režanj češnjaka. Volite li i vi ciklu upravo na takav način, evo vam recept za pripremu cikle za zimnicu. Bit će jako ukusna i većina vrijednih sastojaka bit će očuvana. Uživajte.

Ukiseljena cikla

Sastojci:

6,5 kg cikle
1,5 l vode
300 ml vinskog octa
150 g šećera
50 g soli
1-2 lista lovora
1 žlica papra u zrnu

Priprema:

Ciklu operite i skuhajte u komadu pa je ogulite i narežite na ploške. 

Zakuhajte vodu, ocat, šećer i sol te dodajte začine. Nakon što prokuha maknite s vatre.

Posložite ciklu u sterilizirane staklenke i zalijte je mješavinom octa i vode. Zatvorite staklenke pa ih posložite u veliki lonac kojem ste na dno stavili krpu. Pripazite da se staklenke ne dodiruju. Dolijte vodu najmanje do polovice visine staklenki pa stavite kuhati. Nakon što zavrije kuhajte još 15 minuta.

Iprezno izvadite staklenke i pustite ih da se ohlade pa ih obrišite i spremite na suho, svježe i tamno mjesto.

Cikla je iznimno zdrava namjirnica koju mnogi vole jesti ukiseljenu. Pripremiti salatu od cikle iz staklenke vrlo je jednostavno, treba je samo malo poškropiti uljem, eventualno dodati koji fino nasjeckan režanj češnjaka. Volite li i vi ciklu upravo na takav način, evo vam recept za pripremu cikle za zimnicu. Bit će jako ukusna i većina vrijednih sastojaka bit će očuvana. Uživajte.

Ukiseljena cikla

Sastojci:

6,5 kg cikle
1,5 l vode
300 ml vinskog octa
150 g šećera
50 g soli
1-2 lista lovora
1 žlica papra u zrnu

Priprema:

Ciklu operite i skuhajte u komadu pa je ogulite i narežite na ploške. 

Zakuhajte vodu, ocat, šećer i sol te dodajte začine. Nakon što prokuha maknite s vatre.

Posložite ciklu u sterilizirane staklenke i zalijte je mješavinom octa i vode. Zatvorite staklenke pa ih posložite u veliki lonac kojem ste na dno stavili krpu. Pripazite da se staklenke ne dodiruju. Dolijte vodu najmanje do polovice visine staklenki pa stavite kuhati. Nakon što zavrije kuhajte još 15 minuta.

Iprezno izvadite staklenke i pustite ih da se ohlade pa ih obrišite i spremite na suho, svježe i tamno mjesto.
