Jede vam se nešto fino i ukusno, a nemate previše vremena? Imamo rješenje. Trebaju vam pileća prsa, nekoliko sastojaka za nadjev i otprilike pola sata vremena. Ovaj je recept odličan jer iako je jednostavan, zgodnim kombiniranjem namirnica omogućuje postizanje zadivljujuće punoće okusa. Caka je u tome što se špinat prije stavljanja u nadjev ne kuha nego pirja, a to iz njega izvlači puno više arome, ali također omogućuje da više nutritivno vrijednih sastojaka ostane očuvano. Recept je predviđen za šest osoba pa prilagodite količine prema svojim potrebama. 

Punjena pileća prsa

Sastojci:

700-900 g pilećih prsa bez kože i kosti (3 veća fileta) 
100 g krem ​​sira
50 g špinata
30 g mozzarelle
25 g parmezana
2 režnja češnjaka
dimljena crvena paprika
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Pileće filete prerežite uzdužno gotovo do kraja, kako biste dobili džepiće u koje će ići nadjev pa je dobro začinite solju, paprom i dimljenom paprikom.

Pomiješajte krem sir, jedan protisnuti češnjak, mozzarellu i parmezan.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 210 stupnjeva Celzija.

Špinat isplahnite, otresite, stavite u posudu skupa s maslinovim uljem, usitnjenim preostalim režnjem češnjaka i malo soli pa pirjajte par minuta dok špinat ne svene, a tekućina koju je pustio gotovo potpuno ne ishlapi.

Usitnite špinat i dodajte ga siru. Dobivenim nadjevom napunite filete i zakačite ih čačkalicama.

Zagrijte malo ulja u tavi koja može u pećnicu pa prepecite filete sa svake strane po četiri minute, a zatim tavu s piletinom prebacite u vruću pećnicu. Nakon 10-15 minuta bocnite najdeblji dio fileta i provjerite je li sok koji izlazi bistar ili mutan. Ako je bistar, meso je pečeno.

Pričakajte pet minuta prije rezanja.

Jede vam se nešto fino i ukusno, a nemate previše vremena? Imamo rješenje. Trebaju vam pileća prsa, nekoliko sastojaka za nadjev i otprilike pola sata vremena. Ovaj je recept odličan jer iako je jednostavan, zgodnim kombiniranjem namirnica omogućuje postizanje zadivljujuće punoće okusa. Caka je u tome što se špinat prije stavljanja u nadjev ne kuha nego pirja, a to iz njega izvlači puno više arome, ali također omogućuje da više nutritivno vrijednih sastojaka ostane očuvano. Recept je predviđen za šest osoba pa prilagodite količine prema svojim potrebama. 

Punjena pileća prsa

Sastojci:

700-900 g pilećih prsa bez kože i kosti (3 veća fileta) 
100 g krem ​​sira
50 g špinata
30 g mozzarelle
25 g parmezana
2 režnja češnjaka
dimljena crvena paprika
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Pileće filete prerežite uzdužno gotovo do kraja, kako biste dobili džepiće u koje će ići nadjev pa je dobro začinite solju, paprom i dimljenom paprikom.

Pomiješajte krem sir, jedan protisnuti češnjak, mozzarellu i parmezan.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 210 stupnjeva Celzija.

Špinat isplahnite, otresite, stavite u posudu skupa s maslinovim uljem, usitnjenim preostalim režnjem češnjaka i malo soli pa pirjajte par minuta dok špinat ne svene, a tekućina koju je pustio gotovo potpuno ne ishlapi.

Usitnite špinat i dodajte ga siru. Dobivenim nadjevom napunite filete i zakačite ih čačkalicama.

Zagrijte malo ulja u tavi koja može u pećnicu pa prepecite filete sa svake strane po četiri minute, a zatim tavu s piletinom prebacite u vruću pećnicu. Nakon 10-15 minuta bocnite najdeblji dio fileta i provjerite je li sok koji izlazi bistar ili mutan. Ako je bistar, meso je pečeno.

Pričakajte pet minuta prije rezanja.

Punjena pileća prsa gotova za pola sata: evo kako pripremiti brzinski obrok koji će zadovoljiti čak i prave gurmane

Jede vam se nešto fino i ukusno, a nemate previše vremena? Imamo rješenje. Trebaju vam pileća prsa, nekoliko sastojaka za nadjev i otprilike pola sata vremena. Ovaj je recept odličan jer iako je jednostavan, zgodnim kombiniranjem namirnica omogućuje postizanje zadivljujuće punoće okusa. Caka je u tome što se špinat prije stavljanja u nadjev ne kuha nego pirja, a to iz njega izvlači puno više arome, ali također omogućuje da više nutritivno vrijednih sastojaka ostane očuvano. Recept je predviđen za šest osoba pa prilagodite količine prema svojim potrebama. 

Punjena pileća prsa

Sastojci:

700-900 g pilećih prsa bez kože i kosti (3 veća fileta) 
100 g krem ​​sira
50 g špinata
30 g mozzarelle
25 g parmezana
2 režnja češnjaka
dimljena crvena paprika
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Pileće filete prerežite uzdužno gotovo do kraja, kako biste dobili džepiće u koje će ići nadjev pa je dobro začinite solju, paprom i dimljenom paprikom.

Pomiješajte krem sir, jedan protisnuti češnjak, mozzarellu i parmezan.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 210 stupnjeva Celzija.

Špinat isplahnite, otresite, stavite u posudu skupa s maslinovim uljem, usitnjenim preostalim režnjem češnjaka i malo soli pa pirjajte par minuta dok špinat ne svene, a tekućina koju je pustio gotovo potpuno ne ishlapi.

Usitnite špinat i dodajte ga siru. Dobivenim nadjevom napunite filete i zakačite ih čačkalicama.

Zagrijte malo ulja u tavi koja može u pećnicu pa prepecite filete sa svake strane po četiri minute, a zatim tavu s piletinom prebacite u vruću pećnicu. Nakon 10-15 minuta bocnite najdeblji dio fileta i provjerite je li sok koji izlazi bistar ili mutan. Ako je bistar, meso je pečeno.

Pričakajte pet minuta prije rezanja.
