Najbolji su točevi od dobre domaće govedine ili junetine, no kad vam se žuri, sasvim je dobra i svinjetina, samo morate imati dobar recept. A mi ga imamo.

Riječ je o omiljenom jelu kojeg se mnogi sjećaju iz djetinjstva, lako se priprema, a za prste je polizat‘ od gušta. Evo vam ideja za brzinski ručak koji će svi voljeti, a savjetujemo vam da udvostručite mjere i skuhate veću teću pa ćete uživati i sutra.

Svinjetina s bižima

Sastojci:

400 g graška
350 g svinjetine 
150 ml umaka od rajčice
50 ml vina
50 ml vode
1 luk
1 mrkva
1 krumpir
1 žlica slatke paprike
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Luk nasjeckajte pa ga ispirjajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu mrkvu narezanu na kockice. Pirjajte dok ne ispari tekućina pa dodajte meso narezano na komadiće te sol.

Pirjajte dok meso ne uhvati boju pa zalijte mješavinom vina i vode. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari pa dodajte umak od rajčice i slatku papriku. Promiješajte, dodajte grašak (zamrznuti ili konzervirani će vam sasvim dobro poslužiti u nedostatku svježih) i krumpir narezan na kockice, pustite da uzavre a zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite.

Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje i dodavanje vode dok svi sastojci nisu mekani, zatim provjerite okuse i poslužite.

Najbolji su točevi od dobre domaće govedine ili junetine, no kad vam se žuri, sasvim je dobra i svinjetina, samo morate imati dobar recept. A mi ga imamo.

Riječ je o omiljenom jelu kojeg se mnogi sjećaju iz djetinjstva, lako se priprema, a za prste je polizat‘ od gušta. Evo vam ideja za brzinski ručak koji će svi voljeti, a savjetujemo vam da udvostručite mjere i skuhate veću teću pa ćete uživati i sutra.

Svinjetina s bižima

Sastojci:

400 g graška
350 g svinjetine 
150 ml umaka od rajčice
50 ml vina
50 ml vode
1 luk
1 mrkva
1 krumpir
1 žlica slatke paprike
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Luk nasjeckajte pa ga ispirjajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu mrkvu narezanu na kockice. Pirjajte dok ne ispari tekućina pa dodajte meso narezano na komadiće te sol.

Pirjajte dok meso ne uhvati boju pa zalijte mješavinom vina i vode. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari pa dodajte umak od rajčice i slatku papriku. Promiješajte, dodajte grašak (zamrznuti ili konzervirani će vam sasvim dobro poslužiti u nedostatku svježih) i krumpir narezan na kockice, pustite da uzavre a zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite.

Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje i dodavanje vode dok svi sastojci nisu mekani, zatim provjerite okuse i poslužite.

Najbolji su točevi od dobre domaće govedine ili junetine, no kad vam se žuri, sasvim je dobra i svinjetina, samo morate imati dobar recept. A mi ga imamo.

Riječ je o omiljenom jelu kojeg se mnogi sjećaju iz djetinjstva, lako se priprema, a za prste je polizat‘ od gušta. Evo vam ideja za brzinski ručak koji će svi voljeti, a savjetujemo vam da udvostručite mjere i skuhate veću teću pa ćete uživati i sutra.

Svinjetina s bižima

Sastojci:

400 g graška
350 g svinjetine 
150 ml umaka od rajčice
50 ml vina
50 ml vode
1 luk
1 mrkva
1 krumpir
1 žlica slatke paprike
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Luk nasjeckajte pa ga ispirjajte na ulju. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu mrkvu narezanu na kockice. Pirjajte dok ne ispari tekućina pa dodajte meso narezano na komadiće te sol.

Pirjajte dok meso ne uhvati boju pa zalijte mješavinom vina i vode. Miješajte dok alkohol ne ispari pa dodajte umak od rajčice i slatku papriku. Promiješajte, dodajte grašak (zamrznuti ili konzervirani će vam sasvim dobro poslužiti u nedostatku svježih) i krumpir narezan na kockice, pustite da uzavre a zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite.

Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje i dodavanje vode dok svi sastojci nisu mekani, zatim provjerite okuse i poslužite.
