Tunu volimo na sve načine. Uz to što je ukusna, tuna je bogata proteinima koji su važni za zdravlje. Stoga ne čudi što se, osim kao klasičnog steaka, često priprema i s tjesteninom, u salatama, tortiljama, sendvičima,..
Jedna zgodna stvar je ta što tunu, osim u ulju, možete kupiti i u salamuri. Ima manje kalorija, nije usitnjena već dolazi u komadima, a okus je baš onakav kakav volite. Sve što trebate napraviti prije pripreme jest iscijediti vodu iz konzerve.
Kao što smo već mnogo puta pisali, tuna je idealna namirnica za brze obroke i trenutke kad priprema treba biti jednostavna, a ručak na stolu za manje od pola sata. Ako ste ‘ispucali‘ već sve ideje, mi vam donosimo jedan iznimno zanimljiv recept s tunom koji će spasiti dan!
Polpete od tune
Sastojci:
200 g tune iz salamure
1 žlica maslinova ulja
1/4 luka
30 g mrkve
2 jaja
2 režnja češnjaka
2 žlice višenamjenskog brašna
pola čajne žličice soli
1/4 žličice crnog papra
2 žličice naribanog cheddara
Priprema:
Sve sastojke, osim maslinovog ulja, pomiješajte. Na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte maslinovo ulje i oblikujte male polpete uz pomož žlice. Pecite 2-3 minute sa svake strane. Onda kad su poprimile zlatnu boju gotove su.
Možete ih poslužiti tradicionalno korejski; uz rižu i sojin umak, a možete probati i nešto sasvim novo pa polpete iskombinirati uz vrhnje ili neki drugi hladni umak te kombinirati umjesto drugog mesa u burgeru.

Tunu volimo na sve načine. Uz to što je ukusna, tuna je bogata proteinima koji su važni za zdravlje. Stoga ne čudi što se, osim kao klasičnog steaka, često priprema i s tjesteninom, u salatama, tortiljama, sendvičima,..
Jedna zgodna stvar je ta što tunu, osim u ulju, možete kupiti i u salamuri. Ima manje kalorija, nije usitnjena već dolazi u komadima, a okus je baš onakav kakav volite. Sve što trebate napraviti prije pripreme jest iscijediti vodu iz konzerve.
Kao što smo već mnogo puta pisali, tuna je idealna namirnica za brze obroke i trenutke kad priprema treba biti jednostavna, a ručak na stolu za manje od pola sata. Ako ste ‘ispucali‘ već sve ideje, mi vam donosimo jedan iznimno zanimljiv recept s tunom koji će spasiti dan!
Polpete od tune
Sastojci:
200 g tune iz salamure
1 žlica maslinova ulja
1/4 luka
30 g mrkve
2 jaja
2 režnja češnjaka
2 žlice višenamjenskog brašna
pola čajne žličice soli
1/4 žličice crnog papra
2 žličice naribanog cheddara
Priprema:
Sve sastojke, osim maslinovog ulja, pomiješajte. Na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte maslinovo ulje i oblikujte male polpete uz pomož žlice. Pecite 2-3 minute sa svake strane. Onda kad su poprimile zlatnu boju gotove su.
Možete ih poslužiti tradicionalno korejski; uz rižu i sojin umak, a možete probati i nešto sasvim novo pa polpete iskombinirati uz vrhnje ili neki drugi hladni umak te kombinirati umjesto drugog mesa u burgeru.
