Treba li vam još malo slatkog? Možda u ovom trenutku baš i ne, ali imamo recept tako dobar da ne možemo odoljetti a da vam ga preporučimo. Riječ je o torti od mrkve, ali ne samo još jednoj torti od mrkve u nizu. Ova mala ljepotica upotpunjena je okusom koji svi obožavamo, a baš se lijepo slaže s mrkvom - Biscoff keksićima, prhkim kolačićima s karameliziranim šećerom i cimetom koji, od kad su došli u obliku praktičnog namaza, ne prestaju inspirirati slastičare.

Sočni i nježni slojevi kolača od mrkve prožeti su mješavinom začina Biscoff i slatkom naribanom mrkvom, dodajući ovoj torti prirodnu slatkoću i ugodnu teksturu, dok Biscoff namaz sa svojim karameliziranim okusom donosi izvrstan jedinstveni zaokret tradicionalnom receptu za kolač od mrkve.
Torta je premazana glazurom od krem sira, koja se spaja s nežnim okusima kolača, dajući suptilnu, ali uzvišenu kremastost sa svakim zalogajem. Delikatna ravnoteža između bogatstva kolača i glatkoće glazure kulminira u skladnoj simfoniji okusa i teksture, čineći svaki zalogaj luksuznim užitkom za osjetila", navodi autorica recepta o svom desertu, a mi tu zaista nemamo što dodati.

Torta od mrkve i Biscoffa
Sastojci
Biskvit:
250 g oraha
315 g brašna
2 žličice praška za pecivo
1 žličica sode bikarbone
325 g smeđeg šećera
1 žlica mješavine začina Biscoff
150 ml biljnog ulja
4 jaja
130 g Biscoff namaza
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
260 g mrkve
60 mlo mlijeka
Krema
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
10 g stabilizatora vrhnja za šlag
500 g krem sira
100 g šećera u prahu
Priprema:
Za pripremu biskvita umutite mljevene orahe, brašno, prstohvat soli, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i mješavinu začina Biscoff.
Posebno miksajte jaja sa smeđim šećerom 2 minute, zatim dodati ulje, Biscoff namaz i ekstrakt vanilije te sjedinite.
U mokre sastojke dodajte naribanu mrkvu.
Pomiješajte suhe i mokre sastojke, pa rasporedite u 2 obložena kalupa za pečenje. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°C 30-35 minuta, odnosno dok čačkalica ne izađe čista.
Biskvite ostaviti da se ohlade pa ih namažite mlijekom.
Za pripremu kreme miksajte slatko vrhnje sa stabilizatorom dok ne dobijete mekani šlag, zatim dodajte krem sir i šećer u prahu i mutite dok šlag ne postane čvrst.
Trećinom kreme premažite prvi biskvit i nadjenite drugi. Premažite tortu drugom trećinom kreme, pa ostavite u hladnjaku sat vremena.
Tortu premažite ostatkom kreme, pa ostavite u hladnjaku preko noći.

Treba li vam još malo slatkog? Možda u ovom trenutku baš i ne, ali imamo recept tako dobar da ne možemo odoljetti a da vam ga preporučimo. Riječ je o torti od mrkve, ali ne samo još jednoj torti od mrkve u nizu. Ova mala ljepotica upotpunjena je okusom koji svi obožavamo, a baš se lijepo slaže s mrkvom - Biscoff keksićima, prhkim kolačićima s karameliziranim šećerom i cimetom koji, od kad su došli u obliku praktičnog namaza, ne prestaju inspirirati slastičare.
Recept smo pronašli na predivnom Instagramu Nothing But Food iza kojeg stoji Hrvatica s nizozemskom adrwsom čiji istoimeni blog obožavamo.

Sočni i nježni slojevi kolača od mrkve prožeti su mješavinom začina Biscoff i slatkom naribanom mrkvom, dodajući ovoj torti prirodnu slatkoću i ugodnu teksturu, dok Biscoff namaz sa svojim karameliziranim okusom donosi izvrstan jedinstveni zaokret tradicionalnom receptu za kolač od mrkve.

Torta od mrkve i Biscoffa
Sastojci
Biskvit:
250 g oraha
315 g brašna
2 žličice praška za pecivo
1 žličica sode bikarbone
325 g smeđeg šećera
1 žlica mješavine začina Biscoff
150 ml biljnog ulja
4 jaja
130 g Biscoff namaza
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
260 g mrkve
60 mlo mlijeka
Krema
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
10 g stabilizatora vrhnja za šlag
500 g krem sira
100 g šećera u prahu
Priprema:
Za pripremu biskvita umutite mljevene orahe, brašno, prstohvat soli, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i mješavinu začina Biscoff.
Posebno miksajte jaja sa smeđim šećerom 2 minute, zatim dodati ulje, Biscoff namaz i ekstrakt vanilije te sjedinite.
U mokre sastojke dodajte naribanu mrkvu.
Pomiješajte suhe i mokre sastojke, pa rasporedite u 2 obložena kalupa za pečenje. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°C 30-35 minuta, odnosno dok čačkalica ne izađe čista.
Biskvite ostaviti da se ohlade pa ih namažite mlijekom.
Za pripremu kreme miksajte slatko vrhnje sa stabilizatorom dok ne dobijete mekani šlag, zatim dodajte krem sir i šećer u prahu i mutite dok šlag ne postane čvrst.
Trećinom kreme premažite prvi biskvit i nadjenite drugi. Premažite tortu drugom trećinom kreme, pa ostavite u hladnjaku sat vremena.
