Svježe sezonsko bobičasto voće mami nas sočnim bobicama, no s obtirom na cijene koje dostiže, nije baš isplativo grickati ga komadić po komadić. Puno ga je bolje iskoristiti u slasticama koje mu naglašavaju okus. Jedna od takvih je torta od sira, za koju nije potrebno osigurati poveliku količinu primamljivih bobica, dovoljna je tek jedna mjerica za onaj privlačni želatinasti sloj na vrhu torte.
Naravno, obožavatelji slatkih bobica neće odoljeti da u žele ne ubace i dvije mjerice, a tako je nekako, čini nam se dok čitamo recept koji slijedi, postupila i Anamarija Habuš, koju pratimo na Instagramu Mrvice sa stola. Njen je cheesecake ukrašen podebljim slojem želea s bobičastim voćem, a ispod njega nalazi se i sloj pekmeza.

No to nije jedino što ga čini tako dobrim: Anamarija kremu za ovu lijepu tortu radi s kondenziranim mlijekom, što je čini kompaktnijom jer taj dodatak ima jaku moć povezivanja ostalih sastojaka bez potrebe za dodavanjem želatine i jaja ili pečenja. Ako ne možete nabaviti kondenzirano mlijeko, napravite ga sami, nije teško - sve upute ćete pronaći ovdje.
Anamarija nam poručuje da je ovaj cheesecake, kojeg od milja zove "čizika" najkremastiji koji je probala pa joj je ujedno i najomiljeniji.

Kremasti scheesecake sa šumskim voćem
Sastojci:
Podloga:
300 g keksa sa maslacem
120 g maslaca
80 g smeđeg šećera
1 žličica ruma
prstohvat soli
Krema:
900 g krem sira
70 g šećera
3-4 žlice šećera u prahu
60 g kondenziranog mlijeka
80 g kiselog punomasnog vrhnja
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
Žele:
450 g šumskog voća
3-4 žlice šećera
2 vrećice želatine u prahu
100 ml vode
Dodatno: pekmez od bobičastog voća
Priprema:
Za podlogu kekse usitnite, dobro pomiješajte sa šećerom, rumom i prstohvatom soli, dodajte otopljeni maslac pa utisnite u kalup za torte (promjera 24-26 cm). Ostavite u hladnjaku dok pripremate kremu.
Za kremu krem sir sobne temperature dobro izmiksajte sa šećerom. Dodajte kondenzirano mlijeko, izmiksajte.
Zatim dodajte kiselo vrhnje i smjesu dobro izradite mikserom. U posebnoj posudi vrhnje za slag izmiksajte u čvrsti slag pa dodajte u prethodnu napravljenu smjesu i sastojke dobro povezite.
Dobivenu kremu izlijte preko podloge od keksa i ostavite u hladnjaku na nekoliko sati.
Za voćni preljev šumsko voce, šećer i vodu prokuhajte. Dodajte 3 zlice pekmeza od bobičastog voća, promiješajte. Želatinu pripremite prema uputama na vrećici pa dodajte u pripremljeno voce.
Preko ohlađenog kolaca premažite ostatak pekmeza pa prelijte voćnim dijelom.
Pripremljeni cheesecake dodatno ohladite par sati.

Svježe sezonsko bobičasto voće mami nas sočnim bobicama, no s obtirom na cijene koje dostiže, nije baš isplativo grickati ga komadić po komadić. Puno ga je bolje iskoristiti u slasticama koje mu naglašavaju okus. Jedna od takvih je torta od sira, za koju nije potrebno osigurati poveliku količinu primamljivih bobica, dovoljna je tek jedna mjerica za onaj privlačni želatinasti sloj na vrhu torte.
Naravno, obožavatelji slatkih bobica neće odoljeti da u žele ne ubace i dvije mjerice, a tako je nekako, čini nam se dok čitamo recept koji slijedi, postupila i Anamarija Habuš, koju pratimo na Instagramu Mrvice sa stola. Njen je cheesecake ukrašen podebljim slojem želea s bobičastim voćem, a ispod njega nalazi se i sloj pekmeza.

No to nije jedino što ga čini tako dobrim: Anamarija kremu za ovu lijepu tortu radi s kondenziranim mlijekom, što je čini kompaktnijom jer taj dodatak ima jaku moć povezivanja ostalih sastojaka bez potrebe za dodavanjem želatine i jaja ili pečenja. Ako ne možete nabaviti kondenzirano mlijeko, napravite ga sami, nije teško - sve upute ćete pronaći ovdje.
Anamarija nam poručuje da je ovaj cheesecake, kojeg od milja zove "čizika" najkremastiji koji je probala pa joj je ujedno i najomiljeniji.

Kremasti scheesecake sa šumskim voćem
Sastojci:
Podloga:
300 g keksa sa maslacem
120 g maslaca
80 g smeđeg šećera
1 žličica ruma
prstohvat soli
Krema:
900 g krem sira
70 g šećera
3-4 žlice šećera u prahu
60 g kondenziranog mlijeka
80 g kiselog punomasnog vrhnja
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
Žele:
450 g šumskog voća
3-4 žlice šećera
2 vrećice želatine u prahu
100 ml vode
Dodatno: pekmez od bobičastog voća
Priprema:
Za podlogu kekse usitnite, dobro pomiješajte sa šećerom, rumom i prstohvatom soli, dodajte otopljeni maslac pa utisnite u kalup za torte (promjera 24-26 cm). Ostavite u hladnjaku dok pripremate kremu.
Za kremu krem sir sobne temperature dobro izmiksajte sa šećerom. Dodajte kondenzirano mlijeko, izmiksajte.
Zatim dodajte kiselo vrhnje i smjesu dobro izradite mikserom. U posebnoj posudi vrhnje za slag izmiksajte u čvrsti slag pa dodajte u prethodnu napravljenu smjesu i sastojke dobro povezite.
Dobivenu kremu izlijte preko podloge od keksa i ostavite u hladnjaku na nekoliko sati.
Za voćni preljev šumsko voce, šećer i vodu prokuhajte. Dodajte 3 zlice pekmeza od bobičastog voća, promiješajte. Želatinu pripremite prema uputama na vrećici pa dodajte u pripremljeno voce.
Preko ohlađenog kolaca premažite ostatak pekmeza pa prelijte voćnim dijelom.
Pripremljeni cheesecake dodatno ohladite par sati.
