Oduzimanje isprava

Zabrinutu posadu gotovo svakodnevno obilaze predstavnici Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske (SPH), a na brodu je bila i inspekcija Lučke kapetanije. Kako nam je kazao Milko Kronja, inspektor Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika (ITF), jučer su vatrogasci JVP-a dostavili dvije cisterne tehničke vode na brod, a obnovljene su i zalihe pitke vode u bocama, dok hrane ima za četiri-pet dana.

U ponedjeljak bi trebalo biti poznata daljnja sudbina “Ane”, jer u Sjevernu luku stižu predstavnici vlasnika tereta koji će odlučiti hoće li se materijal iz skladišta prekrcati na drugi brod ili će se naplatiti od njegove prodaje. Kako doznajemo, brodu su istekle ključne plovidbene svjedodžbe, kao i brodsko osiguranje, o čemu je obaviještena Kapetanija.

Visoki trgovački sud potvrdio je privremenu mjeru splitskog Trgovačkog suda o zaustavljanju broda radi osiguranja naplate 240.000 eura duga iz 2011. godine s kamatama, te oduzimanju brodskih isprava. Prema odluci suda, vlasnik za cijelo vrijeme mora snositi troškove održavanja broda i uzdržavanja posade. Brod bi odmah bio oslobođen kad bi Giovanelli na depozitni račun suda uplatio 240.000 eura.

On je sudu kazao da su pri prvom iskrcaju tereta nakon remonta, u siječnju 2012. godine, u alžirskoj luci Bejaia, utvrđeni nedostaci u premazu broda jer je došlo do njegova otpadanja i ljuštenja, što je snimio prvi časnik i obavijestio škver i proizvođača premaza. Zato vlasnik traži da se dug umanji za 212 tisuća eura.

“Ane” je zbog duga već bila zaustavljena u Kopru. Puštena je kad su se vlasnik broda i brodogradilište dogovorili o obročnoj otplati. Navodno su plaćene tek prve dvije rate, zbog čega je škver zatražio da sada splitski sud zaustavi brod. Prema ugovoru između “Lenca” i brodovlasnika, spor je trebao riješiti arbitražni sud u Londonu, no poslije su se dogovorili da se spor riješi u Hrvatskoj.

Dug za plaće 150.000 dolara

Sindikat pomoraca ne uspijeva stupiti u kontakt s Giovanellijem kako bi se vidjelo što kani poduzeti s dugovanjima prema pomorcima. Dugovi posadi nadilaze 150 tisuća dolara. Brod bi se, prema stručnim procjenama, mogao prodati u staro željezo za milijun do 1,3 milijuna dolara, iz čega bi se pomorci mogli namiriti, kao i drugi vjerovnici. Brodska skladišta su puna građevinskog željeza za Alžir. Teret je, navodno, vlasništo jednog švicarskog poduzetnika. Kako se može čuti, brod je pod hipotekom Credo banke u stečaju.

Zabrinutu posadu gotovo svakodnevno obilaze predstavnici Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske (SPH), a na brodu je bila i inspekcija Lučke kapetanije. Kako nam je kazao Milko Kronja, inspektor Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika (ITF), jučer su vatrogasci JVP-a dostavili dvije cisterne tehničke vode na brod, a obnovljene su i zalihe pitke vode u bocama, dok hrane ima za četiri-pet dana.

U ponedjeljak bi trebalo biti poznata daljnja sudbina “Ane”, jer u Sjevernu luku stižu predstavnici vlasnika tereta koji će odlučiti hoće li se materijal iz skladišta prekrcati na drugi brod ili će se naplatiti od njegove prodaje. Kako doznajemo, brodu su istekle ključne plovidbene svjedodžbe, kao i brodsko osiguranje, o čemu je obaviještena Kapetanija.

Visoki trgovački sud potvrdio je privremenu mjeru splitskog Trgovačkog suda o zaustavljanju broda radi osiguranja naplate 240.000 eura duga iz 2011. godine s kamatama, te oduzimanju brodskih isprava. Prema odluci suda, vlasnik za cijelo vrijeme mora snositi troškove održavanja broda i uzdržavanja posade. Brod bi odmah bio oslobođen kad bi Giovanelli na depozitni račun suda uplatio 240.000 eura.

On je sudu kazao da su pri prvom iskrcaju tereta nakon remonta, u siječnju 2012. godine, u alžirskoj luci Bejaia, utvrđeni nedostaci u premazu broda jer je došlo do njegova otpadanja i ljuštenja, što je snimio prvi časnik i obavijestio škver i proizvođača premaza. Zato vlasnik traži da se dug umanji za 212 tisuća eura.

“Ane” je zbog duga već bila zaustavljena u Kopru. Puštena je kad su se vlasnik broda i brodogradilište dogovorili o obročnoj otplati. Navodno su plaćene tek prve dvije rate, zbog čega je škver zatražio da sada splitski sud zaustavi brod. Prema ugovoru između “Lenca” i brodovlasnika, spor je trebao riješiti arbitražni sud u Londonu, no poslije su se dogovorili da se spor riješi u Hrvatskoj.

Dug za plaće 150.000 dolara

Sindikat pomoraca ne uspijeva stupiti u kontakt s Giovanellijem kako bi se vidjelo što kani poduzeti s dugovanjima prema pomorcima. Dugovi posadi nadilaze 150 tisuća dolara. Brod bi se, prema stručnim procjenama, mogao prodati u staro željezo za milijun do 1,3 milijuna dolara, iz čega bi se pomorci mogli namiriti, kao i drugi vjerovnici. Brodska skladišta su puna građevinskog željeza za Alžir. Teret je, navodno, vlasništo jednog švicarskog poduzetnika. Kako se može čuti, brod je pod hipotekom Credo banke u stečaju.
