Radnici tvrtke "Građevno Zec" jučer su nastavili radove na uklanjanju dijela derutnih baraka smještenih s istočne strane KBC-ova kompleksa na Firulama, na trasi planiranog proširenja Puta iza Nove bolnice.
Posao vrijedan 1,86 milijuna kuna trebao bi biti okončan za dva mjeseca, ali već nakon ponovnog paljenja bagera nakon pandemijske stanke morali su intervenirati policajci, jer dio korisnika okolnih prostora nije bio zadovoljan aktualnim raspletom priče.

No, unatoč tome, počelo je rušenje jedne od splitskih crnih komunalnih i infrastrukturnih točaka, a još više i po financijskom dijelu u kojemu su posredstvom Banovine sudjelovali svi splitski porezni obveznici.
Aktualni iznos koji će iz gradske blagajne utržiti spomenuta građevinska tvrtka samo je kap u moru u odnosu na vrtoglavih 37,6 milijuna kuna koliko je tijekom proteklih 16 godina plaćeno vlasnicima poslovnih prostora, ukupne površine oko 1200 četvornih metara, koji se nalaze na trasi buduće ceste, te sudskim vještacima, geodetima i projektantima. Svi oni bili su angažirani na "raščišćavanju" imovinskopravnih odnosa i pratećim radnjama u kojima su pojedini nekadašnji posjednici nekretnina iskoristili svoje položaje bliske tadašnjoj gradskoj vlasti i praktički prodali ruglo za "masne pare".

Kako bilo, ni nakon rušenja dijela objekata što će se sada obavljati u čak tri faze neće biti moguće odmah proširiti Put iza Nove bolnice, kao ni obaviti planirano spajanje te ulice sa Šoltanskom koja joj prilazi s istoka, iz smjera Zdravstvene škole i bloka stambenih zgrada koje je "Ora-mont" izgradio uz Poljičku cestu. Normalno, epilog vam je vjerojatno jasan, građani će morati "iskrcati" još barem nekoliko "milijunčića" da bi Novo rodilište, od čije je izgradnje prošlo već cijelo desetljeće, dobilo primjeren cestovni pristup, a prostor između dviju bolnica bio uređen po standardima koje uspijevaju pratiti i znatno manje sredine, ali ne i drugi po važnosti i veličini grad u državi.

Radnici tvrtke "Građevno Zec" jučer su nastavili radove na uklanjanju dijela derutnih baraka smještenih s istočne strane KBC-ova kompleksa na Firulama, na trasi planiranog proširenja Puta iza Nove bolnice.
Posao vrijedan 1,86 milijuna kuna trebao bi biti okončan za dva mjeseca, ali već nakon ponovnog paljenja bagera nakon pandemijske stanke morali su intervenirati policajci, jer dio korisnika okolnih prostora nije bio zadovoljan aktualnim raspletom priče.

No, unatoč tome, počelo je rušenje jedne od splitskih crnih komunalnih i infrastrukturnih točaka, a još više i po financijskom dijelu u kojemu su posredstvom Banovine sudjelovali svi splitski porezni obveznici.
Aktualni iznos koji će iz gradske blagajne utržiti spomenuta građevinska tvrtka samo je kap u moru u odnosu na vrtoglavih 37,6 milijuna kuna koliko je tijekom proteklih 16 godina plaćeno vlasnicima poslovnih prostora, ukupne površine oko 1200 četvornih metara, koji se nalaze na trasi buduće ceste, te sudskim vještacima, geodetima i projektantima. Svi oni bili su angažirani na "raščišćavanju" imovinskopravnih odnosa i pratećim radnjama u kojima su pojedini nekadašnji posjednici nekretnina iskoristili svoje položaje bliske tadašnjoj gradskoj vlasti i praktički prodali ruglo za "masne pare".

Kako bilo, ni nakon rušenja dijela objekata što će se sada obavljati u čak tri faze neće biti moguće odmah proširiti Put iza Nove bolnice, kao ni obaviti planirano spajanje te ulice sa Šoltanskom koja joj prilazi s istoka, iz smjera Zdravstvene škole i bloka stambenih zgrada koje je "Ora-mont" izgradio uz Poljičku cestu. Normalno, epilog vam je vjerojatno jasan, građani će morati "iskrcati" još barem nekoliko "milijunčića" da bi Novo rodilište, od čije je izgradnje prošlo već cijelo desetljeće, dobilo primjeren cestovni pristup, a prostor između dviju bolnica bio uređen po standardima koje uspijevaju pratiti i znatno manje sredine, ali ne i drugi po važnosti i veličini grad u državi.
