Nikola Bekavac, javnosti poznat kao "Baldasarov branitelj", nakon izlaska iz pritvora na Bilicama odlučio je progovoriti o nezakonitostima u dodjeli najatraktivnijih poslovnih prostora u povijesnoj jezgri u vlasništvu Grada Splita.

Podsjetimo, Bekavac je u kolovozu prošle godine uhićen zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, a temeljem krivotvorene dokumentacije, više puta telefonom zvao djelatnika OTP banke Trogir-Centar predstavljajući se kao Vicko Šoljan, predsjednik udruge "Faros maraton" te od službenika e-mailom tražio prebacivanje novčanih sredstava sa Šoljanova na svoj račun. Riječ je, dakle, o sredstvima kojima raspolaže udruga "Faros maraton", a kojom predsjeda Šoljan, koji jedini ima pravo potpisa za podizanje novca s računa.

Ratni veteran Bekavac tvrdi da mu je sve namješteno jer se suprotstavio "hobotnici" koja mešetari gradskim prostorima na najatraktivnijim splitskim lokacijama i vrti ogroman novac, a sve s ciljem da se domognu izuzetno vrijednih nekretnina poput hotela "Bellevue". Zbog toga je odlučio pisati i gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku, a kako bi ga, ističe, upozorio na marifetluke s gradskim nekretninama koje su konstanta.

-  Udruga hrvatskih ratnih veterana Domovinskog rata grada Splita ima ugovor na korištenje prostora u Ulici bana Jelačića 4 do 2025., kao i pravo prvokupa ako dođe do njegove prodaje, što mnogima nije po guštu. Opirao sam se namjerama da se Udruga koja je dobila na upravljanje velike prostore u prizemlju i na katu iseli, a ugovor s Gradom raskine, i to je moj najveći krimen.

U međuvremenu, dok sam boravio u pritvoru a krivnja mi nije dokazana, protustatutarno sam smijenjen s čela UHRVD-a grada Splita, nelegitimno i nelegalno, i bez moga znanja, iako sam sve radio sukladno statutu naše udruge i postupao po zakonu. Ugostiteljski objekt "Spalatin", čiji vlasnik Josip Petric koristi ovaj objekt zahvaljujući našoj udruzi i činjenici da ga je Grad obvezao da tu zapošljava branitelje i njihovu djecu, nije uredno podmirivao najam Gradu niti zapošljavao djecu branitelja, na što sam upozorio i vlasnika Petrica i nadležne u bivšoj gradskoj upravi ali nikoga nije bilo briga.

Takvih je neplatiša koji su se domogli gradskih prostora, a ne plaćaju najam koliko hoćete, a meni, koji sam se tome suprostavio, oni žele "spakirati" tobožnju prevaru za kojoj je istragom utvrđeno da je nije ni bilo jer u njoj nije ostvarena nikakva materijalna korist - veli Bekavac, pa dodaje da je spreman otvoreno progovoriti o svemu što se događa s gradskim prostorima i natječajima na kojima se oni dobivaju.      

Njegove kolege iz UHRVD-a tvrde da Bekavac više nije član njihove organizacije i da je Skupština, na kojoj je smijenjen, legalna i legitimna tim prije jer ju je on osobno sazvao, ali je u međuvremenu završio u pritvoru gdje je proveo čak sedam mjeseci. Sve Bekavčeve navode o tobožnjem namještanju hotela "Bellevue" bilo kome, kategorički odbacuju, no o svemu, ističu, govore neslužbeno dok se istražni i sudski postupci protiv Nikole Bekavca pravomoćno ne okončaju, te naglašavaju da su svi dokumenti sa Skupštine za koju Bekavac tvrdi da je održana nezakonito, verificirani od strane svih nadležnih tijela, te da je Mario Šušnjar novi predsjednik UHRVD-a grada Splita.

Nikola Bekavac, javnosti poznat kao "Baldasarov branitelj", nakon izlaska iz pritvora na Bilicama odlučio je progovoriti o nezakonitostima u dodjeli najatraktivnijih poslovnih prostora u povijesnoj jezgri u vlasništvu Grada Splita.

Podsjetimo, Bekavac je u kolovozu prošle godine uhićen zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, a temeljem krivotvorene dokumentacije, više puta telefonom zvao djelatnika OTP banke Trogir-Centar predstavljajući se kao Vicko Šoljan, predsjednik udruge "Faros maraton" te od službenika e-mailom tražio prebacivanje novčanih sredstava sa Šoljanova na svoj račun. Riječ je, dakle, o sredstvima kojima raspolaže udruga "Faros maraton", a kojom predsjeda Šoljan, koji jedini ima pravo potpisa za podizanje novca s računa.

Ratni veteran Bekavac tvrdi da mu je sve namješteno jer se suprotstavio "hobotnici" koja mešetari gradskim prostorima na najatraktivnijim splitskim lokacijama i vrti ogroman novac, a sve s ciljem da se domognu izuzetno vrijednih nekretnina poput hotela "Bellevue". Zbog toga je odlučio pisati i gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku, a kako bi ga, ističe, upozorio na marifetluke s gradskim nekretninama koje su konstanta.

-  Udruga hrvatskih ratnih veterana Domovinskog rata grada Splita ima ugovor na korištenje prostora u Ulici bana Jelačića 4 do 2025., kao i pravo prvokupa ako dođe do njegove prodaje, što mnogima nije po guštu. Opirao sam se namjerama da se Udruga koja je dobila na upravljanje velike prostore u prizemlju i na katu iseli, a ugovor s Gradom raskine, i to je moj najveći krimen.

U međuvremenu, dok sam boravio u pritvoru a krivnja mi nije dokazana, protustatutarno sam smijenjen s čela UHRVD-a grada Splita, nelegitimno i nelegalno, i bez moga znanja, iako sam sve radio sukladno statutu naše udruge i postupao po zakonu. Ugostiteljski objekt "Spalatin", čiji vlasnik Josip Petric koristi ovaj objekt zahvaljujući našoj udruzi i činjenici da ga je Grad obvezao da tu zapošljava branitelje i njihovu djecu, nije uredno podmirivao najam Gradu niti zapošljavao djecu branitelja, na što sam upozorio i vlasnika Petrica i nadležne u bivšoj gradskoj upravi ali nikoga nije bilo briga.

Takvih je neplatiša koji su se domogli gradskih prostora, a ne plaćaju najam koliko hoćete, a meni, koji sam se tome suprostavio, oni žele "spakirati" tobožnju prevaru za kojoj je istragom utvrđeno da je nije ni bilo jer u njoj nije ostvarena nikakva materijalna korist - veli Bekavac, pa dodaje da je spreman otvoreno progovoriti o svemu što se događa s gradskim prostorima i natječajima na kojima se oni dobivaju.      

Njegove kolege iz UHRVD-a tvrde da Bekavac više nije član njihove organizacije i da je Skupština, na kojoj je smijenjen, legalna i legitimna tim prije jer ju je on osobno sazvao, ali je u međuvremenu završio u pritvoru gdje je proveo čak sedam mjeseci. Sve Bekavčeve navode o tobožnjem namještanju hotela "Bellevue" bilo kome, kategorički odbacuju, no o svemu, ističu, govore neslužbeno dok se istražni i sudski postupci protiv Nikole Bekavca pravomoćno ne okončaju, te naglašavaju da su svi dokumenti sa Skupštine za koju Bekavac tvrdi da je održana nezakonito, verificirani od strane svih nadležnih tijela, te da je Mario Šušnjar novi predsjednik UHRVD-a grada Splita.
