Hrvatske ceste su krajem proteklog tjedna pokrenule postupak savjetovanja sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima za izgradnju posljednje rampe na istočnom ulazu u Split.
Planirana rampa će preusmjeravati vozila koja se kreću od Solina prema ulazu na Poljičkoj ulici na gornji denivelirani kolnik državne ceste D8, što bi trebalo značajno rasteretiti raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Ulice Domovinskog rata.
Pripreme za pokretanje postupka javne nabave su u tijeku, kaže glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta Tamara Paić, no još nije poznato kada će izvođač biti odabran.
- Javnu nabavu za radove na izgradnji ove rampe pripremamo na takav način da se u jednoj fazi postupka ili nakon njega omogući prijava projekta za sufinanciranje iz fondova EU. Kako je u ovom slučaju riječ o projektu koji je namijenjen rješavanju zastoja i gužvi na ključnom raskrižju na ulazu/izlazu iz grada Splita, aplikacija ima izgleda da bude pozitivno riješena.
Međutim, procedure koje se provode zbog prijave za EU sufinanciranje dodatno produljuju trajanje postupka javne nabave jer podrazumijevaju dodatne korake u procedurama – objašnjava.
Nakon odabira izvođača i uvođenja u posao, rok za dovršetak radova je 12 mjeseci, a njihova ukupna vrijednost je 36,2 milijuna kuna.
Raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Ulice Domovinskog rata je jedna od najkritičnijih prometnih lokacija na području Splita i okolice, što je posebno vidljivo u jutarnjem i popodnevnom vršnom periodu kada se na ovom ulazu stvaraju velike gužve i zastoji.

- Osim iznimno velike količine prometa koja gravitira ovom raskrižju, problem je i u tome što na raskrižju dolazi do nepotrebnog preklapanja prometnih tokova vozila koje izlaze iz grada s prometnim tokovima vozila koja ulaze u grad u smjeru juga (Poljičke ceste).
Predmetna rampa se izvodi kao silazna rampa velike duljine, formira se na cestovnom zemljištu, a predviđena je izgradnja još jedne, paralelne trake nadvožnjaka Ravne Njive.
Rampa je planirana kao jednosmjerna, sa smjerom gibanja sjever – jug. Denivelacija i slobodni profil donjeg kolnika se postiže izgradnjom podvožnjaka. Nakon podvožnjaka rampa se tlocrtno uklapa na desni kolnički trak donjeg kolnika od kojeg je zbog visinske razlike odvojena potpornim zidom.
Treba naglasiti da donji kolnik koji se sastoji od dva prometna traka u zoni denivelacije prelazi u jednotračnu prometnicu obzirom da se desni trak rezervira za planiranu rampu – objašnjava Paić.
Osim predmetne rampe Hrvatske ceste imaju u planu u dogledno vrijeme izgraditi ili rekonstruirati još neke dionice državnih cesta na ulazu/izlazu iz grada Splita, poput rekonstrukcije Solinske ulice, raskrižja Širina u Solinu, raskrižja Stobreč s D8, izgradnje dodatne rampe na denivelaciji D8 i Splitske ulice u Solinu, dogradnje Zagorskog puta i rekonstrukcije Poljičke ulice.
U narednom razdoblju se planira i nastavak provedbe više projekata na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kaže Paić, prvenstveno se to odnosi na projekt Novi ulaz u Split - čvor Vučevica na A1 - tunel Kozjak - čvor na DC8 - Trajektna luka Split.
U planu je i nastavak izgradnje obilaznice Splitske aglomeracije na dionicama Solin – Stobreč – Dugi Rat – Omiš, sa spojnim cestama čvor TTTS – Stobreč, čvor Stara Podstrana – Podstrana, čvor Jesenice i čvor Dugi Rat.

Hrvatske ceste su krajem proteklog tjedna pokrenule postupak savjetovanja sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima za izgradnju posljednje rampe na istočnom ulazu u Split.
Planirana rampa će preusmjeravati vozila koja se kreću od Solina prema ulazu na Poljičkoj ulici na gornji denivelirani kolnik državne ceste D8, što bi trebalo značajno rasteretiti raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Ulice Domovinskog rata.
Pripreme za pokretanje postupka javne nabave su u tijeku, kaže glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta Tamara Paić, no još nije poznato kada će izvođač biti odabran.
- Javnu nabavu za radove na izgradnji ove rampe pripremamo na takav način da se u jednoj fazi postupka ili nakon njega omogući prijava projekta za sufinanciranje iz fondova EU. Kako je u ovom slučaju riječ o projektu koji je namijenjen rješavanju zastoja i gužvi na ključnom raskrižju na ulazu/izlazu iz grada Splita, aplikacija ima izgleda da bude pozitivno riješena.
Međutim, procedure koje se provode zbog prijave za EU sufinanciranje dodatno produljuju trajanje postupka javne nabave jer podrazumijevaju dodatne korake u procedurama – objašnjava.
Nakon odabira izvođača i uvođenja u posao, rok za dovršetak radova je 12 mjeseci, a njihova ukupna vrijednost je 36,2 milijuna kuna.
Raskrižje Ulice Zbora narodne garde i Ulice Domovinskog rata je jedna od najkritičnijih prometnih lokacija na području Splita i okolice, što je posebno vidljivo u jutarnjem i popodnevnom vršnom periodu kada se na ovom ulazu stvaraju velike gužve i zastoji.

- Osim iznimno velike količine prometa koja gravitira ovom raskrižju, problem je i u tome što na raskrižju dolazi do nepotrebnog preklapanja prometnih tokova vozila koje izlaze iz grada s prometnim tokovima vozila koja ulaze u grad u smjeru juga (Poljičke ceste).
Predmetna rampa se izvodi kao silazna rampa velike duljine, formira se na cestovnom zemljištu, a predviđena je izgradnja još jedne, paralelne trake nadvožnjaka Ravne Njive.
Rampa je planirana kao jednosmjerna, sa smjerom gibanja sjever – jug. Denivelacija i slobodni profil donjeg kolnika se postiže izgradnjom podvožnjaka. Nakon podvožnjaka rampa se tlocrtno uklapa na desni kolnički trak donjeg kolnika od kojeg je zbog visinske razlike odvojena potpornim zidom.
Treba naglasiti da donji kolnik koji se sastoji od dva prometna traka u zoni denivelacije prelazi u jednotračnu prometnicu obzirom da se desni trak rezervira za planiranu rampu – objašnjava Paić.
Osim predmetne rampe Hrvatske ceste imaju u planu u dogledno vrijeme izgraditi ili rekonstruirati još neke dionice državnih cesta na ulazu/izlazu iz grada Splita, poput rekonstrukcije Solinske ulice, raskrižja Širina u Solinu, raskrižja Stobreč s D8, izgradnje dodatne rampe na denivelaciji D8 i Splitske ulice u Solinu, dogradnje Zagorskog puta i rekonstrukcije Poljičke ulice.
U narednom razdoblju se planira i nastavak provedbe više projekata na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kaže Paić, prvenstveno se to odnosi na projekt Novi ulaz u Split - čvor Vučevica na A1 - tunel Kozjak - čvor na DC8 - Trajektna luka Split.
U planu je i nastavak izgradnje obilaznice Splitske aglomeracije na dionicama Solin – Stobreč – Dugi Rat – Omiš, sa spojnim cestama čvor TTTS – Stobreč, čvor Stara Podstrana – Podstrana, čvor Jesenice i čvor Dugi Rat.
