Krešimir Budiša, bivši savjetnik gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare za projekte, na svom Facebook profilu objavio je novi post o zaduženje Grada Splita putem kredita Europske investicijske banke o čemu će i gradski vijećnici raspravljati na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta u četvrtak. 

- Moram priznati da smo se kao društvo ozbiljno srozali kada ozbiljnim ljudima elementarna matematika iz osnovne škole nije jasna, samo zato jer smo s nekim prijatelji ili nam "prijatelj" ponudi.

Dakle - prvo da razjasnimo jednu stvar - svi projekti navedeni u popisu za prvih 70 milijuna eura se trebaju dogoditi, i to nije sporno, drugo, krediti su valjani i ispravan način razvoja velikih projekata. Treće EIB je iznimno ozbiljna institucija te veliki insitucionalni kreditor za velike projekte, kao i EBRD s kojim smo mi radili i po potrebi, i logici, koristili njegova sredstva, i on ovdje uopće nije tema, niti treba trošiti riječi, jer sam prethodno rekao da Split nije kvalificiran niti ima potrebe raditi s EIB-om jer nema osim Žnjana nijedan veliki spreman projekt, ovdje je tema isključivo grad Split i njegova uprava i logika financijskog upravljanja gradom.

O svačijem profesionalnom integritetu, pa i mom, govore neki poslovni rezultati, pa nemam potrebe tu dalje dodati ništa. Tržište prepoznaje svakog ili ne prepoznaje. Kada smo to rekli, ajmo obraditi to kako itko ovo smatra "najpovoljnijom ponudom".

Dakle, evo vam nekoliko podataka o posljednjim zaduženjima gradova, općina i županija (podaci sa Vlada.hr sjednica https://vlada.gov.hr/sjednice/9) u lipnju, svibnju, travnju, možete vidjeti da se radi o redom manjim gradovima s manjim bonitetom i financijskim kapacitetom od Splita, pa samim time iznosi odgovaraju kapacitetima tih gradova i njihovim proračunima, i oni se zadužuju za vrtiće, škole i slično:

2. lipnja 2023. - Ivanić grad - 2,3 mil eur - fiksna kamata 2,2% +0,2% obrada - 15 god - HBOR

2. lipnja 2023. - Općina Primošten - 1,3 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,50% + 0,20% obrada - 15 godina - OTP

11. svibnja 2023. - Zadarska županija - 6,6 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,914% + obrada 0,072% - 10 godina - Erste bank

11. svibnja 2023. - Grad Zlatar - 2,4 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,50% + obrada 0,2% - 10 godina - HPB

20. travnja 2023. - Grad Karlovac - 2,4 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,20% + obrada 0,2 - 10 godina - HBOR

20. travnja 2023. - Grad Karlovac - 4,4 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,20% + obrada 0,2% - 10 godina - HBOR

30. ožujka 2023. - Grad Vodnjan - 1,3 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,36% +0,2% obrada - 10 godina - ZABA

30. ožujka 2023. - Grad Kastav - 2,9 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,20% + 0,1% obrada - 12 godina

Možda vam postotci puno ne znače i ne možete vizualno percipirati koliku razliku čini recimo ovdje najpovoljnija ponuda - 1,2% i 3,6% što je u Splitu "ponuda koja se ne odbija", i što u konteksu te kamate znači duži rok otplate - 25 godina ispred 10 godina. Vidite i ovdje da se radi o gotovo svim bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Pomoći ću vam malo s grafikonom i komentarom za kraj, jer stvarno, ovakvu priliku šteta je ne iskoristiti i unaprijed čestitam svakom vijećniku koji za ovo digne ruku. Ostat će upamćen najmanje do 2050.

Krešimir Budiša, bivši savjetnik gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare za projekte, na svom Facebook profilu objavio je novi post o zaduženje Grada Splita putem kredita Europske investicijske banke o čemu će i gradski vijećnici raspravljati na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta u četvrtak. 

- Moram priznati da smo se kao društvo ozbiljno srozali kada ozbiljnim ljudima elementarna matematika iz osnovne škole nije jasna, samo zato jer smo s nekim prijatelji ili nam "prijatelj" ponudi.

Dakle - prvo da razjasnimo jednu stvar - svi projekti navedeni u popisu za prvih 70 milijuna eura se trebaju dogoditi, i to nije sporno, drugo, krediti su valjani i ispravan način razvoja velikih projekata. Treće EIB je iznimno ozbiljna institucija te veliki insitucionalni kreditor za velike projekte, kao i EBRD s kojim smo mi radili i po potrebi, i logici, koristili njegova sredstva, i on ovdje uopće nije tema, niti treba trošiti riječi, jer sam prethodno rekao da Split nije kvalificiran niti ima potrebe raditi s EIB-om jer nema osim Žnjana nijedan veliki spreman projekt, ovdje je tema isključivo grad Split i njegova uprava i logika financijskog upravljanja gradom.

O svačijem profesionalnom integritetu, pa i mom, govore neki poslovni rezultati, pa nemam potrebe tu dalje dodati ništa. Tržište prepoznaje svakog ili ne prepoznaje. Kada smo to rekli, ajmo obraditi to kako itko ovo smatra "najpovoljnijom ponudom".

Dakle, evo vam nekoliko podataka o posljednjim zaduženjima gradova, općina i županija (podaci sa Vlada.hr sjednica https://vlada.gov.hr/sjednice/9) u lipnju, svibnju, travnju, možete vidjeti da se radi o redom manjim gradovima s manjim bonitetom i financijskim kapacitetom od Splita, pa samim time iznosi odgovaraju kapacitetima tih gradova i njihovim proračunima, i oni se zadužuju za vrtiće, škole i slično:

2. lipnja 2023. - Ivanić grad - 2,3 mil eur - fiksna kamata 2,2% +0,2% obrada - 15 god - HBOR

2. lipnja 2023. - Općina Primošten - 1,3 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,50% + 0,20% obrada - 15 godina - OTP

11. svibnja 2023. - Zadarska županija - 6,6 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,914% + obrada 0,072% - 10 godina - Erste bank

11. svibnja 2023. - Grad Zlatar - 2,4 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,50% + obrada 0,2% - 10 godina - HPB

20. travnja 2023. - Grad Karlovac - 2,4 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,20% + obrada 0,2 - 10 godina - HBOR

30. ožujka 2023. - Grad Kastav - 2,9 mil. EUR - fiksna kamata 1,20% + 0,1% obrada - 12 godina

Možda vam postotci puno ne znače i ne možete vizualno percipirati koliku razliku čini recimo ovdje najpovoljnija ponuda - 1,2% i 3,6% što je u Splitu "ponuda koja se ne odbija", i što u konteksu te kamate znači duži rok otplate - 25 godina ispred 10 godina. Vidite i ovdje da se radi o gotovo svim bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Pomoći ću vam malo s grafikonom i komentarom za kraj, jer stvarno, ovakvu priliku šteta je ne iskoristiti i unaprijed čestitam svakom vijećniku koji za ovo digne ruku. Ostat će upamćen najmanje do 2050.
