Gradonačelnik Puljak i suradnici čekaju da ih ovrha opet „iznenadi“? Pitanje je retoričko, a postavlja ga odbjegli SDP-ov gradski vijećnik i nesuđeni gradonačelnik Ante Franić.

U priopćenju koje je poslao piše kako je presudom Visokog trgovačkog suda od 29. rujna 2021. u predmetu utvrđenja  vlasništva nad hotelom „Bellevue“ naloženo je Gradu Splitu plaćanje parničnog troška tužitelju u iznosu od 755.283,00 kn.

- Gradonačelnik Puljak i njegovi suradnici osim što navedeni iznos nisu uvrstili u rebalans proračuna za 2021. godinu koji je izglasan na Gradskom vijeću prošli petak i time osigurali sredstva za plaćanje novčane obveze koja je već dospjela, nisu čak niti nazvali Maroja Stjepovića, stečajnog upravitelja „Laurusa“ da dogovore dinamiku plaćanja, eventualnu odgodu ili plaćanje u obrocima. Svaki odgovoran i dosljedan gradonačelnik, koji brine o imovini grada, treba učiniti sve da sklopi sporazum s vjerovnikom - piše Franić

Stečajni upravitelj „Laurusa“ već je u izjavi za medije najavio skoro pokretanje ovrhe, tako da će bankovni račun Grada Splita u narednih par mjeseci biti tanji za navedeni iznos, naravno uvećan za kamate, javnobilježničke  i odvjetničke troškove, podsjeća Franić i poentira:

Nadam se da će Gradonačelnik shvatiti da svojim nečinjenjem radi štetu Gradu i ipak spriječiti ovrhu iako se gradonačelnik Puljak vjerojatno planirao pravdati da su to kosturi iz ormara nekih drugih vlasti.

Gradonačelnik Puljak i suradnici čekaju da ih ovrha opet „iznenadi“? Pitanje je retoričko, a postavlja ga odbjegli SDP-ov gradski vijećnik i nesuđeni gradonačelnik Ante Franić.

U priopćenju koje je poslao piše kako je presudom Visokog trgovačkog suda od 29. rujna 2021. u predmetu utvrđenja  vlasništva nad hotelom „Bellevue“ naloženo je Gradu Splitu plaćanje parničnog troška tužitelju u iznosu od 755.283,00 kn.

- Gradonačelnik Puljak i njegovi suradnici osim što navedeni iznos nisu uvrstili u rebalans proračuna za 2021. godinu koji je izglasan na Gradskom vijeću prošli petak i time osigurali sredstva za plaćanje novčane obveze koja je već dospjela, nisu čak niti nazvali Maroja Stjepovića, stečajnog upravitelja „Laurusa“ da dogovore dinamiku plaćanja, eventualnu odgodu ili plaćanje u obrocima. Svaki odgovoran i dosljedan gradonačelnik, koji brine o imovini grada, treba učiniti sve da sklopi sporazum s vjerovnikom - piše Franić

Stečajni upravitelj „Laurusa“ već je u izjavi za medije najavio skoro pokretanje ovrhe, tako da će bankovni račun Grada Splita u narednih par mjeseci biti tanji za navedeni iznos, naravno uvećan za kamate, javnobilježničke  i odvjetničke troškove, podsjeća Franić i poentira:

Nadam se da će Gradonačelnik shvatiti da svojim nečinjenjem radi štetu Gradu i ipak spriječiti ovrhu iako se gradonačelnik Puljak vjerojatno planirao pravdati da su to kosturi iz ormara nekih drugih vlasti.

Gradonačelnik Puljak i suradnici čekaju da ih ovrha opet „iznenadi“? Pitanje je retoričko, a postavlja ga odbjegli SDP-ov gradski vijećnik i nesuđeni gradonačelnik Ante Franić.

U priopćenju koje je poslao piše kako je presudom Visokog trgovačkog suda od 29. rujna 2021. u predmetu utvrđenja  vlasništva nad hotelom „Bellevue“ naloženo je Gradu Splitu plaćanje parničnog troška tužitelju u iznosu od 755.283,00 kn.

- Gradonačelnik Puljak i njegovi suradnici osim što navedeni iznos nisu uvrstili u rebalans proračuna za 2021. godinu koji je izglasan na Gradskom vijeću prošli petak i time osigurali sredstva za plaćanje novčane obveze koja je već dospjela, nisu čak niti nazvali Maroja Stjepovića, stečajnog upravitelja „Laurusa“ da dogovore dinamiku plaćanja, eve...
